Berdasarkan hasil survey dan wawancara yang dilakukan dengan pihak terkait diketahui bahwa permasalahan utama taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo adalah belum terbangunnya sistem jaringan pemasaran dan promosi produk kepariwisataan. Program Kemitraan Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk mendorong percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata di Desa Tamanrejo melalui pemanfaatan peran digital marketing. Dengan menggunakan model digital roadtrip melalui platform Instagram dan Facebook ditemukan bahwa metode tersebut mampu mempromosikan potensi wisata di Desa Tamanrejo, karena fitur utamanya yang mengunggulkan pembagian gambar dan video, sehingga pengguna Instagram dan Facebook seolah-olah merasa berada di kawasan taman Agrowisata. Penggunaan platform Youtube sebagai media untuk mengunggah, menonton, dan berbagi video profil taman Agrowisata. Kegiatan pelatihan mengenai pemanfaatan digital marketing dinilai tepat dilakukan kepada penduduk usia muda, sebagai proporsi terbesar pengguna aktif media sosial. Dengan pelatihan yang dilaksanakan, kelompok pemuda di Desa Tamanrejo dapat secara mandiri merancang konten di media sosial untuk tujuan promosi. Temuan penting dalam pengabdian masyarakat ini adalah guna mencapai percepatan rintisan taman Agrowisata, diperlukan sinergi yang menyeluruh dari semua lapisan Masyarakat. Caranya dengan mendorong pengguna aktif Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube di Desa Tamanrejo untuk mengikuti “Instagram, Facebook, dan Youtube taman Agrowisata,” membagikan setiap momen yang dilakukan ketika bersinggungan dengan aktivitas wisata di taman Agrowisata.
This study aims to determine the effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang. The object of this research is undergraduate students in Semarang who have entered the final semester with a sample of 100. The research was conducted using quantitative methods with purposive sampling as the specific criteria to be taken as samples. Data analysis technique with classical assumption test. The results of the study showed ( 1) there was a positive and significant influence on career planning on the job readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount value of 2,457 > ttable 1,984 and a significance value of 0.016 <0.05, ( 2) not there is an effect of self efficacy on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with a tcount of 1.868 < ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.065 > 0.05, (3) there is a positive and significant influence of adversity quotient on work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with tcount 4.983 > ttable 1.984 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. ( 4) there is a positive and significant effect of career planning, self-efficacy and adversity quotient together on the work readiness of undergraduate students in Semarang with an Fcount of 57.959 > Ftebel 2.70 and a significance value of 0.000 <0.05. The coefficient of determination (R2) with an adjusted R square value of 0.633 means that the career planning, self-efficacy, and adversity quotient variables can explain the work readiness variable by 63.3% and 36.7% is influenced by other variables outside the study.
Abstract: The era of globalization that is increasing and has strong competitiveness between companies encourages every university to improve the quality and readiness of students to enter the world of work. Based on this, this study aims to test and analyze the influence of mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills on student work readiness. The population used in this study was students of the Management Study Program, Faculty of Economics and Business, PGRI Semarang University Class of 2018-2019 which amounted to 428 students, and a research sample of 208 respondents was obtained. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling. Based on the results of research using the t-test (partial), it was found that mastery of technology affects job readiness, development of work skills affects job readiness, and soft skills do not affect job readiness. The results in the f test (simultaneous), it was found that mastery of technology, development of work skills, and soft skills simultaneously affect job readiness.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh positif Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja, Kecerdasan Emosional, Dukungan Sosial terhadap Kinerja Pegawai Dinas Penanaman Modal dan Pelayanan Terpadu Satu Pintu Kabupaten Pemalang. Dalam penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sumber data primer. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (X1) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t hitung sebesar 2,204 sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,031. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kecerdasan Emosional (X2) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) yang dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 6,126 sedangkan nilai signifikansinya sebesar 0,000. Tidak terdapat pengaruh antara variabel Dukungan Sosial (X3) terhadap variabel Kinerja (Y) yang dapat dilihat secara parsial dengan nilai t-hitung sebesar 0,347 sedangkan nilai signifikansi sebesar 0,730. Terdapat pengaruh positif antara variabel Kualitas Kehidupan Kerja (X1), Kecerdasan Emosional (X2), Dukungan Sosial (X3) terhadap Kinerja (Y) dapat dilihat secara simultan dengan nilai f hitung sebesar 27,776 sedangkan nilai signifikansinya adalah 0,000.
