In the rapid development of 4.0 technology, now all aspects and types of activities have begun to utilize the presence of increasingly sophisticated technology to facilitate the activities, including the utilization of technology in the world of education. However, the application of technology in primary schools has not been able to be used properly, one of them in supporting the government program is 2013 curriculum. Based on the observation done at SDN Sukanagara and the study of the literature, in the process of processing competency values of students ' social and spiritual attitude is still less efficient, because assessment and input value still use the method Conventional time consuming and using a lot of paper on its process. In an effort to support the paperless program, utilization of technology for Attitude Competency Assessment in 2013 curriculum is needed, so there needs to be a system that can facilitate the assessment process of attitude competency that is more concise, efficient and Paperless. In this study there are 3 (three) methods used: Observation, library study, and prototyping. The results of this research in the form of prototype input competency assessment of social and spiritual attitude is packaged in the form of questionnaire, which is expected to assist in the processing of assessment data.

In the world of information technology has changed the lifestyle in the aspect of our lives especially in the educational world. E-Raport is an academic information system used to input web-based student value data. The current value data input system is a benchmark for the creation of quality output and able to compete with other schools. One of the benchmarks that can be the competitiveness for other schools is the result of student learning assessments that are handled by each class. Problems that occur in the input of the value of Raport at SDN Sukanagara is currently still a manual that is the value of Raport recorded in the book Raport, so it takes a long time and a lot of energy needed. Research has the purpose of designing a value information system that facilitates the checking, recording and reporting of the computerized value of the students. Computerized Raport value reports can minimize errors in student data processing. This WEB based online raport is very easy data information and can be accessed anytime and anywhere, the system design works to insert and save value Report data and attendance and display info from school. The system uses data collection methods such as interviews, library studies, and system design, which are context diagrams, and prototypes. The information system of online Raport SDN Sukanagara is expected to be able to bring positive impact to the educational world, especially for SDN Sukanagara in the development of information technology applied in the world of education.

Data analysis and mathematical techniques play a central role in quantitative data processing. Quantitative researchers estimate (strength) the strength of the relationship of variables, and test hypotheses statistically. Unlike the case with qualitative research. Although qualitative researchers might test a hypothesis in the analysis process, they do not estimate or test hypotheses about the relationship of variables statistically. Through tests or statistical tests can be used as the main means for interpreting the results of research data. It is through this statistical test that we as researchers can compare which data groups and what can be used to determine probabilities or possibilities that distinguish between groups based on an opportunity. Thus, it can provide evidence to determine the validity of a hypothesis or conclusion. In this study, we will discuss the preparation of data for analysis such as editing data, coding, categorizing, and entering data. As well as discussing the differences in data analysis for descriptive statistics and inferential statistics, differences in data analysis for parametric and non-parametric statistics in research, explanations of multivariate data analysis procedures, and also forms of research hypotheses.

Kesulitan untuk login jika seorang pengguna login yang berbeda-beda untuk setiap sistem yang digunakan, karena seseorang harus dapat mengingat banyak username dan password yang juga keamanan harus dijaga dengan baik. Single Sign On ( SSO ) with google<br />merupakan fasilitas yang memberikan kemudahan untuk user yang melakukan login ketika menjelajah di internet. Dengan metode Single Sign On ( SSO ) with google ini, setiap user hanya perlu memiliki satu account Gmail untuk login. User hanya perlu login satu kali saja agar menggunakan semua fasilitas yang ada di website utama PenA (Penilaian Absensi). Disimpulkan dengan SSO with google<br />dalam system dapat mempermudah aktifitas satu kali Login dan menangani authentifikasi.<br />Kata kunci— Single Sign On with Google, Login dan Website.</p>

Pada awal sejarah perkembangan sistem absensi di Indonesia dikenal sistem absensi secara lisan. Dahulu, penyampaian absensi dengan lisan dilakukan dengan cara mengumpulkan semua anggota, kemudian kepala regu maju di hadapan para karyawan lainnya untuk mengabsen satu per satu. Jika ada yang tidak hadir, maka ditanyakan apa penyebab dan alasannya. Setelah sistem penyampaian absensi secara lisan, mulai diterapkan sistem media kertas dan ini masih saja diterapkan di pendidikan dasar, khususnya di SDN Sukanagara. karena masih menyajikan informasi dengan sistem media kertas itu perlu adanya ketelitian untuk mengukur perbandingan rekapan suatu informasi absensi pada setiap mata pelajaran memerlukan waktu, sedangkan media penyimpanan datanya menggunakan aplikasi Microsoft Excel. Ditambah para guru yang cukup sibuk dengan pekerjaanya sehingga seringkali  lupa  mengisi  daftar  absensi serta kurang efektif untuk menghadapi siswa yang membolos pada jam mata pelajaran. Guna memudahkan guru dalam melakukan pencatatan dan pengukuran absensi siswa pada setiap belajar mengajar, sistem absensi berbasis R+ yaitu suatu sistem yang dimana membantu guru dan wali kelas menyajikan informasi berupa form absensi dengan fitur web yakni bisa dijalankan melalui mobile. Sistem R+ juga menggunakan website berbasis mobile karena ringan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan agar sistem absensi ini dapat meningkatkan mutu absensi dalam proses belajar pada SDN Sukanagara.
