The object of research is the management of communication processes that occur between different stakeholders in project activities in the implementation of distributed environmental projects. The research is based on the application of the basic provisions of communication management in project management methodologies, including Green Project Management used to study the features and factors influencing individual processes in distributed environmental projects. The paper also applies the current provisions, methodological approaches to set theory and systems analysis (to formalize management processes, development of system models); classical and applied project management standards; expert evaluation methods for quantitative evaluation of criteria; methods of mathematical modeling, etc. The information base of the research is statistical data on the implementation of projects, the results of own research. The main hypothesis of the study is the assumption that a significant impact on the outcome of the implementation of distributed environmental projects is determined by the successful management of communications between stakeholders in the development and implementation of the project. Because the formation of an effective communication management mechanism in distributed environmental projects ensures the receipt of the project product with minimal risks. The interrelation of management of communications and interactions in the distributed projects and features of application of the concept of Green Project Management for management of nature protection projects is shown. Peculiarities of interaction management in distributed environmental projects are analyzed. The method of interaction management in nature distribution distributed projects is offered. The method of creation of a communication platform for realization of the coordinated management of communications in the distributed projects is offered. With the help of the method it is possible to coordinate the planned actions of the project participants on a set of compromise and related solutions to implement the tasks that are the best results of the project in accordance with the functions for benefits. It is shown to increase the efficiency of the interaction management process in distributed environmental projects to ensure effective communication in the interaction of stakeholders in distributed environmental projects under the condition of unclear information about the real state of the level of achievement of stakeholder expectations.
The object of research considered in this paper is the design mindset process in the development of a prototype of electronic service for assessing the environmental impact of the planned activities of business entities. The problems of applying the design mindset approach to the process of automating environmental impact assessment have been investigated. As a result of the application of the design mindset in combination with the stakeholder approach, a logical-structural scheme and architecture of the electronic service interface for different categories of users have been developed. The peculiarities of the prototype of the electronic service of environmental impact assessment (EIA ES) are to provide a common understanding of the requirements and results obtained, and convenient access to the execution of calculations. Distinctive features for the implementation of calculations in EIA ES are the quantitative obtaining of the values of indicators, which are represented by a report in the form of qualitative parameters through the use of a new algorithm. This allows business entities to perform calculations of indicators using online access at the stage of preparing the report. The developed interface design and functionality of the EIA prototype were evaluated by the expert method on a 10-point scale when making calculations for a real project. The effectiveness of the electronic service has been confirmed by the consistency of expert opinions in line with the concordation method. The estimated concordation coefficient was 0.83 and was checked for adequacy according to the Pearson criterion (20.75), which confirmed the reliability of the calculations at a significance level of 0.05. The scope of application may be environmental impact assessment of transport construction objects and gas stations. The conditions for practical use are the availability of access to the Internet and the availability of sufficient user qualifications for performing calculations.
The effectiveness of the process of solving contemporary social problems is greatly enhanced by the application of models and methods of project management. Projects that have many stakeholders and project team members from various industries have gained considerable popularity and are called distributed. Higher education institutions often introduce “flexible projects” into the educational process, which, when preparing specialists for different industries, contribute to the formation of their respective competences. The process of implementing such projects goes through mini-cycles and involves a complex and extensive communication system, especially with the external environment. The purpose of the work is to choose the method of communication management in different types of projects. The features of communication management in flexible projects are defined in the article and the analysis of existing methods of communication on the example of environmental educational projects is carried out. The method of expert evaluation has identified effective methods of communication in flexible projects, namely educational, environmental and scientific, since the success of their implementation is the basis for the further formation of a stable internal environment of our country. For educational and scientific projects, the most effective are the written methods of communication, while the implementation of environmental projects, electronic communications are the most successful. In the study, based on the existing approaches to the assessment of mental space in the project management environment, a model of mental space for the implementation of transport safety projects was formed. The purpose of the work is to create a system model of the formation of mental space in the management of security projects of transport enterprises to increase the efficiency of their implementation. Research methods - project and program management methodologies; mechanisms of set theory, system and process analysis. The developed system model includes the mental space of the security project; the mental space of the project manager / project team, to be determined by the general policy of safety management of the enterprise and is formed by the mental space of the transport enterprise; the mental space of stakeholders is defined as the mental space that is formed by the general attitude to ensuring the safety of the transport industry; the mental space of mobile content / environment is determined by the zonal culture of transport safety that exists in a particular region. This comprehensive approach allows us to move towards taking into account all the important components in the management of transport safety and especially in transport companies. The results of the article in the implementation of the procedure of forming a mental space in the management of security projects of transport enterprises to improve their efficiency can be implemented. Predictive assumptions for the development of the object of study - the development of a method of forming a mental space in the management of security projects of transport enterprises. A project approach is used to solve security issues. Realization of security projects is efficient in case of plenty stakeholders participating. Stakeholders may represent representatives of government, business and society. Formation of common values focused on security for all stakeholder groups will provide an efficient implementation of security projects. It demands to create an appropriate mental environment. Acquisition of necessary knowledge, skills and abilities takes place in the process of learning and professional activity. And as early as possible the mental environment is formed, then a readiness of stakeholders on implementation of security projects will be higher. With this aim there was conducted a survey among students to determine their understanding of security issues importance and their willingness to participate in security projects. Most respondents have considered that pursuit of higher education in appropriate major and development of career are highly important issues as well as students endeavor to increase own education level. Respondents have understanding the importance of security issue and they are ready to increase its level. When asked about the importance of different types of security, everyone has chosen the safety of life. Respondents have also demonstrated an understanding of financial and information security importance. Students of last years training have focused their attention to occupational safety. Regarding an environmental safety, according to respondents, it always remains relevant. Conducted analysis allowed to conclude that there is a basis for mental environment formation in security projects. It contributes to rapid and efficient implementation of projects and achievement of targeted goal. Considering the above-mentioned there can be a conclusion that the basis of mental environment formation is a precondition for implementation of security projects. However, in order to successfully achieve certain results in security projects, it is necessary to create a favorable mental environment that will help to create the common security-focused values for all stakeholders.
