Berinvestasi di pasar modal ini mulai diminati oleh generasi milenial, terutama di masa pandemi Covi-19 ini. Argumentasi ini disebabkan karena selama pandemi Covid-19 aktivitas hanya perlu dilakukan di dalam rumah. Tujuan untuk berinvestasi pada pasar modal yaitu menjaga keuntungan bahkan dari rumah saja. Tujuan dari peneltian ini untuk menunjukkan variabel yang mempengaruhi minat generasi milenial untuk investasi di pasar modal di masa pandemi Covid-19. Penelitian ini memakai metode kuantitatif dengan populasi sebanyak 14.478 dengan kriteria generasi milenial yang ada di Kabupaten Kudus dengan rentang usia kelahiran tahun 1982-2002. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan purposive sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner online yang disebar kepada 100 responden milenial di Kabupaten Kudus. Data responden dianalisis memakai regresi linier berganda melalui software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor pengetahuan investasi dan motivasi tidak ada pengaruh pada minat investasi di pasar modal di masa pandemi Covid-19, sedangkan risiko investasi dan kemajuan teknologi berpengaruh pada minat generasi milenial dalam investasi di pasar modal pada masa pandemi Covid-19. Oleh karena itu, para milenial harus tertarik untuk menginvestasikan modalnya di pasar modal guna memberikan kesiapan jangka panjang atau peluang pendanaan di saat krisis dan pandemi. Implikasi dari penelitian ini pat memberikan kontribusi kepada masyarakat luas khususnya generasi muda agar lebih paham dan berminat dalam investasi di pasar modal.
The Coronavirus, which was firstly confirmed in Indonesia in 2020, had a hindering effect on the country's economy but a great impact on pharmaceutical companies. The first batch of vaccines that was administered in Indonesia on January 13, 2021, had a significant impact on healthcare stocks. This study examined the impact of the COVID-19 vaccine on healthcare stocks in Indonesia as seen from the stock price and the trading volume. Secondary data from 19 healthcare companies seven days before and seven days after the administration of COVID-19 vaccine was analyzed. Paired Samples t-test was carried out using the SPSS program. This study indicated that the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine has a strong impact in terms of increased changes in the healthcare stocks. Meanwhile, the trading volume decreased after the administration of the COVID-19 vaccine in Indonesia.The average of abnormal returns before and after the COVID-19 vaccine were at t-2, t+1, t+2, t+3, and t+7. Theoretically, the results of this discussion can be used as reference material for further research. In addition, it can be used in the development of knowledge in the field of stocks or pharmaceutical companies. The results of this study can practically be used as a reference for investors in making investment decisions.
The Covid-19 pandemic had decreased number of visitors to Nafisa Salon Muslimah in Semarang. Maintaining customer satisfaction is very important. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction consumers of Nafisa Salon Muslimah services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Consumer data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression model with SPSS software. The results of the study stated that the service, product, price, and maintenance variables affected the satisfaction of the Muslimah Salon consumer service, while the comfort variable was not affected. Therefore, Nafisa Salon Muslimah can provide offline services by implementing strict health protocols and home services, selling care products online through e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Currently, MSMEs must begin to realize the importance of various digital platform services such as peer to peer lending (P2P) and electronic money. The low number of MSME business actors in Kudus Regency compared to MSME business actors in other regencies is one of the reasons for conducting this research. In addition, there is still a lack of research on Peer to peer lending (P2P) and electronic money with the use of connecting/intervening variables. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The data was obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 91 MSME business actors in Kudus Regency. Consumer data were analyzed using multiple regression models and path analysis with SPSS. The results show that there is a direct influence of P2P and electronic money on the increase in MSME profits, the indirect influence of P2P and electronic money on the increase in MSME profits with MSME income as intervening, as well as the direct influence of P2P and electronic money on MSME income.
