Households play one of the key roles in the development of the financial system of any country and the national economy in general. It is the understanding of the behavior of these economic entities in the market of financial services that makes it possible to predict the development of such a market, to understand the mechanisms of the emergence of dissipative processes in the interaction of households and financial institutions, which can form crisis phenomena in the development of such a system and restrain the innovative development of the national economy. This determines the importance and relevance of further research in this direction. Within the article, the impact of modern digital technologies on the development of financial services, in particular financial behavior of households, in the conditions of the formation and active development of the innovative economy is considered. Significant attention is paid to the specification of the methodology for determining the impact of the digitization index and the index of the model transformation of financial behavior of households. It is established that the outlined models are specific and different between various regions in any country. That is why the above method of calculation was used on the example of Ukraine. As a result, information was obtained on the digitalization index, and the transformation index of the financial behavior model of households in twenty-four regions of Ukraine. Based on the use of econometric analysis, algebraic equations of the dependence of the transformation index of the model of financial behavior of households on the digital technologies development in each of the outlined regions were determined.
The article describes the scientific and methodological approach to assessing the effectiveness of the financial architecture of Ukraine's economy on the basis of recommended values of the system of indicators, determining their type, allowable intervals of values taking into account micro- and macrofinancial levels of the hierarchy. The comparative analysis of the corresponding indicators on the countries of the EU and Ukraine for 2009-2018 is presented. The future directions of dynamics of indicators of efficiency of functioning of financial architecture of economy of Ukraine are offered
In the article, the role of the credit services market in ensuring stability of the banking system is examined. The study was carried out on the basis of a detailed comparative analysis of the development of the banking system and the credit services market of Ukraine. This approach made it possible to identify the main prerequisites for the development of such a market, and possible options for the formation of crisis phenomena in its functioning. Within the article, it is also described in detail how the credit services market can have a destructive effect on stability of the country's banking system and its financial system. For this, considerable attention is paid to the description of the economic and political environment in which commercial banks have operated in Ukraine during the last twenty years. This made it possible to specify the causes of crisis situations in the country's banking system, justify the actions of state authorities in countering the consequences of such crises. The analysis of the financial stress index as an indicator of stability of the financial system functioning made it possible to establish the cyclic nature of its changes, which proved permanent emergence of crisis situations in the development of both the credit services market and the banking system of Ukraine.
Despite the rather long period of solving environmental issues and research, the problems of attracting green financial instruments as sources of financing and stimulating the development and implementation of clean technologies have not been sufficiently studied. The aim of the study is to: conduct a theoretical analysis of the available data; identify trends and study green financial instruments and propose their classification; formulate hypotheses for the development of green financial instruments; and apply empirical methods of analysis to identify the dynamics of the development of environmental taxation in the EU budget. A theoretical analysis of available sources identified existing green financial instruments, which were classified as: (a) aimed at improving existing technologies for the production of goods and services through the development of greening and eco-modernization projects that contribute to the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions; (b) aimed at the development and implementation of innovative projects that change the technology for the production of goods and services, completely eliminating the emission of greenhouse gases. The hypotheses put forward for the study of the management of green financial instruments through the use of financial management mechanisms are formulated through theoretical analysis based on the environmental taxation of production technologies.
