Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengembangan desa wisata berbasis collaborative governancedi Kota Batu.Berkembangnya paradigma pembangunan dimana pemerintah bukan lagi menjadi satu-satunya aktor dalam pembangunan membawa pengaruh pada pengelolaan desa wisata. Peneliti berupaya melihat peran aktor dan kerjasama sehingga membentuk sebuah kolaborasi dalam pengembangan desa wisata. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode eksploratif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Hasil penelitian menjunjukan bahwa dalam pengembangan desa wisata, Pemerintah Kota Batu melibatkan sektor swasta, akademisi, media dan mendorong partisipasi masyarakat melalui pemberdayaan. Adapun dalam pelaksanaan collaborative governancetersebut, dibutuhkan komunikasi yang efektif guna memudahkan para aktor melakukan kolaborasi sehingga dapat mengoptimalkan perannya dalam pengembangan desa wisata.
Ketahanan nasional (national resilience) baru akan terwujud ketika ditopang oleh ketahanan pada lapisan dibawahnya yakni ketahanan regional/wilayah. Ketahanan regional/wilayah juga mustahil tercipta jika tidak adanya ketahanan pada level keluarga (diri/individu). Pandemic Covid-19 berpotensi mengancam ketahanan nasional bangsa Indonesia. Oleh karenanya keluarga sebagai pilar penyokong ketahanan nasional harus ditingkatkan peranannya. Keluarga sebagai unit sosial terkecil dalam masyarakat memiliki tanggung jawab dalam mencetak generasi penerus yang unggul dan berdaya saing, mendidik anak bangsa yang memiliki kecerdasan yang berimbang antara intelektual, moral, dan juga spiritual. Tulisan ini bermaksud menerangkan kondisi ketahanan keluarga pada masa Pandemic Covid-19 serta menjelaskan kontribusi keluarga dalam mewujudkan ketahanan masyarakat yang berdampak terhadap menguatnya ketahanan nasional bangsa. Pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode wawancara (interview) dan penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden. Family resilience is an important component of social development. Family resilience refers to a condition where a family can survive and make adjustments to face problems and disturbances. Problems in family life as a result of the dynamics of social, political, economic, and cultural changes become a challenge for family resilience. This study aims to determine how the implementation of the family resilience policy in Kutawaringin District, Bandung Regency to encourage physical, social, and psychological family resilience. The research method used is qualitative. The data in this study came from primary data and secondary data. Data obtained through observation and interviews with informants. The results of the research show that there have been many policies to improve family resilience in Kutawaringin District, including the Family Planning Program, the Adolescent Reproductive Health Program, the Child Growth, and Care Program, the Gender and Child Mainstreaming Institutional Strengthening Program, and the Program for Improving the Quality of Life and Protection of Women. Also, there are still families who experience vulnerability. This is due to a large number of early marriages, high stunting rates, health conditions, and low levels of education. For this reason, continuous education and socialization are needed regarding how to increase family resilience, as well as exploring potential and expertise so that the community can be empowered.
The aims of this study are to find out: (1) How is the Supervision of Leaders at the UPTD Transportation Cibadak Sukabumi Regency. (2) How is the Effectiveness of Receipts for Receiving Terminals at the UPTD Transportation of Cibadak, Sukabumi Regency. (3) How big is the influence of leadership supervision on the effectiveness of receiving terminal fees at the Cibadak Transportation UPTD, Sukabumi Regency. The researcher used a quantitative approach, the sample used was 109 people from a population of 896 people taken by probability sampling technique with the Disproportionate stratified random sampling method and the Slovin formula as a tool. There are two variables studied in this study, namely (1) Leadership Supervision (X) and (2) Effectiveness of Receipt of Terminal Retribution (Y). The tool used in this study is a questionnaire with a rating scale of 5 (five) choices. The data collected was then analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques using item averages, while statistical analysis techniques used Pearson Product Moment (PPM) correlation analysis, and simple linear regression equation models. The calculation results show that the cumulative average value of the Leadership Supervision variable is 3.61, which is included in the good category, while the Effectiveness of Receipts for Terminal Retribution of 3.61 is included in the good category. The results of statistical analysis obtained the price of r_xy = 0.444 which is included in the fairly strong category with a significance value (2-tailed) 0.000 > 0.005 or t_count = 41.97 > t_table = 1.981 so that it can be concluded that Leadership Supervision has a positive and significant effect on the Effectiveness of Retribution Receipts. Terminal while the Coefficient of Determination (KD) is 0.9428, which means 94.28% of the Effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts (Y) can be explained by the Leadership Supervision variable (X) and the rest is determined by other factors. Furthermore, the linear regression equation model is = 0.641 + 0.980X. Therefore, to improve the effectiveness of Terminal Retribution Receipts, it is suggested to the Chief Executive to improve the Supervision function.
Civil servants as policy implementers and public servants are required to be able to carry out their roles. Therefore, innovations related to performance appraisal of civil servants need to be continuously developed. This study wants to know the model of public service performance appraisal as part of improving the quality of public services. Data collection is conducted by survey, documentation, and in-depth interviews to research objects. The results of the study show that the performance appraisal at Regional Employment Agency Malang City has used Employee Performance Target or Sasaran Kinerja Pegawai (SKP). The implementation is still running for one year, so it still needs adjustments. Performance appraisal using SKP has an obstacle, namely the level of education of civil servants that influences the understanding of filling SKP. This has an impact on difficulties when the leader recapitulates the results of employee scores. There is a red thread that has not been substantially decomposed. Civil servant's performance is encouraged to create excellent service and performance appraisal should be one indicator in assessing service quality.
