<p>Utilization of Information and Communication Technology (ICT) in the Secretariat of the Population and Civil Registration Office of the Regency of Kudus is a necessity to assist in facilitating data management, so that the effectiveness and efficiency of performance can be achieved. One of the data management is Blank Management. The blank management process starts from blank data collection, then conducts the transaction process which includes procurement and use of blanks, as well as printing monthly reports and global reports / annual reports. The purpose of this study is to streamline time and to facilitate the user in helping the blank management process. The software used for the implementation of E-Blangko is Sublime Text with the PHP programming language, while MySQL is used as a Database. The method used in the implementation of E-Blangko is the System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method. SDLC or System Development Life Cycle is the process of developing or changing a software system using models and methods used to develop previous software systems. The system development life cycle or SDLC is a methodology for designing, building, and maintaining information and system processes. The results of this study are that the E-Blangko application can be used for blank management, conducting procurement and use transactions, printing reports, can make it easier for users to perform receipts from each blank, and are expected to be in accordance with needs and be more effective and efficient.</p><p><strong><em>Keywords</em></strong><em>: E-blangko, Technology, Information, Systems.</em><em></em></p><p><em>Pemanfaatan Teknologi Informasi dan Komunikasi (TIK) pada bagian Sekretariat Dinas Kependudukan dan Pencatatan Sipil Kabupaten Kudus menjadi suatu kebutuhan untuk membantu dalam mempermudah pengelolaan data, sehingga efektifitas dan efisiensi kinerja dapat tercapai. Salah satu pengelolaan data yang adalah Pengelolaan Blangko. Proses pengelolaan blangko dimulai dari pendataan jenis blangko, kemudian melakukan proses transaksi yang meliputi pengadaan dan penggunaan blangko, serta mencetak laporan bulanan maupun laporan global/laporan tahunan. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengefisiensikan waktu dan untuk mempermudah user dalam membantu proses pengelolaan blangko. Software yang digunakan untuk implementasi E-Blangko adalah Sublime Text dengan bahasa pemrograman PHP, sedangkan MySQL digunakan sebagai Database. Metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi E-Blangko adalah metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). SDLC atau System Development Life Cycle adalah proses mengembangkan atau mengubah suatu sistem perangkat lunak dengan menggunakan model-model dan metode-metodologi yang digunakan untuk mengembangkan sistem-sistem perangkat lunak sebelumnya. Siklus hidup pengembangan sistem atau SDLC adalah metodologi untuk merancang, membangun, dan memelihara informasi dan proses sistem. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah aplikasi E-Blangko dapat digunakan untuk pengelolaan blangko, melakukan transaksi pengadaan dan penggunaan, melakukan cetak laporan, dapat mempermudah user untuk melakukan perhitugan dari setiap blangko, dan diharapkan sesuai dengan kebutuhan dan menjadi lebih efektif dan efisien dalam menghasilkan suatu informasi.</em></p><p><em><strong>Kata kunci</strong></em><em>: E-Blangko, Teknologi, Informasi, Sistem.</em><em></em></p>
ABSTRAK Industri kerajinan gerabah Mayong adalah industri rumahan yang patut dilestarikan. Untuk menjaga keberlangsungan industri tersebut, pemanfaatan internet sebagai media promosi dan proses transaksi bisnis menjadi solusi yang menarik. Penelitian ini mengangkat permasalahan bagaimana meningkatan keunggulan kompetitif pada UMKM gerabah melalui model e-business. Tujuannya adalah untuk menghasilkan model e-business yang dapat digunakan untuk meningkatan keunggulan kompetitif. Manfaat yang diharapkan dengan model ini adalah UMKM gerabah dapat mempromosikan produknya melalui internet. Selain itu, proses jual beli dapat dilakukan pula melalui internet. <p>Flood is still an annual problem in the Kudus District. Based on the survey and interview with Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD – Badan Penanggulangan Bencana Daerah) data showed that in the Kudus District there are still many flood-prone areas. They also said that, there are six parameter that can be used to identify potential flood area such as: extensive inundation (km2, ha), depth or height of flood waters (meters), the flow velocity (m/s,km/h), the material washed away by flood flow (rocks, boulders, trees, and other solid objects), concentrations of water or silt thickness (meters, centimeters), and duration of inundation (hours, days, months). Therefor this research use six parameters are then analyzed and used as a benchmark model to identify flood-prone areas by using the production rule method, and as the material in constructing and designing flood-prone area identification systems based on expert system. Thus this research resulted a system to assist the identification of flood prone areas in the Kudus District by using expert system and geographic information system (GIS).</p>
ABSTRAKTujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pembelajaran tentang teknik bela diri pencak silat berbasis multimedia dalam bentuk animasi. Dimana animasi ini terdapat teknik-teknik pencak silat yang didalamnya menggabungkan seperti elemen teks, gambar, visual audio dan video dan juga untuk memodernisasi pembelajaran pada animasi 3D tenik-teknik pencak silat supaya mengangkat minat oleh semua kalangan usia yang memiliki bakat dalam pencak silat. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang terdiri dari Concept, Design, Obtaining, Content Material, Assembly, Testing, dan Distribution, dan dibuat menggunakan perangkat lunak Blender, Adobe Flash, dan Camtasia studio. Animasi yang digunakan untuk kepentingan belajar sangat memberikan dampak positif perkembangan perangkat lunak multimedia yang tidak lagi dalam bentuk teks dan gambar saja, yang dapat diimplementasikan dengan cepat, tepat, dan akurat dan dapat digunakan sebagai sarana pembelajaran kebudayaaan Indonesia. Information systems as online learning medium need to pay attention to access, quality and user needs in order to improve the quality of e-learning services. The research objective is to determine user acceptance of the system. The service quality method as identification in solving problems. The research focus on the analysis of five dimensions namely measurable, reliability, responsiveness, assurance and empathy. The research was conducted at the research college at Muria Kudus University. The results state that the assessment model of a system on the website can be completed properly. The level of effectiveness is carried out with respondents as users through the distribution of questionnaires. The results of the analysis with a statistical correlation performance test of 0.985 were declared accepted with a validity level of 97% indicating that the success of the system implemented was from the acceptance side. The higher the empathy with service quality and performance expectations, the greater the student's intention to receive online education services. This research is a reference for developing information systems on e-learning.
