The purpose of this study was to determine the school's financial management strategy for improving the quality of education in Islamic Senior High School Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. This research uses a qualitative approach with the type of case study, taking the research location at the Islamic Senior High School Ukhuwah Banjarmasin. Data collection methods were carried out by 1) Interviews; 2) Observation; 3) Documentation. The analysis technique uses Miles and Huberman's interactive analysis model: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Meanwhile, checking the validity of the data was carried out by extending the research time and persistence in observing, triangulating, and using references. The research findings show that the school's financial planning strategy in improving the quality of education at the Islamic Senior High School Ukhuwah Banjarmasin through a) Conducting meetings at the beginning of the school year; b) Formulating programs; c) Establishing budgets; d) Carry out revision deliberations; e) Conducting evaluation results; f) Providing solutions or inputs; g) School Revenue and Expenditure Budget Plan (RAPBS).
In achieving the development of Tarakan City, the role of land transportation has an important and strategic position, so the policies need to be integrated into a single land transportation management policy and its impact on the economy of the people in Tarakan City. Various policies have been issued, to minimize the problem of land transportation, but no matter how good the policy will not work optimally as long as land transportation management is not improved. This study uses a descriptive-qualitative method because it seeks to find empirical facts with the right interpretation of the actions of existing phenomena. The results of the study: 1. The selection of land transportation in accordance with the characteristics of the City of Tarakan, and taking into account the needs and interests of all different levels of society, is able to support the effectiveness and efficiency of providing city public transportation services. 2. The development of an adequate land transportation network in Tarakan City has been able to increase the growth of the community’s economic sector, increase the value/price of land, the development of the small, medium, and large scale businesses, the occurrence of product specialization between regions, the concentration and urbanization of the population, especially in areas that have opened access roads and transportation. So that there is an increase in the income of the City of Tarakan accompanied by an even distribution of goods between residents, business fields spread over several areas. In addition, there has been an increase in the number and types of finished goods and services that consumers, government, and industry can produce.
The purpose of this study was to determine parents' perceptions of education funding for boss funds at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. This type of research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The data sources in this study are parents, principals, school committees and supervisors who are taken through interview and documentation techniques. The research instruments used in this study include researchers and interview guidelines. The analysis technique used is the technique of analyzing and interpreting research data using the Miles and Huberman analysis model through three stages, namely; data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that parents' perceptions of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin. Based on the results of the data obtained, parents' perceptions of BOS fund education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, parents are very enthusiastic in responding to the policies issued by the government, namely the nine-year compulsory education program, both in terms of opinions, responses, and assessments of parents are very positive towards BOS fund education financing, this shows that the BOS fund education financing program is very helpful. Also, the implementation of BOS funding education financing at SDN Basirih 1 Banjarmasin, starting from the planning to the implementation stage, always includes all elements of the community to provide input to the school as well as oversee the implementation of the financing
