Our work describes about ADHD, a neurobiological disorder that results from brain chemistry, showing three behavioral indicators: inattention, hyperactivity and impulsivity. This study aims to conceptualize ADHD, show how to find the disorder, starting from the diagnosis, the types of ADHD, the possible treatments applied, the attention of the family, relatives and friends, the school, the community where the student lives. ADHD and looks from government agencies.
The present study refers to showing how important play is in early childhood education, with Early Childhood Education being the foundation that supports a developing being, in this case, child, it is necessary that this phase, which is the beginning of the individual's school life, is well done, and games and games are fundamental elements in the construction of knowledge. When the child is playing, he is developing his potential, he is creating, comparing, analyzing and classifying etc. Toys and games translate the world into children's reality, enabling children to develop their intelligence, sensitivity, skills and creativity, in addition to learning to socialize with other children and adults. Kindergarten is a favorable space to develop children's creativity, they are starting their school life and need to have contact with materials that provide them with familiarity. By handling toys, children are adapting to a new world. Games and games must be included in the teaching strategies of Early Childhood Education, as it is an excellent tool for children's cognition.
RESUMO A Inteligência Relacional é uma habilidade que o ser humano pode desenvolver e que proporciona excelentes resultados em suas atividades profissionais e na sua vida pessoal. É uma habilidade extremamente importante pois nas atividades laborais faz-se necessário a interação com outras pessoas de perfis, comportamentos e pensamentos diferentes, ocasionando muitas vezes dificuldades de relacionamento e trabalho em equipe. O objetivo dessa pesquisa é analisar materiais já produzidos que produzidos e que possam esclarecer conceitos da inteligência relacional e sua interferência positiva ou negativamente na vida das pessoas. Como ferramenta metodológica de pesquisa utilizamos uma revisão bibliográfica e configura uma pesquisa de caráter qualitativo com uma revisão sistemática.

ABCTRACT This research aims to analyze the concept of emotional intelligence, its impact on people's lives and how it is possible to develop this ability. A bibliographic search was made, where books and articles on the subject were analyzed, emphasizing the authors who are reference in the subject such as Weisinger, Mayer, Salovey and Goleman. In today's world, it is not enough just to have technical knowledge on a particular subject, it is not enough to be an expert in an area, it is also necessary to have self-knowledge and self-control, develop the ability of emotional intelligence to know how to deal with conflicts, find assertive solutions, productive, rational and intelligent and thus get better results in both personal and professional life. As a result of the study, we realized the need for humans to maintain a balance between the rational and emotional dimensions to have a happier and healthier life.
