Measurement of the efficiency of the university performance. Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) is a data-based performance evaluation method used when multiple inputs and outputs are represented in the Decision-Making Unit (DMU) set. In DEA, when there is a value of Non-Zero Input and Output Slacks then this often means inefficiency. This scalar measure directly with the input of surplus and the output of the short decision of the decision-making unit (DMU). DEA Structure usually apply in general settings, actually DMUs can fall into distinct groups whose members experience similar circumstances. The targets of the Ministry of Research, Technology and Higher Education of the Republic of Indonesia (KEMENRISTEKDIKTI), one of which is the measurement of the efficiency based on the number of lecturers' research, the efficient use of resources. This study will group each department at the Universitas Malikussaleh using the Group Common Benchmarking approach and then provide suggestions for improvements to each group by using Slack-Based Measures.
The Indonesia natural wealth of tropical forest store various plants such as ornamental plants, fruits, vegetables, spices and medicinal plants. Medicinal plants are a variety of plants that are recognized as plants for medicines. However, due to the lack of community knowledge about medicinal plants. So it takes the application of learning about the benefits of medicinal plants to the community, especially to children. Orthopedagogic Orthodontic Objects are exceptional children, who have abnormalities that require special educator services. Learning media associated with motor censorship can overcome the limitations of deaf and tuneless children who can improve the motor skills of the child. Because children with hearing impairment and speech have a lack of understanding of spoken and written language. Development of Computer Science technology today, thus encouraging the educational process to be more interesting and applicable in order to improve the quality of education media and learning interests of learners. Augmented Reality (AR) learning media is a technique of displaying objects directly by directing the camera to a real (marker) object. The aim of current developd application are to show 3 Dimensional interactive learning media using a marker of flashcards about medicinal plants as many as 20 types of medicinal plants. This is intended to facilitate the user especially on orthopedagogic education in recognizing the types of plants that are efficacious for treatment.
Nowadays many traders are cheating in selling meat that is not feasible for consumption to get a greater profit by mixing good meat with meat that is not feasible for consumption. So cause anxiety for the community because it has dangerous content. One way to help people in selecting meat through image processing can recognize objects. The purpose of this research is to know the quality of beef which is good and feasible to be consumed using the co-occurrence matrix to classify the meat image with K-NN algorithm. This research can be utilized to be able to distinguish the types of meat based on colour and texture. The data used in this research are 60 image data consisting of 30 images of fresh meat and 30 images of rotten meat. The classification process uses test data in order to distinguish the types of fresh meat and rotten meat. The mean feature value of this method with the feature features of the highest feature extraction is the homogeneity value feature. The results showed that the performance of the system using the KNN method to identify the quality of meat based on colour and texture can detect the type of beef.
E-Samsat offers the service regarding motorized vehicle tax payment online. Still, in its implementation, it does not have many users. It is due to the community's lack of awareness and the advantages that it can offer. The research aimed to analyze the determinant factors in using the e-Samsat service in East Java. The effects of each variable (trust, awareness, ease of use, and intention to use) on each other were examined. The research was conducted at Samsat joint office in Surabaya because it was the area with the largest motorized vehicle in East Java. The research applied a quantitative approach. There were 200 respondents who were users of the service. They were selected using the cross-section technique through questionnaires. Then, data analysis used the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) approach. Data analysis results indicate that almost all hypotheses are acceptable and have a significant effect on each other. However, trust does not have a significant effect on the intention to use. The analysis of these factors can be recommended to increase the acceptance of e-Samsat services in East Java. The research can help the government to make decisions related to e-government, create technological innovations that facilitate payments, and improve e-Samsat services quality.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
