The government has decided to cancel the implementation of Community Activity Restrictions (PPKM) Level 3 in all regions, especially the State Civil Apparatus (ASN), during the 2021 Christmas and New Year holidays of 2022. State Civil Apparatuses (ASN) are not allowed to take leave or leave the area during Sunday national holidays, both before and after Christmas and New Year. The purpose of this research is to find out how Polri's public communication is related to the 2021 Christmas and New Year's holiday homecoming for 2022. The method used is Krippendorff content analysis which is carried out through digital observations on the Instagram account of the Indonesian National Police @divisihumaspolri for the period 1 December 2021 to 20 December 2021. The results of this study indicate that public communication carried out by the National Police through Instagram @divisihumaspolri is dominated by messages containing benefits for security and safety during the Christmas and New Year's 2022 holidays during the Covid-19 pandemic.
Four pillars of nationality are strong pillars so that the Indonesian people feel comfortable, safe, peaceful, and prosperous and avoid various kinds of disturbances and disasters. Pillars as a support for a building stand firmly. The fragile pillars cause the building to collapse easily. It is very important efforts to reconstruct the four pillars of the national MPR to provide a concept that becomes an integrative, comprehensive Indonesia, and becomes the basis for advancing national unity. The four pillars of nationality or MPR are: Pancasila as the National Ideology, the 1945 Constitution as the state constitution, the Unitary State of the Republic of Indonesia (NKRI) as the Form of the State, and Bhinneka Tunggal Ika as the National Motto. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study method. The informants are ASN, the private sector, community leaders, youth, students, the younger generation, community members and related parties in Toba Regency, North Sumatra.The study show that socialization is a shared responsibility by carrying out the stages. Education as the formation of national character is a strategic step and the expectations of the community are related to the 4 (four) Pillars of the MPR RI, namely upholding the value of national unity and integrity above personal or group interests. Empat pilar kebangsaan merupakan tiang penyangga yang bertujuan agar rakyat Indonesia merasa nyaman, aman, tentram dan sejahtera serta menghndar terjadinya gangguan dan bencana. Pilar pada prinsipnya merupakan tiang penyangga bangunan agar dapat berdiri kokoh. Risiko tiang rapuh adalah bangunan akan mudah roboh. Oleh karena itu, upaya untuk merekonstruksi empat pilar MPR dalam kehidupan kebangsaan sangatlah penting. Tujuannya adalah memberikan konsep yang menjadi Indonesia yang integrative, komprehensif, dan sekaligus menjadi landasan untuk memajukan persatuan bangsa. Empat pilar kebangsaan atau MPR tersebut adalah: Pancasila sebagai Ideologi Nasional, Undang-Undang Dasar 1945 sebagai Konstitusi negara, Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia (NKRI) sebagai Bentuk Negara, dan Bhinneka Tunggal Ika sebagai Motto Nasional. Sasaran Penelitian ini adalah ASN, swasta, tokoh masyarakat, pemuda, mahasiswa, generasi muda, warga masyarakat dan pihak-pihak yang terkait yang mewakili unsur-unsur masyarakat di Kabupaten Toba Sumatera Utara. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan pendekatan kualitatif dan metode studi kasus. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sosialasasi menjadi tanggung jawab bersama dengan melaksanakan tahapan-tahapanya. Pendidikan sebagai salah satu upaya pembentukan karakter bangsa adalah suatu langkah yang strategis dan harapan dari masyarakat berkaitan dengan 4 (empat) pilar MPR RI yaitu menjunjung tinggi nilai persatuan dan kesatuan bangsa di atas kepentingan pribadi atau golongan.
The realization of public services can be hampered by a lack of resources owned by local governments. In such cases, multi-actor governance or hybrid government has been identified as a critical alternative to improve governance solutions. Hybrid government is difficult to assess. In the market economy, hybrids play a role. We find that, depending on the hybrid government model, providing alternative services in the lagged, frontier and outermost areas can result in an increase or decrease in public services in terms of distribution, procedure and legality. This research examined different types of health services, including the Covid-19 vaccine, mass circumcision, cleft lip correction, and services for stunting. The three types of justice considered were: (1) distributive justice; (2) procedural justice; and (3) recognition justice. According to the findings, the implications of health-care policy for hybrid governments are: 1) transparent decision-making regarding the distribution of costs and benefits; 2) maintain public trust; and 3) use of experts combined with local community mutual assistance to identify the current and future environment. Cases of Omicron-type Covid-19 have increased substantially worldwide. With the opening of the Omicron 68 case as of 30 December 2021, Indonesia has become the fourth largest country in Southeast Asia in terms of Covid cases. Singapore is in the first place, with 134 Omicron instances. This study aimed to find online news discourse regarding the spread of the Omicron variant in Southeast Asia. The method used in this research is van Dijk's Critical Discourse Analysis on online news via Kompas.com, news.abs-cbn.com, and channelnewsasia.com during December 2021. This study concludes that the three media reported the spread of the Omicron variant in the text dimension and tried to bring up vaccination efforts. In the dimension of social cognition, ensuring public health for the sake of survival is the ideology that is built. In the context dimension, the social context is built by providing equal opportunities to all people in getting the right to get vaccinated so that matters relating to health issues also have an impact on the economic aspect in line with the national economic recovery.
ABSTRAKMengatasi tantangan yang ditimbulkan oleh penduduk pedesaan adalah topik yang sangat menarik bagi pemasar, pembuat kebijakan, dan peneliti. Namun, hanya ada sedikit penelitian tentang bagaimana penduduk pedesaan menerima atau menolak teknologi digital baru. Dengan perubahan kekuatan ekonomi dan tingkat adopsi ketika komunitas digital tumbuh antara daerah perkotaan dan pedesaan, menjadi semakin penting bagi pemasar untuk memahami bagaimana mereka menggunakan teknologi dan bagaimana mereka menggunakan saluran digital. Agar pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan memahami sepenuhnya bentuk masa depan masyarakat digital berbasis data, penelitian perlu lebih mempertimbangkan dampaknya terhadap kelompok generasi yang berbeda dalam hal adopsi dan penggunaan teknologi digital oleh konsumen di daerah pedesaan.Melalui tinjauan multidisiplin literatur tentang orang-orang tradisional menggunakan lensa teoritis kelompok geografis, penulis mengidentifikasi tantangan penelitian utama, peluang, dan dampak bagi pemasar dan pembuat kebijakan. With changing economic power and adoption rates as digital communities grow between urban and rural areas, it is becoming increasingly important for marketers to understand how they use technology and digital channels. For marketers and policymakers to fully understand the future shape of a data-driven digital society, research needs to consider its impact on different generational groups in terms of consumer adoption and use of digital technology in rural areas. Through a multidisciplinary review of the literature on traditional people using a theoretical lens geographical group, the authors identify key research challenges, opportunities, and impacts for marketers and policymakers.
