This research aims to explain the shepherding strategy in developing the experience dimensions of generation Z according to Psalm 103; 1-18. The scale of Gen Z's low spiritual experience is self-transformation, acceptance in the heart and forgiveness, and making an impact. With a composition of 26% of the whole world population, they are the first digital native age generation to grow up with cutting-edge technology and extensive experience in the virtual world but not have significant growth in spiritual experience in the local church. Because if this dimension of spiritual experience stops, this generation will tend to underestimate the repentance and the progress of Biblical life and will leave the church and the ministry in it. So what is the pastor's strategy in developing the Z generation's Experience dimension according to psalms 10:1-18? The research construction is that the shepherd performs engineering in praise and worship, the life experience of the truth of the Word becomes the main foundation in life to the experience of love and integrity from the Father in Heaven becomes the key to the example of a shepherd to follow.ABSTRAKTujuan penelitian menjelaskan strategi penggembalaan dalam mengembangkan dimensi pengalaman generasi Z menurut Mazmur 103; 1-18.  Dimensi pengalaman spiritualitas Gen Z rendah dalam transformasi diri, penerimaan dalam hati dan mengampuni serta memberi dampak. Dengan jumlah komposisi 26% dari total penduduk dunia, mereka merupakan generasi usia native digital pertama yang tumbuh dengan teknologi mutahir dan pengalaman luas dalam virtual, namun tidak memiliki pertumbuhan pengalaman spiritualitas yang signifikan dalam gereja lokal. Sebab apabila dimensi pengalaman spiritualitas ini terhenti, generasi ini cenderung akan meremehkan pertobatan sejati, pertumbuhan kehidupan Alkitabiah serta akan meninggalkan gereja serta pelayanan didalamnya. Jadi bagaimanakah strategi gembala dalam mengembangkan dimensi Pengalaman generasi Z menurut mazmur 10;1-18 ? There is a lot of understanding about Christology in various literatures and social media. Therefore, every believer should select the source so as not to cause misunderstanding. It cannot be denied that society in this modern era greatly influences the issue and development of Christological understanding. In this paper, the researcher uses a descriptive qualitative method with a literature study approach to analyze the documents that are the focus of the research discussion. The results of this study are Christian Religious Education in schools in the Industrial 4.0 era can provide Christology teaching to students through schools from primary sources, namely the Bible through digital technology without eliminating the essence of biblical truth based on accountable sources, as well as conducting coaching and maintenance faith. Essentially, Christian Religious Education exists to facilitate students to experience encounters with God personally, both through the presence of educators and in their independence. Thus, the continued understanding of Christology and the inheritance of Christian values will give birth to a generation that is strong, militant, tough, and wise in facing the developments and changes of the times that have disrupted all areas of life.Keywords: industrial era 4.0; implementation; christology; Christian educationAbstrakPemahaman tentang Kristologi sangat banyak di berbagai literatur maupun media sosial. Oleh karena itu, setiap orang percaya seharusnya menyeleksi sumber tersebut sehingga tidak menimbulkan pemahaman yang keliru. Hal ini tidak bisa dibantah bahwa masyarakat yang berada dalam era modern ini sangat mempengaruhi isu dan perkembangan pemahaman Kristologi. Dalam tulisan ini, peneliti menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pendekatan studi kepustakaan untuk menganalisis dokumen yang menjadi fokus bahasan penelitian. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah Pendidikan Agama Kristen di sekolah pada era Industri 4.0 dapat memberikan pengajaran Kristologi kepada peserta didik melalui sekolah dari sumber primer yaitu Alkitab melalui teknologi digital tanpa menghilangkan esensi kebenaran yang Alkitabiah berdasarkan sumber-sumber yang dapat dipertanggungjawabkan, serta melakukan pembinaan dan pemeliharaan iman. Hakekatnya Pendidikan Agama Kristen ada untuk memfasilitasi peserta didik supaya mengalami perjumpaan dengan Allah secara pribadi, baik melalui kehadiran pendidik maupun dalam kemandiriannya. Dengan demikian, kelangsungan pemahaman akan Kristologi dan pewarisan nilai-nilai Kristen akan melahirkan generasi yang kuat, militan, tangguh, serta berhikmat dalam menghadapi perkembangan dan perubahan zaman yang telah mendisrupsi segala bidang kehidupan.                                                Kata kunci: era industri 4.0; implementasi; kristologi; pendidikan agama kristen

This research begins with author's search on the history of the entry of the Bible in Tanjungpinang since 1983. The increase and development of churches in Tanjungpinang does not necessarily have a significant impact on the increase in the number of new believers. Therefore, this research aims to assess the church's responses to the responsibility in sharing the gospel. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive survey approach through interviews, triangulation and Member Check to identify and explain the responsibilities of the church in Tanjungpinang City for the mission and evangelism of the Malays in the city of Tanjungpinang. From the data that has been collected, the researchers get the results that the church in Tanjungpinang City has not fully carried out its responsibilities in mission and evangelism services. This is due to the different understanding of church leaders to be involved in fulfilling the great commission of the Lord Jesus Christ. Research Contribution: This research helps the church leaders in Tanjungpinang to respond to God's calling and partner in unity in Mission. Church leaders should give priority to mission partnerships in Tanjungpinang. Identifying and moving with the key issues in Mission can enable Christians in Tanjungpinang to finish the work of The Great Commission.
