AbstrakTeknologi Informasi telah memberikan peran penting sebagai media informasi dan komunikasi dalam bidang pendidikan, salah satunya dalam Pengelolaan Akademik Sekolah. Penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik sebagai satu cara dalam upaya peningkatan efektifitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan akademik meliputi pendaftaran siswa baru, pengelolaan data siswa dan guru, pengelolaan jadwal pelajaran, dan pengolahan nilai siswa. Sistem Informasi Akademik dikembangkan sebagai layanan informasi berupa data-data yang berhubungan dengan data akademik. Dalam pengembangan Sistem Informasi Akademik, metodologi yang dapat digunakan adalah metodologi Waterfall yang terdiri dari beberapa tahapan antara lain : 1 )Tahap planing yaitu membahas perencanaan sistem yang akan dikembangkan, 2 )Tahap Analisis yaitu melakukan analisis sistem yang berjalan serta analisis kebutuhan fungsional dan non fungsionalnya , 3 )Tahap Desain yaitu merancang dan mendesain sistem, dan 4 )Tahap Implementasi yaitu produksi aplikasi dan testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa Sistem Informasi Akademik dapat meningkatkan efektifitas dan Efisiensi Pengelolaan Akademik Sekolah. Dari sisi efektififitas, sistem informasi akademik dapat digunakan untuk meningkatkan komunikasi dan mengorganisir data akademik secara tepat dan akurat, sedangkan dari sisi efisiensi, sistem informasi akademik dapat mempercepat proses pengelolaan akademik, mengurangi biaya operasional (low cost dan paper less) serta mengurangi human error dalam pengolahan nilai siswa.Kata kunci : Sistem Informasi Akademik, Efektifitas dan efisiensi penerapan Sistem Informasi Akademik. Abstrack -The level of traffic accidents always increases every year. One of the main factors for the accident is the driver who does not know the traffic signs or intentionally violates the traffic rules. Therefore, learning about traffic signs should be studied as early as possible from an early age in order to begin to instill a positive soul in the use of vehicles and traffic signs as they grow older. One of the learning media that can be used by teachers to convey materials to students aged 4-6 years old is to use the medium of learning traffic signs with animation. This learning media is interesting because in it there are elements of sound and video or moving images. Besides, this media is also interactive so as to make students become more active and independent. In this study developed learning media traffic signs with animation in which there are several main functions that is, the introduction of traffic signs, simulation how to use good kendaraaan, games about traffic signs that can attract students attention, and Quis that can be used as Media evaluation of learning for students. This research using Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method applied in Aisyah Brebes kindergarten. Hope the future of this learning media can be applied in other kindergarten.Intisari -Tingkat kecelakaan lalu lintas selalu meningkat pada setiap tahunnya. Salah satu faktor utama terhadap kecelakaan tersebut adalah pengemudi yang tidak tahu rambu-rambu lalu lintas atau secara sengaja melanggar peraturan lalu lintas. Oleh sebab itu, pembelajaran tentang rambu-rambu lalu lintas harus dipelajari sedini mungkin yaitu sejak usia dini agar dapat mulai menanamkan jiwa positif terhadap penggunaan kendaraan dan rambu-rambu lalu lintas pada saat mereka tumbuh dewasa. Salah satu media pembelajaran yang dapat digunakan oleh guru untuk menyampaikan materi kepada siswa usia dini 4-5 tahun adalah dengan menggunakan media pembelajaran rambu lalu lintas dengan animasi. Media pembelajaran ini bersifat menarik sebab didalamnya terdapat unsur suara dan video atau gambar bergerak. Disamping itu media ini juga bersifat interaktif sehingga membuat siswa menjadi lebih aktif dan mandiri. Pada penelitian ini dikembangkan media pembelajaran rambu lalu lintas dengan animasi yang didalamnya terdapat beberapa fungsi utama yaitu, pengenalan ramburambu lalu lintas, simulasi bagaimana menggunakan kendaraaan yang baik, games tentang rambu lalu lintas yang dapat menarik perhatian siswa, dan Quis yang dapat digunakan sebagai media evaluasi belajar bagi siswa. Penelitiaan ini menggunakan metode Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) yang diterapkan di TK Aisyah Brebes. Harapan kedepan media pembelajaran ini dapat diterapkan di TK lainnya.

Decision Support System (DSS) is an interactive information system that provides information, modeling, and data manipulation. The system is used to assist decision making in semi-structured situations and structured situations, where nobody knows exactly how decisions should be made. At this time the process of employee selection on the PNC is still done conventionally, causing several problems, among others: 1)Often miscalculated value skors, 2)Factors like and dislike very high, 3)Sometimes the leadership has difficulty when determining the right employee to be accepted based on predetermined criteria. Looking at the existing problems, it is necessary to develop Decision Support System (Decision Support System) that can help the leadership of Cilacap State Polytechnic to determine the result of new Employee selection in Cilacap State Polytechnic environment based on predetermined criteria. The system was developed using the Exponential Comparison Method (MPE) ". The assessment standards used include: completeness of administrative documents, Skor of Basic Field, English Test, Competence Testing of Theory Field, Competence Test of Practice Field, and interview test which is given the weight of each value. Assessment results are sorted from the highest to the lowest. With this system, the decisions that the leader's lead becomes appropriate and potential. This study aims to help shop owners make decisions in determining the supply of ornamental fish stocks. The implementation of the user-centered design method for decision support systems used to forecast the sale of ornamental fish by processing ornamental fish sales data in the previous period to obtain sales predictions in the next period. The method implemented is a user-centered design method wherein the process of making a decision support system always involves the user, in this case, the shop owner as of the application user. The user-centered design approach helps in designing technology-based information systems that are user-centered and the goal of user-centered design is not only to create systems /applications that are useful for the user. Data collection was used to create a decision support system using literature studies, interviews with business owners and questionnaires. The results of research on decision support systems are forecasting the sale of ornamental fish with a decision support system using two methods, namely the trend moment method to help shop owners determine the fish stock and user-centered design methods to design a decision support system that suits the needs and wishes of the user
