The aim of the investigation is to obtain a good preparations of effervescent granules of ethanol extract of pepino fruit (Solanum muricatum Aiton) based on parameter of flowability and repose angle, density, moisture content, loss on drying and dispersibility. Maceration method and ethanol 96% as the solvent is use to obtain the extract of pepino fruit (Solanum muricatum Aiton). There are three formula design of effervescent granules formula 1,2 and 3 each of which in variation of binder PVP K30 2%, 4% and 6% (w/w). The granules is obtain by wet granulation method in which ethanol extract of pepino fruit as the active ingredient. Results of evaluation showed that angle of repose range from 33.425-34.352o while flowability range from 5.84-6.66 g/second. Bulk density range from 0.519-0.570 g/ml, tap density 0.552-0.53 g/ml, true density 0.2005-1.22 g/ml. Uji porositas berkisar 6.36-44.609 % while the dispersibility range from 1.407-1.477 gram/second. Based on the results can be concluded that all granules possess good properties pharmaceutically.
In accordance with the problems studied, the research conducted is a qualitative research which aims to determine the access to public information disclosure on the use of Wawotimu Village funds and the inhibiting factors for accessing public information openness to the use of Wawotimu Village funds.
This study took 5 (five) respondents consisting of the Village Government and the Wawotimu Village community. Methods of data collection using in-depth interview techniques, documentation, and literature study.
The results of this study indicate that access to public information disclosure on the use of Wawotimu Village funds has not been maximally managed properly by the Village Government, in terms of providing information on the use of Village funds, the Village Government only presents information in the form of APBDesa information which is displayed using a baleho on the Village information board. Meanwhile, the statement of the accountability report which is the most important thing for the public to know is not carried out as stated in the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation Number 20 of 2018 concerning Village financial management.
The aim of the research to determine the antibacterial and antioxidant activity of Colocacia esculenta fraction leaves derive from Pare-Pare South Sulawesi in using TLC-Bioautography and diphenilpycril Hydroxil. Screening antibacterial activity test of the Colocacia esculenta fraction leaves exhibited in concentration 1% active on pathogenic bacteria Salmonella thypi. Based on either antibacterial and antioxidant activities by TLC-Bioautography showed that fraction at Rf 0.70 value active on bacteria Salmonella thypi and antioxidant active as well. Identification of active chemical compound showed flavonoid compound using Iodium-KI and antimo (III) clorida as reagent.
Physical-motor development is physical development through coordinated nerve center, nerve, and muscle activities. Before the development of motor movement begins to process, then the child will remain helpless. The objectives of this study are: 1) The forms of outdoor play activities in TK PKK Banjarjo Pudak Ponorogo. 2) Implementation of outdoor play activities in developing gross motor skills in TK PKK Banjarjo Pudak Ponorogo. 3) Supporting and inhibiting factors in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills in PKK Banjarjo Kindergarten, Pudak Ponorogo. The research approach used is qualitative research with a type of case study research. Data collection techniques in this study used observation, interview, and documentation techniques. The data analysis technique follows the concepts put forward by Miles and Huberman namely data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. From the analysis of the data it was concluded that: 1) The forms of outdoor play activities included playing outside APE such as seesaw, globe and swing, gymnastics using music, playing traditional games such as crickets, stilts and snakes, observing plants and imitating animal paths. 2) Implementation of outdoor play activities in developing gross motor skills by exercising using music every day if the yard is not wet and playing outside APE such as seesaw, globe and swing every day at rest.3) Supporting factors in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills that is the enthusiasm of children participating in learning with enthusiasm, besides that the motivation of school principals and teacher cohesiveness to achieve common goals while the inhibiting factor in implementing outdoor play activities to develop gross motor skills is the inadequate funding and yard factors.
