Intisari—Indonesia merupakan negara agraris yang memiliki peluang dalam mengembangkan pertanian organik. Beberapa tahun terakhir ini, perhatian masyarakat terhadap pertanian organik semakin meningkat. Salah satu komoditas prospektif yang dapat dikembangkan dengan sistem pertanian organik di Indonesia adalah sayur-sayuran. PT Masada Organik Indonesia merupakan salah satu perusahaan agribisnis di Jawa Barat yang bergerak dibidang pertanian organik. Masalah yang dihadapi PT Masada Organik Indonesia adalah tidak terkontrolnya pengendalian persediaan yang disebabkan oleh permintaan pelanggan yang tidak menentu (dinamis) dan fluktuatif. Manajemen persediaan bertujuan untuk menentukan perencanaan pengendalian komoditas sayur organik di PT Masada Organik Indonesia dalam rangka efisiensi dan meminimalkan biaya persediaan yang dikeluarkan oleh perusahaan. Metode Algoritma Wagner-Within dan metode Heuristik Silver Meal memiliki tujuan yang sama yaitu menghasilkan kuantitas pesan yang optimum dengan biaya yang rendah. Dari hasil pengolahan data didapatkan metode usulan yang terbaik adalah biaya persediaan menggunakan metode Heuristik Silver Meal karena dapat menghasilkan biaya yang paling rendah dibandingkan dengan metode Algoritma Wagner-Within yaitu dengan penghematan sebesar Rp. 64.000.000,- dan efisiensi 26% dari metode yang diterapkan oleh perusahaan dengan total biaya persediaan yaitu Rp. 178.235.754,- Abstract—Indonesia is an agricultural country that has the opportunity to develop organic agriculture. In recent years, the public's attention to organic farming has increased. One of the prospective commodities that can be developed using an organic farming system in Indonesia is vegetables. PT Masada Organik Indonesia is an agribusiness company in West Java which is engaged in organic agriculture. The problem faced by PT Masada Organik Indonesia is uncontrolled inventory control caused by erratic (dynamic) and fluctuating customer demand. Inventory management aims to determine the planning of organic vegetable commodity control at PT Masada Organik Indonesia in the context of efficiency and minimizing inventory costs incurred by the company. The Wagner-Within Algorithm method and the Heuristic Silver Meal method have the same goal, namely to produce an optimum message quantity at a low cost. From the results of data processing, it is found that the best proposed method is the inventory cost using the Heuristic Silver Meal method because it can produce the lowest cost compared to the Wagner-Within Algorithm method with a savings of Rp. 64,000,000, - and 26% efficiency from the method applied by the company with a total inventory cost of Rp. 178,235,754, -.
PT. MTI memiliki sebuah masalah yang sering terjadi pada perencanaan kapasitas produksinya, dimana sering terjadi keterlambatan pengiriman pada produk yang dipesan. Salah satu penyebabnya juga diakibatkan adanya penumpukan proses produksi pada salah satu stasiun kerja sehingga mengakibatkan aliran proses produksi menjadi terhambat. Theory Of Constraints (TOC) merupakan metode perbaikan proses yang membantu dalam pengambilan keputusan dalam mengelola sumber daya. Metode TOC juga sangat bermanfaat untuk melakukan optimalisasi kapasitas produksi dengan menganalisa dan meminimalisir stasiun yang mengalami bottleneck yang menghambat jalannya produksi. Selain itu metode Rough Cut Capacity Planning (RCCP) merupakan sebuah metode untuk menghitung kebutuhan kapasitas dan membandingkannya dengan kapasitas yang tersedia. Data yang digunakan pada penelitian ini berupa data permintaan produk, waktu pengerjaan produk, struktur produk, dan waktu jam kerja. Dari hasil pengolahan data dengan pendekatan TOC didapatkan hasil bahwa stasiun kerja yang mengalami bottleneck yaitu stasiun kerja welding dan besar pemberian buffer pada stasiun kerja kendala adalah sebesar 5,22 jam untuk sebelum stasiun kerja kendala dan 4,97 jam untuk setelah stasiun kerja kendala. Dan hasil pengolahan data dengan RCCP dan software LINDO didapatkan hasil optimal kapasitas produksi yang mampu dihasilkan oleh PT. MTI adalah sebesar 181 unit perbulan dengan pembagian 101 unit untuk Pallet 1A, dan 80 unit untuk Pallet 3A, dan berdasarkan perbandingan MPS terbesar dinyatakan bahwa kapasitas yang dimiliki perusahaan belum cukup untuk memenuhi permintaan terbesar pada MPS dibulan November. Sehingga perusahaan perlu melakukan penambahan waktu jam kerja lembur atau dengan menambah beberapa unit mesin pada stasiun kerja terkendala pada stasiun kerja welding.
Identification of recorded information is the most important requirement for developing an effective traceability system. This paper aimed to develop an information technology (IT)-based traceability system combined with an intelligent system in potato chips agro-industry. In this paper, we present a business process in potato chips agro-industry which consists of three activities, i.e. raw materials receiving, processing, and warehousing of final products. First of all, a traceability system architecture was developed. To develop computational models, quality, food safety and environment criteria using fuzzy inference system (FIS) and adaptive neuro fuzzy inference system (ANFIS), and intelligent decision support system (IDSS) traceability model using android front end. An internal information capture point was identified for each step and corresponding traceability information to be recorded was determined. Furthermore, a prototype IDSS was developed to represent method of information modeling on products, processes, quality, and transformation at each node in potato chips agro-industry. In this study, intelligent systems have been developed for decision making in quality control good agricultural practices.
The development of information and communication technology makes it easier for users in the industrial world to make decisions in selecting green suppliers easier. Digital Business Ecosystem (DBE) is a centralized collaboration environment of the species as a community of stakeholders in the business ecosystem. This paper explains the selection of green suppliers through analysis and design to answer the information needs and decisions of stakeholders in the potato processing industry to increase the competitive value of the potato processing industry in Indonesia. Potato chip agroindustry in its processing can be with industries that are not environmentally friendly. This will have an impact on the demand for potato chips because consumers are more selective in choosing a product, therefore the concept of green supplier selection appears, namely the application of supplier selection that considers environmental aspects in it. This study aims to identify stakeholders in the selection of green suppliers, analyse and evaluate criteria for selecting green suppliers and to make digital business modelling for selecting green supplier. The method used in making identification of system requirements for the selection of green suppliers using the use case, making the criteria for selecting green suppliers using fuzzy rule based, making a digital business modelling of green supplier selection using Business Process Modelling Notation. So that in the future it can facilitate users in agroindustry of potato chips to be faster in selecting green suppliers so that the procurement of raw materials and production processes can run smoothly.
