ABTRACTThe natural beauty of Sumenep city is a potential that can be developed into natural and agricultural tourism. Besides the beauty of nature there is also the potential of superior fruits of various kinds and abundant but not yet maximally empowered. The purpose of this research is to know the map of potential areas and the right location for fruit agro-tourism in Sumenep regency. The method used is quantitative method which is the process of exploring the existing potential and understanding the behavior of individuals and groups through samples used with purposive sampling technique, location analysis using Location Quotietient (LQ) motion with primary and secondary data Expected expected output location Right for Fruit Agrowisata Conclusion, the potential location for agro tourism is Batuuan Village Batuan Subdistrict, commodity of plants that have the potential to be developed are dragon fruit, serikaya, watermelon, melon, orange, guava, guava and jackfruit.An appropriate development model is agro tourism Community-based.
Pertambahan jumlah penduduk setiap wilayah mengakibatkan jumlah pemukiman semakin meningkat, kebutuhan pangan semakin meningkat, lahan pertanian semakin sempit dan keseimbangan ekosistem semakin terganggu. Salah satu upaya yang dapat dilakukan untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah dengan menciptakan lahan pekarangan sebagai lahan pertanian yang menjadi sumber produksi pangan dan pelestarian lingkungan. Setiap lahan pada sisi bangunan rumah dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai kegiatan pertanian dan pelestarian lingkungan seperti budidaya tanaman,ternak dan ikan, dimana secara tidak lansung berpengaruh terhadap kehidupan sosial budaya, ekonomi dan ekologi. Kelurahan Teratai salah satu wilayah yang telah memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan, namun belum dikelolah secara intensif, berkelanjutan dan pola penanaman yang belum teratur. Hal ini disebabkan pengetahuan dalam pengelolaan lahan pekarangan masih minim dan aktivitas keseharian warga yang padat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat dalam bentuk penyuluhan dapat memberikan edukasi dan informasi tentang pengelolaan lahan pekarangan berkelanjutan, mendorong masyarakat mengoptimalkan fungsi lahan pekarangan dengan pola penanaman yang tepat, produksi pangan keluarga dan meningkatkan pendapatan. Hasil survei di Kelurahan Teratai menunjukkan bahwa 90% rumah tangga telah memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan untuk kegiatan pertanian dengan tujuan beragam yaitu sebanyak 44,44 % sebagai apotik hidup saja, 44,44% sebagai apotik hidup, sumber pemenuhan pangan dan gizi keluarga, serta 11,11% sebagai sumber keindahan saja.
Baitul Mal Wat-Tamwil (BMT) is a sharia microfinance institution. The current challenge for BMT is the change in the global business landscape based on the internet and information technology or the so-called industrial revolution 4.0. The phenomenon of the industrial revolution 4.0 must be anticipated by BMT. The purpose of this study is to determine the readiness of BMT in responding to the 4.0 industrial revolution and provide suggestions for improvement. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive type case study method of BMT which was used as a research site, namely BMT NU (Nuansa Umat) East Java which was centered in Gapura Tengah Village, Gapura District, Sumenep Regency due to its very rapid development and became the BMT with the largest assets on Madura Island. . The results of the research are the readiness of BMT NU East Java in facing the era of the Industrial Revolution 4.0 when viewed from 6 existing aspects such as aspects of Economic Challenges, Social Challenges, Increased Virtual Performance, Technical Challenges, Environmental Challenges and Regulatory and Political Challenges all have gone very well, however technological developments / service innovations owned by BMT NU are not yet fully familiar among members / customers in utilizing these services so that there is a need for increased relationship management to better know the needs of the community and its members
Dalam penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi pengaruh kemiskinan terhadap meningkatnya kriminalitas yang terjadi di Kabupaten Sumenep. Faktor-faktor yang akan diungkap antara lain tingkat pengangguran dan terbatsnya lapangan pekerjaan, tingkat pendidikan yang rendah, tingkat kesehatan yang rendah, dan kondisi terisolasi.Obyek yang diteliti adalah masyarakat di Kabupaten Sumenep yang tersebar di 27 kecamatan, sedangkan sampel yang diambil sebanyak 135 orang dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dimana tiap kecamatan diwakili oleh lima orang responden. Instrumen yang digunakan adalah quesioner atau angket yang disebar di tiap-tiap kecamatan. Dalam peneltian ini menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif dengan model Y = a + b1x1 + b2x2 + b3x3 + b4x4 dimana x adalah variabel bebas yang terdiridari x1 adalah pendidikan rendah, x2 adalah kesehatan rendah, x3 lapangan pekerjaan terbatas, x4 adalah kondisi terisolasi, sedangkan y adalah variabel terikat, a adalah konstanta. Teknik analisa data menggunakan Linier berganda, pengujian hipotesa menggunakan uji F dan uji t untuk mengetahui pengaruh secara simultan dan pengaruh secara parsial.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa msyarakat di Kabupaten Sumenep terdiri dari masyarakat petani yang berpenghasilan rendah dan masyarakat yang tidak punya penghasilan atau pengangguran sebanyak 22.896 orang, sedangkan masyarakat pencari kerja sebanyak 40.688 orang. Dari kondisi seperti iniakan memicu terjadinya kriminalitas yang disebabkan karena banyaknya masyarakat yang tidak punya pekerjaan. Kata kunci : Kemiskinan, Kriminalitas.
This study entitled "Understanding And Careful About The Implementation Of Green Accounting (Puskesmas Bluto)" is a study that aims to find out how the understanding and concern for the application of Green Accounting as a form or effort to reduce the impact on the environment caused by operational activities. Bluto then before and after the implementation of Green Accounting. This research was conducted at the Community Health Center, Bluto District, this type of research is a qualitative-descriptive research. The data sources were obtained through interviews with informants and the results of observations and then to test the validity of the data using triangulation of data sources and theories. The results of this study are (1) understanding and concern for the application of Green Accounting has been done well, it can be seen from the activities carried out by the Bluto Health Center in reducing the existing environmental impacts such as managing waste properly. (2) environmental costs arising from the operational activities of the puskesmas are recognized using the accrual basis method, then in measuring environmental costs using the previous budget realization (Historical Cost), and for requests for environmental costs, they must submit a RUK (Proposed Activity Plan) 1 year earlier and the following year must make an RPK (Activity Implementation Plan). (3) reporting prior to the application of Green Accounting at the Bluto Health Center, which has not made a special reporting presentation, where the environmental costs incurred are recognized as expenses and included in the operational report but after the application of Green Accounting the Bluto Health Center is able to present special financial reports on environmental costs and can already identify the environmental costs that arise at the Bluto Health Center.
