This can occur as a result of the Junk pile and all types of shit that has decayed, the absence of sewer/drainage and inadequate building conditions, conditions that are less healthy can be a flow of transmission of diseases from one person keorang another either through direct or indirect contact. One way to break the direct or indirect contacts that can occur in a market environment that is need for the implementation of a good market environment sanitation in accordance with the guidelines of the healthy market Kepmenkes Number 519/Menkes/SK/VI/2008. The purpose of this research is to know the health status of the market in terms of Sanitation and market aspects of Ciputat and markets Modern BSD. This research was conducted in may 2018. This research is the kind of research kuantitif with a descriptive observational approach by using a cross sectional study design, which is based on checklist No. 519 Kemenkes the year 2008 about the market Healthy. Health status of Ciputat Market aspects of sanitation categorized less with a score of 1484 or 51.5%, yet in the aspect of PHBS Ciputat Market categorized less well with a score of 1400 or 46.7% while Modern market's Health Status in terms of BSD sanitary aspects categorized both by a score of 2500 or 86.8% but in the aspect of Modern market PHBS BSD categorized both by a score of 2350 or 78.3%. The good health status of the Modern market and Ciputat Market BSD assessed aspects of sanitation and clean living and healthy behaviors (PHBS), on the assessment of the two aspects of the modern market of sanitary aspects and PHBS, market manager for Advice to undertakings leasehold improvements to market better, and need to be held or the educational approach to health promotion in the form of a media poster about the importance of clean living and healthy behavior in the market environment and sanitation hygiene training for traders and workers to improve public health degrees
Background and Aim: Antibiotics are often overused and misused by broiler farmers. Moreover, this practice may lead to antibiotic resistance. Antibiotics may be used for various purposes such as therapy, prophylaxis, flushing, and growth promoters. The study aimed to examine the association of knowledge and attitudes with antibiotics used by broiler farmers. Materials and Methods: The study design was cross-sectional. The data were obtained from interviewing 132 farmers' households in Bogor District, West Java, Indonesia. The outcome variable was antibiotic use, whereas the independent variables included knowledge and attitude toward antibiotic resistance. The statistical analysis used a t-test and correlation test. Results: A total of 78% of broilers farmers use antibiotics, and most of the farmers used antibiotics for flushing and prophylaxis. Furthermore, antibiotic use was associated with broiler farmers' knowledge and attitudes toward antibiotic resistance. However, there is no significant correlation between the duration of antibiotics use and their knowledge and attitude. Conclusion: The use of antibiotics in broilers is still high in Bogor, and most of the used antibiotics belong to the Medically Important Antimicrobial category. In general, the use of antibiotics in broilers is influenced by knowledge.
Permasalahan remaja sampai saat ini masih tinggi, diantaranya perilaku seksual dan penggunaan Napza yang dapat meningkatan penularan HIV AIDS. Pusat Informasi Konseling Remaja (PIK R) penting diberikan sebagai wadah dalam menyebarkan informasi kesehatan. Penelitian dilakukan untuk menganalisis perilaku berisiko remaja serta kebutuhan informasi Seksualitas, Napza, dan HIV AIDS melalui PIK R. Metode yang digunakan kuantitatif dan kualitatif. Data kuantitatif dikumpulkan dengan kuesioner dan dilakukan analisis bivariat, sedangkan data kualitatif dengan wawancara mendalam. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan tidak adanya hubungan pengetahuan dan sikap dengan perilaku berisiko remaja terkait HIV AIDS, namun masih ditemukan 21,1 % mahasiswa yang perilakunya berisiko. Analisis kualitatif menyebutkan bahwa mahasiswa memerlukan informasi terkait kesehatan reproduksi, Napza dan HIV AIDS. Saran: Adanya advokasi kepada pimpinan UMJ untuk menghidupkan kembali PIK R UMJ, kerjasama dengan BKKBN, Dinas Pemberdayaan Masyarakat, Pemberdayaan Perempuan, Perlindungan Anak, Keluarga Berencana (DPMP3AKB) dan BNN serta sosialisasi kepada seluruh mahasiswa UMJ terkait PIK R UMJ.
<p class="MsoNormal" style="margin: 0cm 7.1pt 6pt 14.2pt; text-align: justify; text-indent: 1cm;"><span style="font-size: 10pt;">Diabetes mellitus is degeneratif disease with high prevalence that happens in many countries. Several studies had been done to control diabetes by using green tea, mullberry leaf tea, and their mixture. The aim of this research was to analyze the influence of the administration green tea, mullbery leaf tea, and their mixtures to blood glucose level of diabetic rats both during 120 minutes after administration. This research had four phases, first to determine the best mullberry leaf tea, second to fourth phases respectively, determine turnover of blood glucose level on normal rats; attempt during 120 minutes on diabetic rats. The result of research during 120 minutes have showed that blood glucose level on diabetic rats which were administered by green tea, mullberry leaf tea and their mixture is significantly difference with diabetic rats which were administered by water. Blood glucose level at baseline increased at 30<sup>th </sup>minutes and showed the difference significantly and then until 60<sup>th</sup> and 120<sup>th</sup> minutes and relatively stable. During 120 minutes after feed consumption, inhibition of blood glucose level occured increasingly on diabetic rats which were administered by green tea, mullberry leaf tea, and their mixture compared to diabetic rats which were administered by water.</span></p>
