The competition of consumer finance companies is increasing. This condition is beneficial for consumers due to many choices from finance companies. This study was structured to analyze the effect of brand image, product quality, and promotion on financing decisions mediated by customer interest. The population was customers of company XXY of 2.810 people in Jabodetabek, with a total sample of 130 respondents selected using simple random sampling. Data analysis applied Partial Least Square (Smart-PLS) version 3.0. The results proved that brand image, product quality, and promotion had a positive and significant impact on customer interest and financing decisions. In addition, it is concluded that customer interest can mediate the influence of brand image, product quality, and promotion on customer financing decisions. Therefore, it is recommended that the company prepare customer education steps regarding the benefits or benefits obtained if they decide to use the company as a means of financing.
Aims of this descriptive qualitative research are organizing cooperational models of guidance and counseling and analizing use of those professional cooperation activities between counselor and other professionals for students as targeting subject of guidance and counseling service. Author got the needed data from observation method, interview method, and documentation method, while subject of this research are guidance and counseling teachers and students. Guidance and counseling teachers have created some cooperational patterns with motivator, psychology institution, college, and alumna. By these cooperational programs, students acknowledged that they got many supports in understanding and developing their potentials, coping their obstacles, and programming their individual planning. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif dengan tujuan mengorganisasikan pola-pola kerjasama bimbingan dan konseling dan menelaah manfaat yang diperoleh siswa sebagai subjek sasaran layanan BK dari kegiatan kerjasama profesional antara konselor dengan pihak-pihak profesional lainnya. Data penulis peroleh dari observasi, wawwancara, dan dokumentasi, subjek dalam penelitian ini adalah Guru BK dan siswa. Penulis memperoleh hasil penelitian berupa pola kerjasama yang dijalin oleh tenaga BK ialah dengan: (1) motivator; (2) lembaga psikologi; (3) perguruan tinggi; dan (4) alumni. Dengan program kerjasama tersebut siswa mengakui banyak terbantu dalam memahami-mengembangkan potensinya, mengatasi hambatannya, dan melakukan perencanaan individual.
<p>Inclusion schools provide opportunities to all students of various backgrounds and conditions within a school system and try to discover and develop the potential of multiple students. In developing the potential of students is not only applied to the students special need but also not special need. For the purposes of developing inclusive education teaching, the special needs of learners need to identify and assess the benefits and constraints, as well as the needs of learners. In its capacity as an educator, academic assessment is the main task and function of the teacher. Therefore, teachers can do an academic assessment. But for other assessments such as medical assessment, psychological, of course must be done by professionals who competence in the field.</p><p>The curriculum needed for learners with special needs is determined from the assessment results, whether a learner requires modification of the Learning Program Design (RPP) or Individual Learning Program (PPI). Curriculum development in inclusive settings includes duplication, modification, substitution and omission. Teachers in particular schools of inclusion should be provided with knowledge of inclusiveness for children with special needs.
