This article presents the results of the calculation of methane emission from the development of coal seam and enclosing rocks in the roof on Mine Management “Sukhodolska-Skhidna”. The required degassing efficiency and the degassing method were determined. The degree of influence of mining -technical and mining-geological factors on the safety of the degassing system has established. The determination of the influence degree of mining factors on the safety of the degassing system can be used both at the design stage mine, mining and preparing it, which allow to predict and prevent the formation of an explosive concentration of methane-air mixture.
In this article, circumstances and factors which can lead to a degraded labour protection and occurrence of emergency in a district are reviewed and analyzed on the example of an accident occurred at sudden coal-and-gas outburst in the panel face № 42-1146 m of the Tovstyi-Zakhid seam m3 in the Central Mine of the Toretsvukhillia Mining Company. In this article, state of equipment and its location in the district in accordance with the requirements of the safety rules, records of devices which monitor gas-dynamic state of the coal seam and operation of the shield aggregate are considered. Mining and geological conditions of the seam bedding and technological conditions of the district location within the working horizon; methane content in the air of the roadways in the district; change of coal physical and mechanical properties in the area of possible geological disturbance; results of control of the coal seam gas-dynamic state analyzed by acoustic emission parameters; and other risk factors that led to emergencies were studied. The decisions made for controlling possible area with geological disturbance impact which was detected in the horizons of 916 m and 1026 m on the basis of mining-graphic materials and data of geological study in the mining roadways adjacent to the panel No. 14 in the district 42-1146 m were analyzed. The order and sequence of the works established for eliminating consequences of the coal and gas sudden outburst and detecting zone with disturbed coal and outburst cavity were considered. On the basis of the results obtained, conclusions were made and actions were elaborated on preventing accidents at mining steep prone-to-outburst coal seams by the shield aggregates. It is recommended to continue the scientific research for the purpose of detecting zone with possible impact of discontinuous geological disturbance and plicate disturbed zones in the coal seams by the changed hardness of coal in the adjacent panel, and developing certain local measures on preventing gas-dynamic phenomena at mining steep prone-to-outburst seams by the shield aggregates. The objective of this work was to analyze state of the working area and labor protection and to study the conditions and factors which had led to the accident with serious consequences and emergency condition of the panel.
Purpose. Increasing the technical and economic indicators of well mechanohydraulic production due to the selection of the type and optimal formulation of drilling flushing fluids. In today's conditions, the lack of energy carriers requires involving a wider range of natural phenomena in energy production, looking for reliable ways and methods of increasing the efficiency of production. The use of energy also forces the introduction of resource-saving, environmentally safe geotechnologies in the energy-intensive technological processes of mining, transportation, crushing and beneficiation of minerals in the conditions of powerful mining enterprises of Ukraine. The methods. The study of the features of the creation and implementation of a progressive complex hydraulic program for the construction of wells was carried out using modern methods of analytical analysis and experimental research, in particular by using general principles of mathematical and physical modeling, methods of processing research results in the environment of МАТHCAD, control and measuring devices and materials. Findings. Development and operational implementation of justified resource-saving ecologically safe geotechnologies and environmental protection strategies. Flushing fluid treated with direct current can be used to increase the technical and economic indicators of the well drilling process. The originality. Dependencies have been established that describe the process of formation under the influence of a rock-destructive tool of individual rock particles that are exposed to the action of the boundary layer, and others that fall into the zone of action of the laminar sublayer. A dependency has been established that describes the process of leaving parts of the sludge that are not carried away by the flow of washing liquid, which, in turn, leads to its further grinding and increased wear of the rock-crushing tool. Practical implementation. Data were obtained on the adsorption reduction of hardness, which is a consequence of the increase in the affinity of the collapsing rock to the washing liquid. This is reflected in the intensive binding of water (hydrate) shells on the inner surface of microcracks or in their mouths. The parameters for improving the efficiency of iron ore extraction in the conditions of deposits of Ukraine are given and substantiated, in particular, a careful approach to the process of regulating the pH level of cleaning agents, taking into account the geological and technical conditions of drilling operations and the intended purpose of wells
The computing of the pipeline diameter and the decision of a vacuum pump for capturing methane-air mixture from underground wells in a real mine are presented in the article. The safety conditions for transportation of methane-air mixture are presented. The relationship between mining and mining and geological factors using regression analysis are established. These factors affect the transportation of methane-air mixture safety. The results of the work can be used in the projecting of underground degassing systems in the development of coal deposits and methane production.
