The development and introduction into production of functional and specialized products is one of the most important directions of the UN humanistic program of human nutrition. In this regard, in accordance with the modern provisions of nutritiology and nutrimetabolomics, national programs to improve the health of the population are being developed and implemented all over the world. Nutrition has a significant impact on the development and manifestation of various kinds of diseases, including those associated with a predisposition to impaired bone metabolism. The main reason for this condition is a significant lack of minerals in the bone tissue, which causes a violation of calcium and hormonal metabolism, as a result of which bone tissue resorption occurs. The most prone to this condition are elderly people, as well as individuals with a genetic predisposition. The article shows the possibility of modelling (designing) food mixtures for gerontological nutrition using mathematical methods. This approach will expand the range of industrial food production; in the context of a shortage of protein-containing raw materials, as well as optimize the conditions for its use and involve non-traditional sources of increasing nutritional value in the consumption sphere.

В статье рассматриваются результаты применения методов и инструментов бережливого производства в сфере жилищно-коммунального хозяйства. Актуальность исследования определяется необходимостью эффективного функционирования предприятий данной сферы, от которых непосредственно зависит уровень предоставляемых услуг и, как следствие этого, качество жизни населения. На примере муниципального предприятия «Водоканал» Гулькевичского района Краснодарского края показаны возможности использования методов и инструменты бережливого производства: визуализация, стандартизация, всеобщее управление качеством, и т. д. Особое внимание уделено мероприятиям и результатам внедрения метода всеобщего обслуживания оборудования (ТРМ)-сокращение затрат на ремонт и обслуживание оборудования на объектах водоснабжения. Представлен экономический эффект от разработанного комплекса контрольно-профилактических мероприятий всеобщего обслуживания оборудования, включающего в себя систему контроля и учета удельных затрат на подъем воды всех водозаборов и отдельных скважин, разработку и внедрение стандарта съема данных технических показателей, разработку и внедрение стандарта технического обслуживания контрольных приборов и пр.
The article discusses a decision support system based on the clustering of genotypes and used in managing personalized nutrition for schoolchildren. The results of solving the problem for specific objects that have passed laboratory studies of gene states are presented. Modern scientific research in the field of nutrigenomics has shown that the selection of the optimal nutrition plan, taking into account genetic characteristics, increases the effectiveness of such programs by 200-300% compared with traditional approaches. This report discusses the use of soft computing (the method of clustering multidimensional objects) to determine typical clusters for managing personalized customer nutrition based on their genotypes.
The problem of the functioning of complex technical systems is studied in this article. The authors consider the problem of structural and functional redundancy (the complexity of formalizing computational methods for dynamic and nonlinear systems used in modern industrial production). On the example of considering the structure of the climate control subsystem for a closed loop of an industrial unit, a fuzzy configurator model for controlling the operation of a refrigerator is formalized. It is reduced to: linearization of the reading of instantaneous temperatures from various loops of the considered control system, followed by fuzzification and antecedent analysis. Eventually this allows to implement a complex method of fuzzy control and calculation of structural redundancy in any configuration with a different probability ratio. The authors also raise the question of the comparability of the obtained data and application of the developed method as a tool for predictive analytics in technological processes of production management.
