ABSTRAK Perlunya metode pembelajaran resiprokal dalam penguasaan teknik dasar memukul agar kemampuan memukul dapat lebih spesifik dalam melakukan evaluasi karena terdapatnya observer. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian terapan dengan analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis logis yang bersifat deskriptif kuantitatif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi ketuntasan belajar mahasiswa pada materi hitting softball dengan nilai rata-rata kelas 80 dan tingkat kesesuain teknik gerakan adalah 4.05 dengan kategori sangat sesuai. Softball games are one form of small ball games learned at school. In the softball game there is strike zone, which is an imaginary field between the elbow and the knee of a batter, and is above the home base. Students find it difficult to find the strike zone so that when throwing pitchers always "ball". when the game takes place students have difficulty determining between "strike" and "ball". The need for learning media that can provide a real form of strike zone for students. This research is a development research that uses the stages of development of Borg and Gall. Based on product testing, the target media strike zone is very suitable with the softball game and can effectively provide information about the real shape of the strike zone in the softball game, as well as helping students to set targets and throw accuracy.
The purpose of this research is to know the development of sports that are reviewed from the Sport Development index in Central Java to improve the quality of physical education. In this study used the Surve method with a quantitative descriptive approach that is reviewed from Sport Development Index The instruments of research used are observations, interviews, polls and tests. Data obtained is subsequently analyzed using SDI analysis. The research subject uses samples of 1,440 people taken from 16 cities and counties and 48 sub-districts. The results of this research show that the index of community participation in the exercise is 0,159 (low), sport open Space Index of 0,433 (low), human resource-Sports index of 0,013 (low), and physical Fitness index of 0,127 (Low). Thus, the point of SDI in Central Java amounted to 0,277 and entered in low category.
Semowo adalah sebuah desa di Kecamatan Pabelan Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah Indonesia. Sebuah desa yang kurang lebih berjarak 37KM dari pusat kota Kab.Semarang. Desa ini masuk ke dalam daftar 10 desa waspada stunting. Saat ini pemerintah memfokuskan perhatian pada kasus besar stunting. Berdasarkan data dari Dinas Kesehatan pada 2020, jumlah anak penderita stunting di Kabupaten Semarang sebanyak 3.817 orang anak atau 5,31 persen dari total jumlah populasi anak. Sedangkan berdasarkan pencatatan dan pelaporan gizi berbasis masyarakat (PPGBM), prevalensi balita stunting mencapai 12,58 persen atau dibawah angka Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebesar 14,51 persen. Sehingga perlu sebuah aktivitas fisik untuk percepatan penurun angka stunting di Desa Semowo. Sasaran dari kegiatan ini adalah semua anak yang menderita stunting atau semua anak usia sekolah dasar usia 6-12. Aktivitas fisik yang dilakukan yaitu senam sehat dan mini outbound. Kegiatan ini berdampak positif tidak hanya pada kesehatan anak stunting itu sendiri tetapi juga dapat mempercepat penurunan angka stunting di Desa Semowo. Sehingga dapat dikatakan secara umum terjadi peningkatan kesejahteraan kesehatan masyarakat di Desa Semowo, Kec. Pabelan, Kab. Semarang.
Salah satu materi dalam penjasorkes adalah permainan bola kecil yang penerapannya di sekolah masih kurang maksimal karena siswa kurang aktif dan kesulitan menguasai teknik dasar dengan baik. Dengan tidak maksimalnya pembelajaran yang dilakukan maka akan menganggu proses pencapaian tujuanpembelajaran. Perlunya informasi kepada guru penjas tentang bentuk modifikasi permainan bola kecil yang inovatif. Informasi tersebut diberikan melalui kegiatan sosialisasi permainan Hitball dengan metode yang digunakan adalah demonstrasi. Kegiatan ini diikuti oleh siswa kelas 5 pada beberapa sekolah dasar di Kecamatan Gunungpati Semarang. Melalui penerapan permainan Hitball padapembelajaran penjas, siswa sangat aktif dan antusias dalam melakukan permainan. Hal ini sesuai dengan tujuan pembelajaran penjas untuk menggerakkan siswa. Melalui sosialisasi permainan inovatif hitball juga memberikan gambaran kepada guru penjas terhadap bentuk modifikasi permainan bola kecil.Kata Kunci : Permainan Bola Kecil, Pendidikan Jasmani. This information is provided through the socialization of Hitball games with the method used is demonstration. This activity was attended by 5th graders of elementary school in Gunungpati District, Semarang. Through the application of Hitball games in PE learning, students are very active and enthusiastic in playing the game. This is in accordance with the learning objectives of Penjas to move students.
