<p>Narkotika dan Obat-obat terlarang yang disingkat Narkoba atau dengan istilah lain disebut NAZA (Narkotika, Alkohol dan Zat Adiktif) merupakan zat- zat yang apabila dipergunakan secara tidak benar maka sangat berbahaya bagi kesehatan manusia. Orang yang mengalami kecanduan narkoba, bukan saja membahayakan kesehatan jasmaninya tetapi juga kesehatan rohaninya bahkan akan dapat meng-hancurkan kesehatan sosial. Oleh karena itu, dengan begitu besarnya dampak negatif dari kecanduan narkoba ini, maka tentunya harus senantiasa diupayakan solusi untuk mengatasinya agar bagi para pecandu narkoba dapat menghentikan perbuatannya dan bagi mereka yang belum terkena dapat terhindar dari dampak negatif narkoba tersebut, dan salah satu solusi untuk mengatasi pencandu narkoba tersebut yaitu melalui pendekatan Psikologi Dakwah.</p>
The Darul Aitam Orphanage provides social services and care for neglected children. Researchers say that abandoned children's behavior is basically very well controlled. As a result, the goal of this study was to learn how Darul Aitam Medan orphanage staff members communicate with one another to instill moral values in their children. Case study research and qualitative methods are used in this field study. The data for the research were gathered through observations and interviews. Using hiwar strategies, tabligh strategies, tadzkir techniques, tabsyir strategies, indzar techniques, and appeal techniques, this study reveals how parental figures at the Darul Aitam Medan shelter use specific strategies in building ethics. Youngsters who generally supplicate multiple times in gathering, regard and welcome guardians, guardians and visitors, and assist with cleaning the shelter with other encourage kids show that this method of correspondence decidedly affects them. It is anticipated that the Orphanage will become one of the educational development institutions that helps students, particularly orphans or children who cannot afford it, develop their personalities.
The purpose of this study is to determine the principles of Islamic communication in improving the professionalism of employee performance in the secretariat of the DPRD Province North Sumatra. The research method used is qualitative by describing events that occur in the field. The results showed that in improving professionalism performance in this environment using Islamic communication. Communication occurs in the world of work occurs between fellow employees where in the process of carrying out daily activities that occur between a leader to subordinates. We can see this either in the form of exchanging information by providing letters or information that must be done by each member of the worker. In addition, applying a rule by doing work sincerely and communicating the work between one another prioritizes understanding the character of their neighbors by building harmonious relationships by not communicating that can create divisions between them. In addition, it is carried out by making decisions properly as the Islamic concept by taking deliberations on the activities to be carried out both urgent and long-term.
The purpose of this study was to analyze the implications of Islamic communication messages and the efforts made by the community to preserve Bondang Tradition in the community in Asahan Regency. This research is a qualitative research, more precisely a research strategy that tries to describe the item or subject under study. Therefore, in this review, to obtain information, the researcher used a subjective technique. The results of the study indicate that there are three Islamic Communication Messages contained in the Bondang Cultural tradition in Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, Asahan Regency, including messages of faith, messages of sharia and muamalah, and moral messages. The implications of Islamic Communication Messages contained in the Bondang Cultural tradition in Silo Lama Village, Silau Laut District, Asahan Regency, there are three including messages of faith, messages of sharia and muamalah, as well as moral messages that are actually practiced by people in their daily lives. Community efforts in preserving the Bondang Tradition of Asahan Regency include some of the community trying to tell the history of Bondang Tradition to their children and relatives as a tradition that reminds how their village was opened and can be occupied by Muslim communities like them until now.
The purpose of this study was to determine the planning of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning, to determine the procurement of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning, to determine the use or utilization of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning and to determine the maintenance of facilities and infrastructure in improving the quality of learning. This research uses qualitative research methods using a naturalistic approach in which data sources are obtained based on a natural situation as it is. Data collection procedures using observation, interviews and documentation studies. Then the data analysis technique uses (a) data reduction, (b) data presentation, and (c) conclusion. The results of the study found that: 1) Planning facilities and infrastructure based on needs analysis as well as proposals from teachers or other staff and determining the priority scale according to the availability of funds and the level of importance of facilities and infrastructure. 2) Procurement of facilities and infrastructure by purchasing from available funds or budgets that have been set. 3) The use of facilities and infrastructure has rules and schedules that have been available. 4) Maintenance of facilities and infrastructure is carried out by all school residents both special officers, principals, teachers, and other students are responsible for maintaining and maintaining the facilities and infrastructure available. 5) Supervision of facilities and infrastructure is directly responsible for the deputy head of facilities and infrastructure. Facilities and infrastructure management is a very important component in efforts to improve the quality of learning in schools. In order to improve the quality of learning in schools, of course, it is necessary to pay attention to how to manage good facilities and infrastructure, so that learning objectives can be achieved effectively and efficiently.
