Work Environment and Work Motivation can affect performance in an institution, institution or company. For that, a leader needs to think about it. The purpose of this study was to determine: (1) the influence of the work environment with the performance of Non-formal Educators on the Development Center for Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, (2) the effect of work motivation on the performance of Non-Formal Educators at the Center for Early Childhood Education Development and Gorontalo Society Education. (3) the influence of the work environment and work motivation together with the performance of Nonformal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education. The method used in this research is to use quantitative through remorse techniques to express one variable to another. The population in this study were non-formal educators at the Gorontalo Center for Early Childhood Education and Community Education, which collected 80 people while the sample was a population sample. Data collected through questionnaire distribution. The conclusions of this study are (1) Providing a positive influence on the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Society Education, providing improved environmental performance with the performance of non-formal educators. (2) Providing positive motivation for the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, providing good motivation for improving the performance of Non-Formal Educators. (3) Making a positive contribution to the work environment and work motivation together to the performance of Non-formal Educators for the Development of Early Childhood Education and Gorontalo Community Education, this means improving the work environment and encouraging work and then improving the performance of Non-formal Educators. The novelty of the research is the performance of Non-formal Educators will be more effective if a leader always provides work motivation regularly and makes a conducive work environment. This research provides knowledge to leaders in improving the performance of Non-formal Educators or teachers, needing to pay attention to motivation and work environment within an institution or company.
This research was administered in AbstrakPenelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata. Penelitian ini diajukan unutk mengetahui bagaimana peran masyarakat yang ada di Desa Bulontio Barat Kecamatan Sumalata dalam Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM). Suatu penelitian yang menemukan masih kurangnya fungsi pengawasan dan perhatian dari pemerintah desa dan tokoh masyarakat dalam mengendalikan kegiatan SPP, selain itu peran masyarakat pada Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) masih kurang membantu demi membangun produktifitas desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa peran Masyarakat dalam Program Nasional Pemberdayaan Masyarakat (PNPM) sangatlah berpengaruh. Dengan melibatkan masyarakat dapat menambah pengetahuan dan keterampilan yang dimiliki dan mengembangkan potensi yang ada dalam diri masyarakat.
The purpose of this research is to find out: (1) the influence of Web-based learning with the performance of Educators, (2) the influence of cultural literacy with Educators' performance (3) the influence of Web-based learning and literary culture together with performance Educators. The method used in this study was with a quantitative approach with the ex-post-facto method. The population in this study was all non-formal educators working in the Gorontalo City learning activities workshop amounting to 107 people, while samples were 59 people using proportional random sampling. Data is collected through poll deployments. The conclusion to this research is (1) there is a positive influence on Web-based learning on educators' performance, which means that the better web-based learning is better for educator performance. (2) there is a positive influence on the cultural literacy of the educator's performance, meaning that both the literate culture is also the higher the performance of educators. (3) there is a positive influence on web-based learning and cultural literacy together to the performance of educators working in the Learning Activities workshop in Gorontalo city, this means that the higher the implementation of Web-based learning and culture of literacy, the higher the performance of non-formal educators.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji dan membuktikan secara empiris: apakah terdapat Hubungan antara motivasi berprestasi dengan kinerja tutor di PKBM Patriotik.Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah Tutor di PKBM Patriotik berjumlah 30 Responden dan jumlah sampel 30 orang tutor. Teknik penarikan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sampel jenuh dimana seluruh populasi dijadikan sampel. Data yang diperoleh dari hasil pengumpulan dan analisis data menggunakan analisis regresi.Berdasarkan tabel uji hipotesis di atas dapat dijelaskan bahwa pada pengujian ini memiliki nilai signifikan 0,000< 0,05 artinya bahwa hubungan kedua variabel signifikan, atau dengan kata variabel motivasi berprestasi mempunyai hubungan yang signifikan terhadap variabel kinerja tutor di PKBM Patriotik. Hasil uji analisis regresi menunjukkan bahwa nilai signifikansi thitung lebih rendah dari alpha, dan nilai thitung lebih besar dari ttabel. Dengan demikian H0 ditolak dan H1 diterima atau motivasi berprestasi mempunyai hubungan positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja tutor motivasi berprestasi (X) adalah 0,000 < 0,05 dan thitung 4,146 > ttabel 1,701. Dengan demikian hipotesis uji t untuk Ha (variabel motivasi berprestasi) berhubungan sehingga hipotesis pertama (Ha) dapat dibuktikan atau diterima.
This research aims to develop a mentoring training model to improve the competence of the assistant in the convection group in the city of Gorontalo. The approach used in this research is qualitative. The methods used are research and development (R D) which include the following activities: (1) Preliminary review of the initial condition of competence of convection assistants, (2) Development model Mentoring, (3) expert validation and revision, (4) implementation of the model , (5) test the effectiveness of the model, and (6) model recommendation. The results of Development Studies show: (1) initial condition of convection competence of the general do not follow the standards of convection assistant, because the convection assistant has not received training, (2) The development of training model mentoring to Increase the competence of convection assistants conducted through several steps; Conducting analysis of development needs, determining the elements to be developed, developing a mentoring model to improve quality and productivity, validating model development with non-formal education experts, educational practitioners Non-formal and peer, and compile the final model, (3) Implication model assistance is conducted thorough testing and testing model assistance. All these activities are done through stages; Planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and delivering results. (4) The development of a training model affects the effectiveness and efficiency of training implementation. Effectiveness tests are conducted through post-test. Research findings suggest that the training model of mentoring to improve the competencies developed by the convection Assistant is recommended for the interested parties.
