The impact of the pandemic COVID-19 resulted in the weakening of the State economy causing a decrease in individual income, in contrast to the collection of zakat during the pandemic increased, the increase in zakat funds is inseparable from the behavior of muzakki, then from the purpose in the study how muzakki behavior in paying their zakat during the pandemic COVID-19, and how the response or response muzakki to the management of BAZNAS this study explored the approach of mix method with random sampling techniques numbered 396 respondents. The data was obtained based on the results of an online questionnaire through a google form. The results of this study showed that the behavior of charity during the pandemic COVID-19 does not affect in giving zakat even though it is in the red zone, in all respondents have done zakat, especially zakat fitrah which is often done in the month of Ramadan, as for zakat payments made in mosques or directly. However, the majority muzakki paid zakat through zakat institution because of credibility, transparency, and accountability reason.

Training on the use of Zotero reference management aims to improve the ability of students of the Faculty of Economics and Islamic Business to use the Zotero application in writing their thesis. This activity is based on the needs of students in managing references and citations used in completing scientific papers or theses. The training method is carried out in several stages starting from planning, implementation, and evaluation. More training is carried out starting with the explanation of the material and continuing with practical activities. The results of this training indicate that the ability of students who take part in the training increases in using the Zotero application. The ability of students also increases in managing references and determining appropriate references to be cited in scientific papers.Keywords: reference management; training; ZoteroAbstrak : Pelatihan pemanfaatan manajemen referensi Zotero bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis Islam dalam menggunakan aplikasi Zotero dalam penulisan skripsi. Kegiatan ini didasari oleh kebutuhan mahasiswa dalam mengelola referensi dan sitasi yang digunakan dalam menyelesaikan karya ilmiah atau skripsi. Metode pelatihan dilakukan dengan beberapa tahapan yang dimulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan dan evaluasi. Pelatihan lebih dilakukan dimulai dengan penjabaran materi dan dilanjutkan dengan kegiatan praktek. Hasil pelatihan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemampuan mahasiswa yang mengikuti pelatihan meningkat dalam memanfaatkan aplikasi Zotero. Kemampuan mahasiswa juga semakin meningkat dalam mengelola referensi serta menentukan referensi yang tepat yang akan disitasi dalam karya ilmiah.  Kata Kunci : manajemen referensi; pelatihan; Zotero

This study aims to determine whether there is a difference between the performance of BNI Syariah Bank and BRI Syariah with the Islamicity Performance Index approach method is one alternative to measure the performance of Islamic banking in terms of IslamicThis method uses quantitative and comparative, as well as data obtained sourced from BNI Syariah and BRI Syariah financial reports in 2014-2018 through the website www.ojk.go.id .The variables used in this study are the ratio of PSR, ZPR, EDR qardh and donations, IIR and IsIR The results of the research test showed that there were significant differences in the PSR ratio while for the ZPR, EDR qardh and donation ratios, IIR and IsIRThere were no significant differences. Overall BNI Syariah's performance is better when compared to BRI Syariah.Based on these results it is expected that Bank Syariah Syariah will further improve financial performance based on Islamic Sharia through strengthening capital, and encourage the development of social funds, namely zakat, infaq, alms and endowments.

Perkembangan nilai impor tahun 2017 untuk komoditi buah-buahan di Indonesia mengalami peningkatan dibandingkan tahun sebelum, hal ini menunjukan bahwa adanya peningkatan dalam jumlah konsumsi buah-buahan, sedangkan untuk jumlah produksi buahbuahan di Indonesia juga mengalami peningkatan di tahun 2017. Maka dari itu penelitian bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja ekspor-impor buah-buahan Indonesia pada perdagangan internasional. Hasil dalam penelitian menunjukan bahwa berdasarkan nilai rata-rata Indeks Spesialisasi Perdangangan (ISP) sebesar-0,455583904 artinya bahawa Indoensia masih negara impotri dan memiliki dayang yang lemah terhadap perdagangan komoditi buah-buahan, untuk nilai rata-rata Import Dependecy Ratio sebesar 2,8 persen artinya bahwa negara indonesia tidak ketergantungan pada impor buah dengan membandingkan nilai Self Sufficiency Ratio sebesar 98 persen, sedangkan nilai revealed comperatif advantage sebesar 0,095 dan nilai Revealed Symetric Comperatif Advantage sebesar-0,825 artinya Indonesia tidak memiliki keunggulan komperatif yang masih rendah.

ABSTRAKLatar belakang masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah terdapatnya fenomena penurunan pendapatan asli daerah (PAD) pada tahun 2005 sebesar 1.018,0 milyar pada saat penanaman modal dalam negeri meningkat sebesar 7.331,394 milyar dan penanaman modal asing mengalami peningkatan sebesar 1.061,03 milyar dimana fenomena yang terjadi tidak sesuai dengan teori. Apabila investasi meningkatkan menambah tersedianya lapangan pekerjaan sehingga mengurangi pengangguran dan akan menambah pendapatan asli masyarakat yang pada akhirnya akan menambah pendapatan asli daerah. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengaruh antara penanaman modal dalam negeri dan penanaman modal asing terhadap pendapatan asli daerahdi Provinsi Sumatera Utara secara parsial maupun simultan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif deskriptif. Sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 30 sampel dengan desain purposive sampling, data diperoleh melalui situswww.bps.go.id. Pengujian dalam penelitian ini menggunakan program computer Eviews Versi 9,0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara parsial variabel penanaman modal dalam negeri memiliki pengaruh signifikan terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara. Secara simultan penanaman modal dalam negeri dan penanaman modal asing berpengaruh terhadap pendapatan asli daerah di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.
