This study aims to determine the effect of the use of bank credit and the growth of the manufacturing industry on economic growth in Indonesia. There are two independent variables, namely banking credit and the manufacturing industry, and the dependent variable, namely economic growth. The method used in this research is descriptive with a quantitative approach. The type of data in this study is time series data with a time period from 2011-2021. Data sources were obtained through the Indonesian Central Bureau of Statistics and Banking Statistics. The analysis technique applied in this study is multiple linear regression. The analysis tool used was Eviews 12. The results showed that the use of bank credit had a positive and significant effect on economic growth. The manufacturing industry growth variable has a negative and insignificant effect on economic growth in Indonesia.
This study aims to determine the effect of job satisfaction on the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor. Where the independent variable of job satisfaction consist of the work it self and co-workers. The research design used is quantitave descriptive associative. The method of data collection is using a distributed questionnaire. The sampling technique uses a saturated sample where all members of the population are sampled. The sampled used in this study amounted of 30. The results showed that the work variable it self and co-workers simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant influence on employee performance. From the results of the two independent variables which are the dominant variables affecting the performance of the Berau District Prosecutor, the work variable is proven by the largest regression coefficient value, which is 0.472 compared to the regression coefficients of other variables
Tujuan penelitian yaitu ingin mengetahui penerapan strategi pemasaran personal selling dalam meningkatkan penjualan pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro.Hipotesa dalam penelitian ini yaitu diduga penerapan strategi pemasaran personal selling dapat meningkatkan penjualan pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Penelitian dilakukan di Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. Jumlah tenaga personal Selling pada Multindo Optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro. adalah sebanyak 5 (lima) orang, maka semua tenaga personal Selling tersebut diambil untuk diteliti. Berarti penelitian ini dinamakan penelitian populasi. Hasil penelitian yaitu strategi pemasaran yang dilakukan Multindo Optik dan memberikan efek penjualan signifikan adalah menggunakan penjualan langsung dengan angsuran sesuai dengan kemampuan konsumen yang berpegang pada prinsip penjualan personal selling yaitu profesionalisme, negoisasi dan relationship marketing. Posisioning Multindo Optik dalam memasarkan kacamata optik di Kabupaten Bojonegoro adalah produk yang berkualitas tidak harus mahal dan sulit untuk mendapatkannya. Bauran pemasaran yang dipakai adalah produk Multindo optik dapat membantu dan mampu memecahkan masalah konsumen; harga yang dibayarkan konsumen untuk membeli produk tersebut sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan keinginan; produk tersebut mampu menyenangkan konsumen karena mudah diperoleh; Multindo optik melakukan komunikasi produk kepada konsumen secara benar dan tepat sasaran.
This study discusses the Development of Pottery Entrepreneurship, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The problem in this research is how is the marketing strategy used in developing the pottery craft business so that it can survive in the midst of intense competition in other handicraft businesses that exist today. The type of research used is qualitative research in the form of applied research, which takes place in the center of the pottery industry, Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency. The analysis in this study was carried out using inductive analysis techniques using interactive analysis models and the preparation of community empowerment strategies with SWOT analysis using cross strategies, namely the strategy of utilizing all strengths to seize opportunities, strategies for overcoming weaknesses to seize opportunities, strategies for utilizing all strengths to overcome threats and strategies to overcome weaknesses and threats. Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, eight strategies were produced for the pottery industry in Rendeng Village, Malo District, Bojonegoro Regency, (1) Opening new outlets, (2) Utilizing social media to sell products, (3) Activating promotions, (4) Adding capital to increase sales. production capacity, (5) Improving the quality of products and services, (6) Developing new products, (7) Improving managerial capabilities, (8) Improving the quality of human resources.
