The purpose of this writing is to design and to develop an application that is able to present data in Sumbawa Language (Basa Samawa) Dictionary which is still in book outline into digital form. Spiral method is used in this research for software development process and its data collection method applies literature study with data source from "Dictionary of Sumbawa-Indonesia" by Department of Education National Language Center Office Province of West Nusa Tenggara, moreover its test method pertains black box method that is a software experiment in terms of its functionality. The results of research that has been built with Android Studio 1.5 and SQLite database with target android version 6.0 (Marshmallow) has been accessible through Play Store, in which this application has been equipped with vocabulary search including sentence examples, introduction to dictionary usage, dictionary procedure information and application to contribute to the indigenous communities of Sumbawa as well as exterior societies of Sumbawa in studying Sumbawa language and preserving the Sumbawa cultural heritage.

In the world of education the utilization of information technology is something that must be implemented, one of which is the use of the internet which can be used as a medium for disseminating information. Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology is a study program that has graduated many alumni, but so far there is no portal that can manage information regarding the whereabouts of its alumni. This causes the study program difficulties in getting the latest information of the alumni when needed. Therefore, in this research a website-based alumni information system was designed which aims to facilitate the Informatic Study Program of Sumbawa University of Technology in managing and searching for information related to alumni data. In building this system researchers used the PHP programming language with CodeIgniter Framework and MySQL as the database. Then for the development of this software is using Waterfall model. It is hoped that when this system is implemented it can be used by study programs and alumni in managing alumni information, making it easier and faster to conduct data collection and reporting of existing alumni data.

Surat menyurat merupakan kegiatan operasional rutin yang mencakup dalam pembuatan surat, pendataan surat masuk dan pendataan surat keluar. Kantor Kelurahan Uma Sima yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumbawa merupakan tempat untuk melayani masyarakat dalam memenuhi administrasi surat menyurat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membantu memudahkan pegawai dalam pembuatan surat keterangan, pendataan surat masuk, pendataan surat keluar, pendataan warga, dan pendataan disposisi. Penelitian ini bertujuan membangun sebuah sistem informasi yang berbasis web, sistem informasi administrasi surat menyurat di Kantor Kelurahan Uma Sima. Sistem ini bangun menggunakan visual studio code dengan bahasa pemrogramman PHP dan menggunakan MySql sebagai database. Metode pengembangan perangkat lunak menggunakan waterfall Model. Pengujian perangkat lunak dilakukan melalui pengujian black-box. Instrumen Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian menggunakan wawancara, observasi dan studi pustaka. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi administrasi surat menyurat yang berguna untuk membantu dalam pembuatan surat serta pengolahan data surat masuk dan surat keluar.

Language is an important part of a country or region in communicating between individuals formally and informally. However, it becomes an obstacle, not all outsiders and native residents of Lombok Island (Sasak Ethnic) understand the dialect of Sasak, Lombok Island, West Nusa Tenggara. In addition, in formal and informal meetings, it is rare to use the Sasak language in communicating. Based on these problems we need a media that helps in interacting in the form of a dictionary. The Sasak Language Dictionary is presented in a mobile-based application by utilizing voice as input which is known as Speech Recognition technology. The application is built using a prototype methodology and programming tools using Embarcadero Delphi 10.32 Programming. and SQLite as database. The result of this study is to build a Sasak Language Dictionary mobile application using Speech Recognition in the form of utilizing voice as input.

The spread of COVID-19 has had an impact on all sectors of life, one of which is the education sector. The teaching and learning process which was originally carried out face to face is now switching to online learning. The purpose of this study was to determine how effective the online learning method was during the COVID-19 pandemic at a private university. There are 3 methods in this research, namely synchronous, asynchronous and mixed learning methods with the nature of the research is quantitative. Data collection techniques were carried out by distributing questionnaires in the form of google form to 100 students and 60 lecturers as respondents. The results of research on student respondents showed that mixed online learning methods were very effective during the covid-19 pandemic with an effectiveness ratio value of 81 and a percentage of 34%. while the synchronous and asynchronous methods are quite effective with the percentages of 32% and 33%, respectively. However, lecturer respondents indicated that the three methods were quite effective with the percentage of synchronous learning 32%, asynchronous and mixed learning 34% each.
