Kualitas tenaga pendidik sebagai agen pembelajaran di satuan pendidikan, guru yang profesional diharapkan dapat meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran dan mutu pendidikan di Indonesia secara berkelanjutan. Peningkatan kualitas pendidikan merupakan suatu proses yang terintegrasi dengan proses peningkatan kualitas sumber daya manusia itu sendiri. Dalam rangka peningkatan kualitas SDM peran guru sebagai tenaga pendidik dituntut menjadi tenaga profesional. Pentingnya peran guru sangat menentukan berhasilnya usaha peningkatan mutu pendidikan, terutama pada jenjang pendidikan dasar dan menengah. Peran guru secara konkrit dijelaskan, bahwa guru lebih tepat memiliki falsafah dan tujuan pendidikan, kriteria keberhasilan pendidikan, ilmu dan teori pendidikan yang relevan, struktur pendidikan, kurikulum, organisasi dan kepemimpinan pendidikan maupun pembiayaan pendidikan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan profesionalisme guru melalui pembuatan proposal penelitian tindakan kelas dan guru menjadi terbiasa melakukan karya pengembangan profesi melalui budaya meneliti dengn permasalahan di kelas yang dialami dan menulis di journal. Dalam upaya meningkatan profesionalisme dan meningkatkan budaya akademik, yang merupakan nilai-nilai budaya mutu. Hasil akhir adanya workshop dan pendampingan ini adalah guru dapat membuat penelitian tindakan kelas secara berkelanjutan dan dapat menulis karya pengembangan profesi untuk pengembangan diri tidak hanya PTK saja; Guru menguasai dan dapat memilih model-model pembelajaran sesuai kebutuhan dalam pembelajaran. Hal ini menunjukkan kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat sudah dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dan harapan antara masyarakat sasaran yaitu para guru SMA Kota Semarang dengan pengabdi yang dapat meningkatkan profesionalisme guru dalam karya pengembangan profesi melalui workshop dan pendampingan pembuatan karya ilmiah pengembangan profesi dan pengembangan diri dari tim pengabdi merupakan hasil nyata oleh para guru yang mengikuti workshop dan pendampingan PKB
The management and leadership training innovation model used by Muhammadiyah universities according to the principles of good instructional development is not yet available. The aims of this research are (1) to describe the appropriate management and leadership training for university leaders at Muhammadiyah uni-versities today; (2) to identify current approaches to management and leadership training; (3) to develop suitable management and leadership training packages for leaders; and (4) to formulate the effectiveness of the innovation management and leadership training package. Research and Development Borg and Gall were used and combined with Dick Carey's steps Instructional Design Modern. The study resulted in the pack-age management and leadership training for Muhammadiyah, including training design, A Handbook for Facilitators, Handbook for Participants, and Module 3 Training Materials. Product Training Package has been validated by and trials on aspects of effectiveness and feasibility. The study also produced some impli-cations and recommendations relating to the training in the PTM (Muhammadiyah Higher Education).
Abstrak ___________________________________________________________________Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat pengembangan model pembelajaran berbasis potensi lokal bidai pada mata pelajaran Kewirausahaan dan menguji kevalidan dan keefektifan dalam menggunakan pembelajaran yang dikembangkan untuk membuat siswa berminat berwirausaha bidai. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah research and development dengan dibuat penyederhanaan pada langkah ke enam sebagai model final yang pelaksanaannya dilaksanakan dalam tahap studi pendahuluan dan tahap pengembangan. Tahap studi pendahuluan dalam penelitian ini menggunakan observasi wawancara terbuka dari pernyataan guru. Tahap pengembangan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan meliputi desain produk yang divalidasi oleh para ahli, selanjutnya diimplementasikan ke dalam perangkat pembelajaran yang akan divalidasi oleh praktisi sebagai pengguna model sebelum diterapkan di dalam kelas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikembangkan menghasilkan model konseptual, model hipotetik, dan model akhir. Model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal yang dikembangkan dinyatakan valid dan efektif untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan keterampilan membuat bidai dan berwirausaha, memiliki sikap positif terhadap warisan budaya, dan menghasilkan produk bernilai komersil.. Hasil akhir penelitian pada model pembelajaran kewirausahaan ini yaitu hasil akhir model pembelajaran kewirausahaan berbasis potensi lokal bidai dikategorikan valid dan efektif. Research and development were used as the method in this study with a simplification made in the sixth step as a final model, which the implementation was carried out in the preliminary study stage and development stage. The preliminary study stage in this study used open interview observations of teacher statements. The development phase of the entrepreneurship-learning model includes product design, which was validated by experts, and then implemented into learning tools that would be validated by practitioners as model users before being applied in the classroom. The results of this study indicate that the developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential of bidai generates conceptual models, hypothetical models, and final models. The developed entrepreneurship-learning model based on the local potential is said as a valid and effective learning model in improving the knowledge and skills of bidai and entrepreneurship, possessing a positive attitude toward cultural heritage, and producing commercial value products. PurposeTo find the root of the problem for compulsive buying behavior of students in the digital era by exploring psychological factors such as materialism, self-esteem, self-control, narcissism, money attitude and mood as boosters of the effect of income on compulsive buying behavior.Design/methodology/approachThe unit of analysis in this research was a group of students having experience using e-commerce. The data collection method in this study was a closed questionnaire with a scale of 1–5 agree–disagree intervals distributed to 250 students who have shopping experience through e-commerce. WARP-PLS statistics was used.FindingsThe study shows that self-esteem and mood do not moderate the effect of income on compulsive buying behavior. Meanwhile, materialism, narcissism, self-control and money attitude can significantly moderate the effect of income on compulsive buying behavior.Research limitations/implicationsThat the data used is only limited to students in Central Java Province; so for future research, it is necessary to expand data to different provinces or different countries. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis seberapa besar pengaruh jumlah industri, upah, dan nilai produksi secara parsial dan simultan terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja pada industri tekstil dan produk tekstil di Provinsi Jawa Tengah. Data penelitian yang digunakan adalah data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik Provinsi Jawa Tengah dengan periode tahun 1985-2014. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah regresi berganda dengan alat bantu analisis yang digunakan eviews 8. Hasil analisis dapat diketahui bahwa upah dan nilai produksi berpengaruh signifikan sedangkan varibel jumlah industri tidak berpengaruh signifikan This study aims to analyze how much influence the number of industries, wages, and production value partially and simultaneously on employment in the textile industry and textile products in Central Java province. The research data used are secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency of Central Java province with the period 1985-2014 which is then processed by using multiple regression analysis with analysis tools used eviews 8. From the analysis it can be seen that the wages and the value of production significantly effected while the variable number of industries had no significantly effected.
