PT Panarub Industry adalah perusahaan besar yang bergerak dibidang pembuatan sepatu, sementara pengelolaan data hasil produksinya masih menggunakan proses manual, sehingga menyebabkan banyak kendala yang harus dihadapi perusahaan. Untuk itu, perlu adanya sistem yang terkomputerisasi agar semua kendala dapat diselesaikan dengan benar. Dalam perancangan ini, penulis berusaha membuat sistem pengelolaan data hasil produksi dengan memanfaatkan teknologi komputer. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode OOADS (Object Oriented Analysis Diagrams) and developed with UML (Unified Modelling Language) sebagai modeling tools untuk mengembangkan rancangan sistem informasi diantaranya Use Case Diagram, Activity Diagram, Sequence Diagram. Penggunaan aplikasi PHP dan MySQL juga diharapkan dapat membantu mengembangkan sistem yang lebih terbaik untuk memecahkan permasalahan-permasalahan yang ada, serta tercapainya kegiatan produksi yang efektif dan efisien dalam pengelolaan data hasil produksi.

Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dalam penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui bagaimana pola kerja patron klien pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah di Desa Lalingato Kecamatan Tirawuta Kabupaten Kolaka Timur tahun 2015. Metode Penelitian yang digunakan adalah jenis penelitian kualitatif pendekatan deskriptif. Informan dalam penelitian ini ditetapkan secara purposive (sengaja) yaitu Bupati atau wakil Bupati, Kepala Desa, 2 orang tokoh masyarakat dan 1 masyarakat di desa Lalingato. Data penelitian dikumpulkan menggunakan teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi. Adapun teknik analisis data dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari : reduksi data, penyajian data dan penarikan kesimpulan.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pola kerja patron klien akan bekerja apabila ada kepentingan pribadi didalamnya, dimana patron disini memberikan bantuan,keuntungan dan pelindungan terhadap klien yang selanjutnya klien membalas dengan memberikan dukungan umum dan jasa-jasa pribadinya terhadap patron. Patron disini adalah calon Kepala Daerah yaitu pasangan Drs. H. Tony Herbiansyah, M.Si dan Hj. Andy Merya Nur, S.IP yang lebih tinggi sosial ekonominya yang kemudian membangun relasi dengan dengan klien yang kedudukan sosial ekonominya lebih rendah yaitu Pak Ramadhan selaku Kepala Desa Lalingato tahun 2015, dimana pada Pemilihan Kepala Daerah Kolaka Timur tahun 2015 yang diikuti oleh 4 pasangan calon saat itu dimenangkan oleh pasangan calon nomor urut 2 yakni H. Tony Herbiansyah dan Hj. Andy Merya Nur dengan perolehan 372 suara (59,71%) yang jauh mengungguli 3 pasangan lainnya. Menangnya pasangan H. Tony Herbiansyah pada pilkada Kolaka Timur tahun 2015 di Desa Lalingato itu karena dominannya peranan patron di desa tersebut dengan bekerjanya patron klien sebagain support system yang menimbulkan hubungan resiprokal, walaupun pasangan lain sebenarnya juga menerapkan pola yang sama, namun daya pengaruh ataupun kedalaman pola patron klien pasangan lain tidak sekuat atau sedalam jika dibandingkan dengan yang dilakukan pasangan H. Tony Herbiansyah. Selain itu, media ataupun sarana yang digunakan pasangan lain tidak sebanyak yang dimiliki oleh pasangan H. Tony Herbiansyah dan Hj. Andy Merya Nur.

Hulusimpang Formation.has known as Oligocene-Miocene rocks that consisted of volcanoclastic rock. Its scope was wide, especially in southern Sumatra. This formation is supposed as a prospect host of various hydrothermal mineralization. A preliminary study was carried out to examine the abundance of elements located in Way Kalianda River, Pesawaran, Lampung. This study was conducted by easuring its stratigraphy and analyzing its composition using an X-Ray fluorescence analyzer. The lithologies generally consist of lapilli tuffs, volcanic breccias, interbeded by claystone and sandstone; in addition, it is also frequently found petrified wood and andesitic-lithic fragments. As a result, the significant abundant elements are Fe (35.5%), Si (27.9%), Al (17.4%), K (6.7%), Cl (5.5%), Ti (1.7%), and Ca (1.5%) and also Mn, Ag, P, Mg, Sr, Zr, and Co. It also presents trace elements such as Rb, Zn, Pb, Te, V, Ba, Cr, Sn, Ni, Ga, Nb, Mo, and Eu. These elements are suggested from distal facies of intermediates-magma series Tertiary volcano.

A geophysical research has been conducted to determine the level of hazard vulnerability in West Halmahera by using microtremor data. Microtremor data are analyzed using the Horizontal to Vertical Spectral Ratio (HVSR) method and it is processed using Geopsy software to know hazard vulnerability level in the region . Data analysis and processing are used as sources of information in physics learning materials using an integrated learning model. Research objectives are to train the students to understand the materials in the fields of study and to enhance other discovery ideas.This research method uses the correlational method and the type of research is experimental research. The research design is an uniquecase research design and the instrument used is tests and questionnaires. The results of this research indicate that the microtremor data using integrated learning models of integrated types have effect on the students’ Mastery of materials in the implementation of physics learning. The effect of the integrated learning model of integrated type on the students’ Mastery of materials on the concepts of vibration and waves is 16% and it is in low category. Whereas, the students' responses to integrated learning model of integrated type are quite fun and it can help to improve their mastery of the material on the concepts of vibration and waves.

In order to welcome creative industries that synergize with technology, the Indonesian government has begun to prepare a vision for the golden Indonesia 2045. One of its pillars is the development of Indonesian human resources along with the mastery of science and technology. To realize this vision, superior human resources possessing creativity, critical thinking, communication, and collaboration skills are needed. The right method in character building is the development of potential skills from early age with the help of the world of education. One of the formal educational institutions building students’ characters to be skillful and competitive workforce, and developing entrepreneurial skills from an early age is vocational high school (SMK). Therefore, introduction of programming using Scratch to students of SMK Negeri 5 Pekanbaru is a learning method that is expected to develop the desired HR characters. Moreover, simple game creation training using Scratch can provide an overview of the use of simple coding as an introduction to how technology works. The activities were carried out in 4 method models, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The success rate of this activity is measured based on the results of score comparison between pre-test and post-test. The post-test results showed an increase of 96.67% compared to the participants’ initial understanding.
