Mulia University is a private university that carries the slogan “Global Technopreneur Campus” with a total of 1631 students per August 2019. Mulia University has two campuses for learning support. The first one is Balikpapan Main Campus, and the other one is Samarinda Campus. The data to be used in this research is a prototype. Then, will be analyzed by Business Intelligent. Business intelligence is a series of processes to get information easily from large and complex data. In this research has been conducted two stages of analysis, which is data collection techniques and data analysis techniques on prospective student data. The application that is used in this research is Microsoft Power Business Intelligence. By using Microsoft Power Business Intelligent, it is expected to simplify the management of student admission reports, as well as decision making and to determine future strategies. The results of this research are data visualization information reports about student admission.
The most crucial part in the development of forestry information system is collecting the required forestry data to fulfill the standards set by the Regulation of the Minister of Forestry of the Republic of Indonesia Number: P.02 / Menhut-II / 2010 on Forestry Information System. This process is done manually, and the results are not stored in single storage that leads to data redundancy and time wastage. Therefore, this study aimed to design a web-based Forestry Management Information System that will be named as SeMUT. This system was built to reduce the data redundancy and simplify the management of the required supporting documents. Besides, SeMUT is expected to become the data center of the East Kalimantan Provincial Forestry Office. The development of SeMUT utilized the waterfall model of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) method that has five main stages, including requirement analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This research is expected to be able to propose a web-based forestry management information system which enhances the effectiveness and efficiency of forestry data compilation. This research has developed an application that is useful for collecting data centrally.
In making the information system of diploma companion certificate (SKPI) BAAK Campus X there was a pile up of files to overcome these problems, so a certificate of companion certificate information system (SKPI) was made on Campus X based on website.. The System Development Method used in this thesis is the Prototype Method while the tool used in the development of the thesis system is Flowchart, FOD, CD, DFD, Relationship Tables and table structure as well as Making a system using the PHP Programming language and MySQL database management system Beta test results show that 67% of respondents said that this system fulfills 9 criteria for a good website. 100% of respondents (BAAK administrators) said that this system helped BAAK work.
