Produk UMKM yang dihasilkan masyarakat di Kelurahan Tembalang mayoritas merupakan produk makanan yang merupakan buatan sendiri (homemade) yang berskala rumahan dan dikerjakan oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga. Pertumbuhan dan pengembangan UMKM yang ada pada kelurahan Tembalang khususnya yang diproduksi oleh ibu-ibu rumah tangga banyak mengalami berbagai macam kendala sehingga kurang optimal. Strategi pemasaran berbasis teknologi dapat menjadi kekuatan utama mendongkrak penjualan produk-produk tersebut. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah dapat meningkatkan pangsa pasar sehingga meningkatkan omset dan laba penjualan produk melalui media social sebagai alat pemasaran produk UMKM di Keluruahan Tembalang. Jumlah peserta sebanyak 23 orang, terdiri dari berbagai jenis UMKM di Kelurahan Tembalang yang sebagian besar adalah ibu rumah tangga. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pemberian pelatihan dan pendampingan kepada peserta. Pelatihan dibagi menjadi 4 sesi dan di akhir pelatihan dilakukan evaluasi. Hasil dari pelatihan ini adalah meningkatnya pengetahuan dan kemampuan peserta dalam pemanfaatan sosial media sebagai alat pemasaran terbukti dengan perubahan angka rerata pretest 71,03 dan posttest 120,30. Pemahaman akhir peserta terhadap media sosial facebook sebesar 70% lebih besar daripada pemahaman akhir peserta terhadap Instagram sebesar 55%.
The purpose of this research is to investigate the effects of work family conflict, work stress, work load and turnover intention. The study was conducted at women workers in the PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. The data is processed using the Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) by the application program of Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) version 18.0. According to the analysis, it is concluded as the followings: work family conflict has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 2.347); work load has a positive effect on work stress (CR = 4.472); work family conflict has a effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.084); work load has a positive effect on turnover intention (CR = 2.208) and work stress has a not effect on turnover intention (CR = 1.616) Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh konflik keluarga kerja, stres kerja, beban kerja dan intensi turnover. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada pekerja wanita di PT. Bank BNI Tbk Semarang. Data diolah menggunakan Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) dibantu oleh program aplikasi Analysis of Moment Structure (AMOS) versi 18.0. Menurut analisis, disimpulkan sebagai berikut: work family conflict memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 2,347); beban kerja memiliki efek positif pada stres kerja (CR = 4.472); work family conflict berpengaruh pada intensi turnover (CR = 2.084); beban kerja berpengaruh positif terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 2.208) dan stres kerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap intensi turnover (CR = 1.616)
One focus of the SDGs is children. It is important to pay special attention and ensure that children have equal access to education and health. One of the efforts that can be made to realize equality in the field of education is to provide proper educational facilities for children. This service activity aims to provide facilities that support the learning process of children in Seroja PAUD. Implementation of activities begins with initial observations, inventory of needs, determination of priority scale and finally the implementation of activities. The output of this activity is the availability of learning facilities and infrastructure for children at Seroja PAUD.
A well-managed supply chain flow will make the product distribution up to the final consumers runs effectively and efficiently. This study aimed to analyze the rice supply chain flow in Demak Regency, Central Java Province. Using a qualitative descriptive method, the authors conducted field observations, in-depth interviews, and focus group discussions with several parties as informants. The informants consisted of farmers, merchant collectors, rice grinders, wholesalers, retailers, and the Department of Agriculture and Trade Office officers. The results showed that the rice supply chain in Demak Regency starts from farmers to traders and mills, then to the wholesalers, retailers, Indonesian Bureau of Logistics, supermarkets, and final consumers. The government can encourage and facilitate every process to create effectiveness and efficiency in the rice supply chain in Demak Regency.
