<p>Perkembangan Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) menjadi stagnan di masa pandemi Covid-19. Banyak sekali UMKM mengalami penurunan penjualan dan tidak bisa berkembang bahkan hampir mengalami kebangkrutan. Kondisi tersebut membuat para pelaku UMKM harus berfikir untuk bisa tetap bertahan demi kelangsungan usahanya. Di masa pandemi Covid-19 banyak konsumen mengurangi interaksi di luar rumah dengan menjaga jarak guna memutus rantai penyebaran virus Covid-19. Pelaku UMKM dapat melanjutkan usahanya dengan tetap memenuhi kebutuhan konsumen di masa pandemi dengan mengalihkan pembelian secara online. Beralihnya pembelian secara offline menjadi online (digital), akan mempermudah pelaku UMKM dalam memperluas akses pemasaran. Peran teknologi digital memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap UMKM. Paradigma teknologi yang muncul memanfaatkan potensi UMKM yang lebih kuat serta berkelanjutan. Social media dan E-commerce dapat menjadi wadah penjualan pelaku UMKM. Diketahui bahwa pelaku UMKM belum mengikuti perkembangan digital secara maksimal, terutama karena kurangnya pengetahuan tentang digital marketing. Tujuan program pemberdayaan masyarakat pada UMKM di Kelurahan Plamongansari yaitu untuk memberikan pendampingan pelatihan digital marketing sebagai upaya pengembangan dan perluasan jaringan pemasaran berbasis teknologi (digital). Setelah melakukan pengabdian ini, diharapkan pelaku UMKM di Kelurahan Plamongansari akan terus bersinergi demi keberlangsungan UMKM dan pengembangan ekonomi masyarakat.</p>
Good financial literacy, especially in the digital era now is important to be understood by millennials. The digitization of Islamic which is able to provide more efficient, safer, faster financial products and the risk of losing money is less well understood by this generation. Islamic digital banking services like mobile banking and internet banking, which describe the virtual process to support all services, are expected to be able to significantly increase the level of Islamic banking literacy and have a positive impact on business growth in general. This study used a quantitative descriptive research design. The sampling method used purposive sampling method. Data was obtained by using questionnaire which was distributed to 100 millennial respondents who used m-banking or i-banking in Kudus. The answers to the questionnaire were measured using a rating scale, then data was analysed by multiple linear regression. The results showed that m-banking and i-banking had a significant and positive effect to the literacy of millennials about Islamic banks in Kudus. It was proven by a significance value of 0.000 (p <0.05). The R-square value is 0.775, which means the contribution of the influence provided by m-banking and i-banking services to millennials Islamic financial literacy in Kudus is 77.5%, while the remaining 22.5% is influenced by other variables.
Purpose – This study analyses the various factors that affect the probability of consumers choosing public housing credit (PHC) of Sharia Property Developer (SPD) in Central Java.Method – The data of this study are primary data obtained through questionnaires to 252 people from a population of 1,269 PHC SPD consumers in Central Java (Boyolali Regency, Magelang Regency, Pati Regency, Semarang City, and Wonosobo Regency). Furthermore, consumer data were analysed using a binary logit regression model with SPSS software.Result – The results of this study state that the variable price and religiosity have a significant negative effect on the probability of choosing a PHC in Islamic Property Developer. In comparison, the variables of income, location, and facilities do not significantly affect the likelihood of selecting a PHC on a Sharia Property Developer. Wonosobo Regency is the region with the most significant probability of choosing a PHC on a Sharia Property Developer compared to Boyolali, Pati, Magelang, and Semarang City Regencies. Meanwhile, Pati Regency is the region with the least probability of choosing a PHC as a Sharia Property Developer. Implication – The Central Java SPD can use the finding of this research to consider the evaluation and improvement of PHC products in the future. So that consumers do not turn to competitors, have more confidence, and are satisfied with Sharia Property Developer services.Originality – The originality of this research lies in the object under study, test analysis, and research location.
Organizational succession can be determined by stable and significant work performance. The low work performance of employees due to the quality of training transfers that are less than optimal is the reason for this study. This study aims to analyze the effect of transfer of training and psychological empowerment that can affect the improvement of work performance through organizational commitment. The sample used is all staff-level employees at PT. BRI Life Insurance Semarang Regional Office, totaling 150 employees. Sampling using purposive sampling technique with AMOS SEM data analysis technique. The results showed that job performance can be influenced by the transfer of training and psychological empowerment through organizational commitment. From the results of the study, it can be concluded to improve work performance at PT. BRI Life Insurance Semarang Regional Office can be pursued by paying attention to and increasing the success of the transfer of training and psychological empowerment because they are important things and have been emphasized in this study.
The Covid-19 pandemic had decreased number of visitors to Nafisa Salon Muslimah in Semarang. Maintaining customer satisfaction is very important. This study aims to analyze the factors that influence the satisfaction consumers of Nafisa Salon Muslimah services. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. Data were obtained using a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents. Consumer data were analyzed using a binary logistic regression model with SPSS software. The results of the study stated that the service, product, price, and maintenance variables affected the satisfaction of the Muslimah Salon consumer service, while the comfort variable was not affected. Therefore, Nafisa Salon Muslimah can provide offline services by implementing strict health protocols and home services, selling care products online through e-commerce during the Covid-19 pandemic.
