Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana terkait pengelolaan sampah, mengetahui dan menganalisis bagaimana peran bank sampah dalam pengelolaan sampah dan mengetahui dan menganalisa bagaimana pengelolaan sampah yang berbasis masyarakat. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian hukum normatif. Data yang diperoleh dari penelitian ini data sekunder yang diperoleh melalui studi kepustakaan, kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis secara yuridis kualitatif melalui pendekatan perundang-undangan dan konseptual. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa (1) Sistem pengelolaan sampah merupakan proses pengelolaan sampah yang meliputi 5 (lima) aspek yaitu aspek kelembagaan; pembiayaaan; pengaturan; teknik operasional; dan peran serta masyarakat, (2) Bank Sampah dalam pelaksanaanya dapat mengurangi tingginya angka sampah di masyarakat dan di tempat pembuangan akhir (TPA). Sehingga, melalui Bank Sampah menjadi salah satu alternatif solusi bagi pemerintah maupun masyarakat dalam mengurangi terus meningkatnya volume sampah. (3) Pengelolaan sampah berbasis masyarakat sebagai suatu pendekatan pengelolaan sampah yang didasarkan pada partisipasi aktif masyarakat. Pengelolaan lingkungan hidup memerlukan adanya fasilitasi dan implementasi upaya berbasis masyarakat sebagai suatu strategi pemberdayaan dan peningkatan akses mereka kepada sumber daya lingkungan hidup.
By looking at current technological developments that already use automatic sensors, the application of the concept to this system can be a solution for dealing with ornamental fish farming owners. In this research, a tool is made that can perform feeding, checking temperature, water turbidity, feed level, water level and water pump control, from this information will be sent to android by firebase automatically monitored and controlled anywhere via android. This tool is designed with ease of maintenance and is an extension of the existing tools. IoT technology is used to monitor online, based on Firebase and Nodemcu Esp8266. In this study, researchers used the research method of the Borg and Gall (1987) model from 10 steps to 6 steps. The results of this study were carried out by an expert validation test to get a value of 30 which means "Very Good (Valid)". While the effectiveness test by 10 users plus by experts and employee users get a total score of 35.16 which means the effectiveness test is classified as "Very Good (Valid)" it can be said that the new system is more effective than the old system.
Access to justice for the poor is still a problem, not only because of the limitations in obtaining information caused by the lack of access to people, institutions or service providers that can facilitate the acquisition of justice, but also exacerbated by the legal character built by the state does not support this. At the end of his term as President, Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono issued Presidential Decree No. 51 of 2014 concerning Amendments to Presidential Decree No. 45 of 2011 concerning SARBAGITA Urban Spatial Planning, which basically changes the conservation status of Benoa Bay to a buffer zone or public use area. This change made the Benoa Bay reclamation plan which was considered to cause many problems. The problems examined in this study are the Presidential Decreethat transforms conservation areas into non-core zones and how the Balinese people struggle to protect their areas from reclamation plans. The issuance of Presidential Decree conserning SARBAGITA is strongly influenced by economic and political interests through this public policy without regard to the laws anymore others that have clearly regulated the Benoa Bay Area and do not involve local communities or indigenous peoples in making regulations that govern the lives of the wider community and do not pay attention to the consequences that will arise with the issuance of this Presidential Regulation. However, the cohesiveness of indigenous peoples, supported by community organizations, creates a great force to resist. Until now reclamation has not been carried out.
Recent technological developments determine humans to be creative in creating tools that implement technology in it with the aim of facilitating human tasks in daily activities. Inappropriate use of fertilizers can cause losses, both losses on fertilizer, on plants, as well as on the soil and the environment around fertilization. Losses on plants such as unhealthy plant growth and susceptible to disease pests, plant yields are not as expected or low. From the background above, the writer found an idea to create a system or tool that can help farmers in determining the dose of Nitrogen fertilizer in their rice plants, through the storage of the dosage data of each land. The user did five scans, from each scan producing RGB values, each RGB value from five samples was then matched with the BWD dose color indicator. The sample dose results are then sent by the NodeMcu microcontroller to the webserver database. Based on the assessment of the test conducted by 10 Users by Gapoktan Farmers Group of Tosari Kendal Village, the total value of 372 that has been averaged to be 37.2 is between 31 - 40 which is classified in the category of "Very Valid or Very Effective".
Assessment of employee performance is expected to know precisely the success in completing work. Employee performance appraisal is also useful for companies in providing feedback to employees and can be used as a basis for agencies to evaluate employee performance. Most government services currently utilize information technology as an information service to the public and the agency's internal services. In institutions, it is necessary to increase and develop the capabilities, knowledge and skills of its human resources, so that it is expected to be able to produce apparatuses that have competitive competencies. Therefore, the authors designed and built an employee performance appraisal system which was implemented using Electre and Web-based and Android methods. It is expected to be able to assist agencies in evaluating employee performance so that they can remain consistent in carrying out their duties as Civil Servants (PNS) within the scope of services to the community. This research uses the R&D method. researchers only use up to step 6. Based on the results of trials of 10 respondents who have assessed the decision making system using the electre method, that the application of employee performance appraisal using aggregate ranking can help provide information on the level of employee performance based on predetermined criteria. Respondents agree that this system is more efficient in assessing employee performance with an average of the old system = 43.50% while the new system is = 84.50%.
