Kemangi (Ocimum americanum L.) merupakan tanaman aromatik yang mengandung sitral yang diketahui memiliki aktivitas anti-inflamasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui aktivitas anti-inflamasi dari minyak atsiri daun kemangi pada tikus yang diinduksi dengan karagenan. Tikus jantan dibagi menjadi enam kelompok, masingmasing terdiri dari empat ekor tikus. Kelompok I sebagai kontrol negatif diberi larutan CMC 0,5%, kelompok II sebagai kontrol positif diberi natrium diklofenak, kelompok III diberi sitral, kelompok IV, V dan VI diberi minyak atsiri daun kemangi 40 mg/200 g BB, 80 mg/200 g BB, dan 160 mg/200 g yang diemulsikan dengan larutan CMC 0,5%. Setelah 30 menit pemberian zat uji, telapak kaki tikus diinduksi dengan 0,2 mL karagenan untuk menimbulkan udem. Volume udem diukur dengan menggunakan pletismometer setiap jam selama enam jam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya penghambatan inflamasi paling baik sebesar 44,83% pada dosis 160 mg/200 g BB. Dosis 160 mg/200 g BB menunjukkan adanya perbedaan yang signifikan (p<0,05) pada kontrol negatif. Dari penelitian yang dilakukan dapat disimpulkan bahwa minyak atsiri daun kemangi memiliki aktivitas sebagai anti-inflamasi.
This study aims to determine whether the direct effect of service quality on loyalty and indirect influence through customer satisfaction. This type of research is a quantitative associative that discusses the influence of service quality on customer loyalty with customer satisfaction as an intervening variable. The object of research is the users of Gojek service applications during the period of October 2018 to August 2019. The path analysis technique is used to test the hypothesis. The results showed that service quality has an influence on customer satisfaction and customer loyalty, but satisfaction does not significantly affect loyalty so that the indirect relationship between quality and loyalty through customer satisfaction cannot be verified. Implications and suggestions are explained in the article.
The purpose of this study is to describe the influence of high school / vocational high school students' perceptions about the role of the teacher and the teaching profession on the interest in becoming a teacher. The population in this study was all students of class XII in FKIP_UNLA partner schools, namely SMAN 8 Bandung, SMAN XI Bandung, SMKN 3 Bandung, and SMK Bandung Community Development, by using quota sampling. This type of research is quantitative research with correlation research methods. Data collection techniques were obtained using: Questionnaire, and interview, namely in the form of statements relating to the perceptions of high school / vocational students about the role of the teacher and the teaching profession the effect on student interest in becoming the teaching profession. Research results show that the perception of high school / vocational students about the role of teachers and the teaching profession contributes effectively to changes in the variable of student interest to become a teacher, and of these two variables the perception of students gives an influence on students' interest in becoming teachers.

This book is written based on his personal experiences in the blogging world, public relations, and online intrigue. The book turned out to be very relevant to the current condition of Indonesia. The Mastel survey in 2019 concluded that Social Media was the highest channel for spreading hoax news in Indonesia. The Covid-19 pandemic has become fertile ground for the spread of hoax news, both news related to efforts to prevent and control Covid-19. Official information from Government and Non-Government agencies working hard and focused on suppressing the Covid-19 number are often broken by hoax news that leads the public not to believe and underestimate Covid-19. Hoax news can also spread fear and excessive anxiety, thus encouraging people to act counter-productively to prevent and handle Covid-19. This research is intended to contribute ideas in anticipating the Covid-19 hoax from social media, Islamic communication ethics, and public responsibility. This qualitative research method is obtained from various online and mainstream media and literature and journal studies. After the data was collected, it was analyzed descriptively. The results showed that hoax news could be done by anyone regardless of gender, age, education, economy, social and political affiliation. To anticipate hoaxes, awareness of communication ethics must be raised again. This study also concludes that Islamic Communication Ethics can maintain the essential communication principles, namely honest, accurate, accessible and responsible, and constructive criticism. Anticipating hoaxes is a shared responsibility in personal, community, or government. Carefulness in receiving news is essential; filter the received news before sharing it with other people.
