This study aims to see whether the electronic procurement of goods/services [e-procurement] can minimize the occurrence of corruption. This study used a qualitative approach located in South Sulawesi. Interviews and documentation were conducted at LPSE, UKBJ, goods/service providers [vendors], ACC Sulawesi and Yasmib Sulawesi, which are anti-corruption NGOs. The results showed that even though they had used an electronic procurement system, corruption cases in the procurement of goods/services by the Government of South Sulawesi still occurred. The evil conspiracy between the recruitment committee and the vendor or between the vendor and the vendor is the modus operandi of corruption in the procurement of goods / services. This happens because the system at the Electronic Procurement Agency [LPSE] has not been able to track fraud and potential fraud that occurs.
The idea of a smart city and a new capital city in Indonesia is complex, so planning and the government's role are crucial. The purpose of this research is based on two big questions about the government's plan for preparing for development and the potential for smart city development in the new capital city. This study was done based on the results of a direct examination of official government documents using a thematic analysis approach and an analytical tool called Nvivo 12 Plus. This research was able to show what the Indonesian government's plans are and what they could do to build smart cities in the new capital city (IKN/Nusantara). The findings of this study map out six smart city support systems, which are the government's priority plans, including urban systems, safety and security, livability and urban life, government services, the environment and sustainability, and access and mobility. They all focus on technology adaptation, digitization, renewable energy, and sustainability. Despite these priority plans, there are still significant challenges to rethinking the prospects and potential for developing smart cities in the new capital city, especially the issues of human resources, budget capacity, infrastructure, and government bureaucratic adaptation patterns. This study proposes to set up a smart governance system to adapt to the new system, primarily to accommodate those problems and challenges. It can contribute to unravelling smart cities' complexities, challenges, and future development potential.
The concept of public services is an integral part in understanding the performance of the government in providing services to the community, so that if the performance of the services provided by the government is good and good, of course public trust in the government will be high. This study aims to analyze the realization of the performance of the Investment and Integrated Services Agency. One Stop (DPM-PTSP) NTB Province in providing public services for licensing and non-licensing for foreign investors and domestic investors. The method used is a qualitative descriptive approach, using interview instruments, documentation and observation. The results showed that the performance of public services at the Office of Investment and One Stop Service (DPM-PTSP) of Nusa Tenggara Province was good and the score was quite high based on the results of a survey of community satisfaction with services at DPM-PTSP NTB with a score of 84.71%. . Thus, it shows that the service performance provided by DPM-PTSP to its customers is quite good

Dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kualitatif, penelitian ini menunjukan pemanfataan teknologi informasi sebagai bentuk percepatan pelayanan publik di Kecamatan Lembar Kabupaten Lombok Barat belum efekif, hal tersebut bisa terlihat website yang dimiliki Kecamatan Lembar masih menumpang atau masih terintegrasi ke website Kabupaten Lombok Barat, sehingga masyarakat Kecamatan Lembar yang ingin mendapatkan pelayanan secara online harus masuk melalui website Lobar dengan menggunakan keword identitas (NIK). Dan jenis pelayanan online yang sudah dilaksanakan di Kecamatan Lembar masih yang berakaitan dengan pelayanan administrasi kependudukan dan catatan sipil seperti Kartu tanda kependudukan dan Kartu Kelurga.
