The aim of this study was to find out the effect of ernest prakasa’s Posts about Zakir Naik in Twitter toward his negative image in Bojonggede. The approach of this study was quantitative descriptive. To collect the data, the researcher used questionnaire adn in analyzing the data, the researcher used Parametric statistics of regression and correlation test. This research was conducted in Bojonggede and took 100 respondents  as the sample of the study.  After the evaluation has been conducted, it was found that there is a significant relationship between Ernest Prakasa's posts about DR Zakir Naik on twitter with his negative image in Bojonggede. The details is ; 71.7% claim that the negative image of Ernest Prakasa in Bojonggede because of his posts about Zakir Naik, and 28,3% of other factors.

Media sosial merupakan salah satu bentuk dari perkembangan internet, dimana media sosial dikhususkan kepada Instagram. Masa remaja merupakan masa peralihan dari masa kanak-kanak ke masa kehidupan dewasa yang ditandai dengan pertumbuhan dan perkembangan secara biologis maupun psikologis. Selain itu masa remaja terbagi menjadi tiga, yaitu masa awal, masa madya, dan masa akhir. Perkembangan remaja pada saat ini disertai dengan perkembangan teknologi yang semakin hari semakin berkembang sehingga memunculkan fasilitas yang sering digunakan oleh remaja yaitu media sosial. Nurul Azka salah satu remaja yang memanfaatkan Instagram sebagai media untuk erdakwah dengan konten video dakwah komedi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui konsep diri pelajar dalam menggunakan Instagram dan faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi konsep diri positif maupun konsep diri negatif pelajar dalam menggunakan Instagram. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuaalitatif dengan desain studi deskriptif analisis. Data yang diperoleh dari lapangan diperoleh melalui penelitian kepustakaan dan wawancara mendalam terhadap informan. Temuan penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa konsep diri remaja dalam media sosial Instagram adalah konsep diri positif. Remaja mampu memanfaatkan Instagram dengan baik sehingga memberikan efek positif bagi dirinya. Faktor yang mempengaruhinya adalah diri sendiri dan orang lain dengan memberikan tanda suka (like), komentar positif dan komentar negatif pada foto di Instagram.

Background: Myofascial Trigger point syndrome is a local pain trigger point characterized by irritation, inflammation, and swelling. The main problem is that when the emphasis is made, it creates a hypersensitive pain. Myofacial trigger point occured by adhesions, increase by malnutritions and oxygen to ischemic. The problems are pain on muscle cervical contraction and spasm, tenderness, tightness, stiffness, decrease muscle strength.Physiotherapy modalities that can be used for Myofascial Trigger point syndrome are Ischemic Compression and Stretching exercise. Objectives: The study aims to determine influence of Ischemic Compression and Stretching exercise in patients with the myofascial trigger point syndrome with pain of the Upper Trapezius muscle Trigger Point at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital. Research method: uses quasi experiments with one group pre test and post test. Samples for this research are 20 respondents got Ischemic Compression and Stretching exercise intervention. Respondents divided into two variable, dependent variable got stretching and ischemic compression method and independent variable is measure for pain in myofascial trigger point syndrome. Results: Hypotheses test results with the Wilcoxon saigned rank test result obtained by P-value ≤ α (0.000 < 0.05). Mean of pain based on Numeric rating scale before intervention (pre test) is 4,60 and after interventiom (post test) is 2,00. Conclusion:According to experimental decisions, there is an influence Ischemic Compression and Stretching exercise to decrease pain in the Myofascial trigger point syndromeof the upper trapezius muscle trigger point at the Grandmed Lubuk Pakam Hospital.
