Kesadaran bela negara itu hakikatnya ialah kesediaan berbakti pada negara dan kesediaan berkorban membela negara. Tercakup di dalamnya adalah bersikap dan berbuat yang terbaik bagi bangsa dan negara. Wujud bela negara ialah cinta tanah air, kesadaran berbangsa dan bernegara, yakin akan kesaktian Pancasila, rela berkorban untuk bangsa dan negara, serta mempunyai kemampuan awal bela negara. Metode penelitian yang digunakan ialah angket dengan analisis kuantitatif pada nilai mean. Kesadaran bela negara pada mahasiswa diimplemtasikan pada membuang sampah pada tempat yang disediakan, perlindungan dan keamanan bagi masyarakat sudah baik, taat beragama dengan sudah melaksanakan dan menjalankan ibadah dan menjaga kerukunan hidup di antara sesama umat beragama dan kepercayaan terhadap Tuhan yang Maha Esa, sadar telah membina diri saya sendiri agar dapat mandiri kelak, dan bangga kepada perjuangan para pahlawan. Namun ada kesadaran bela negara pada mahasiswa masih kurang yaitu turut menjaga keamanan lingkungan kampus, tidak cukup mewakili kampus dalam kegiatan olah raga dan seni, masih mengedepankan kepentingan pribadi dibadingkan kepentingan bangsa dan negara, cenderung memilih tidak memilih (golput) pada pemilu mendatang, dan kurang berminat menjadi anggota menwa atau tentara.
The current development of the justice system in Indonesia is not only oriented towards perpetrators, but also oriented towards the interests of Witnesses and Victims. The existence of Witnesses and Victims is very decisive in disclosing the existence of a crime in the court process. A whistleblower is a person who can provide information related to a crime even though he has not heard it himself, he has not seen it himself, and he has not experienced it himself, as long as that person's information relates to the existence of a crime, so that they need to be given protection. The purpose of this research is as a legal effort that the whistleblowers, both from within and from outside the institution, receive legal attention and protection. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a normative juridical approach. In order to obtain valid data, interviews and FGDs were conducted with representatives of the Witness and Victim Protection Agency (LPSK), the Financial Transaction Analysis Reporting Center (PPATK), and academics. The result is that the Law on the Protection of Witnesses and Victims for whistleblowers is very important, considering that as a party that can be referred to as the entrance to the opening of a violation/crime, especially in the financial sector, because this field is very vulnerable and risky in disclosing cases. Therefore, the legality for whistleblowers will be obtained more clearly, definitely and legally comprehensively, in order to create a better law enforcement in Indonesia.
Problem in using skylight for batik craftsperson is discomfort thermal that could bother batik craftsperson work. The skylight which used in the preliminary study was declared really effective for day lighting batik craftsperson work plane. This must be proved to comfort thermal problem. Questions in this research is how to solve discomfort thermal in the batik craftsperson space caused use skylight to natural light. The research method uses phenomenology and simulation ecotect program. Analysis about the condition of exixting show discomfort thermal because temperature is 32,79-35,01oC, still overheat than 27,1oC according to SNI 03-6572-2001. The analysis on alternatif 1 showed that the decrease in temperature 2,08oC be 30,01oC in June, but still too hot however these materials has have low U-value. Further analysis with the changes material properties, show reduced from the fist alternative 4,27oC become 28,52oC. Although this value has not yet reach 27,1oC l in SNI but thermal comfort could be achieved by air movement (mechanical fan) that can make people feel 2 oC temperature decrease from the real.
Every Company has to implement a role of working hours based on Labor Regulation (UU No.13/2003). If a labor works morethan working time limit than the Company has to pay working overtime. This 3 hours overtime only implemented in a workday or 14 hours in a week. Kepmen. No. 233/MEN/2003 determines that an employer can work overtime of the role (UU No.13/2003), depends on charactheristic of work. Working on Construction needs long hours, caused some works cannot be delayed. It can impact to the demise of the production process and material damage. Fresfgraduates of civil engineering, Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, that work on construction company are generally lack of knowledge and working expperience, if company does them for working not in worktime, no shifting, no working overtime, may cause K3 problem. This research is done to analyze freshgraduates work overtime and payment which suits regulation. The research objection is to discover new recommendation ideas that benefit the Jakarta State Polytechnic, especially the final semester students. This result can be used to as information before entering work. Then, researcher can find idea of thinking how the labor rules and uses it for freshgraduate preparation. Apabila melebihi ketentuan waktu kerja tersebut, maka waktu kerja dianggap lembur sehingga pekerja berhak atas upah lembur. Lembur hanya diperbolehkan tidak lebih dari 3 (tiga) jam dalam 1 (satu) kerja, dan 14 (empatbelas) jam dalam 1 (satu) minggu. Kepmen. No. 233/MEN/2003 membolehkan karyawannya bekerja melebihi ketentuan UU No. 13 tahun 2003, asal saja pekerjaan yang dilakukan menurut jenis dan sifatnya harus dilaksanakan atau dijalankan secara terus menerus. Pekerjaan dalam bidang konstruksi memerlukan waktu panjang, mengingat beberapa pekerjaan apabila ditunda mengakibatkan terhentinya proses produksi dan rusaknya bahan. Lulusan baru Jurusan Teknik Sipil Politeknik Negeri Jakarta yang bekerja di perusahaan konstruksi kurang memiliki pengetahuan dan pengalaman bekerja, apabila perusahaan konstruksi mempekerjakan lulusan tidak sesuai jam kerja, tidak ada shift, tidak ada kompensasi lembur akan menimbulkan masalah terhadap K3. Penelitian meneliti penerapan jam kerja dan pengupahan yang sesuai ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan, terhadap lulusan baru. Diharapkan melalui penelitian ini ditemukan gagasan baru/rekomendasi pemikiran yang bermanfaat bagi Politeknik Negeri Jakarta, khususnya mahasiswa semester akhir, dimana hasil penelitian dapat digunakan sebagai indikator sebelum memasuki dunia kerja, agar ditemukan gagasan pemikiran bagaimana aturan tentang ketenagakerjaan lebih berperan untuk lulusan dalam memasuki lapangan kerja. This study aims to help socially in the effort to prevent crime in the banking sector. Bank Indonesia implements a violation reporting system through the Bank Indonesia Whistle Blowing System (WBS). The Whistle-Blowing System (WBS) is a reporting tool for internal circles within Bank Indonesia in particular, and the public in general to report any behavior or actions that violate the Code of Ethics carried out by Bank Indonesia personnel and banking personnel as a whole. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method, with a socio-cultural approach, juridical and observation to obtain valid data. Likewise, interviews and FGDs were conducted with government representatives, in this case from OJK, practitioners, academics related to banking. The result is that the existence of WBS can help uncover a violation, a crime, although it still needs more intense socialization, and the need for protection for whistleblowers, at least from internal banking circles. However, practitioners stated that it is less effective because the main factor of our culture is that there is still a sense of reluctance to report friends, especially leaders. If the legal protection is adequate, then the WBS as a social control against banking violations/crimes will be more effective to minimize the prevention of banking violations/crimes can be minimized.
