Assessment of lecturer at university is a form of activity to evaluate the performance of each lecturer. PGRI University of Madiun (UNIPMA) always strives to improve accreditation by improving quality with other universities. Making a decision support system is one way to assist in determining lecturer’s assessment in UNIPMA. This decision support system uses the TOPSIS method and will be developed using the Waterfall model. In this study to solve the problem of educator performance assessment that is UNIPMA lecturer. The assessment process includes qualifications of education, learning, research, and the number of community service activities that have been done. By using the TOPSIS method of counting process and giving the result of lecturer appraisal that has been roughed more efficient and precise. Based on the results of the research using lecturer data sampling of 10 educators obtained the highest value data is 0.75 (Very Good) where the range of decision assessment 1 - 0.65 (Very Good), 0.64 - 0.4 (Good), 0.39 - 0.25 (Enough) and 0.24 - 0 (Bad).

Abstrak - Pada saat kita hendak berpergian seringkali memikirkan sebuah rute perjalanan yang akan dilalui. Maka dari itu perlu ditentukan sebuah alternatif perjalanan menuju tempat wisata dari tempat satu ke tempat lainnya supaya sampai dengan cepat. Selain itu kita harus mempertimbangkan waktu agar tidak terlalu lama membuang waktu dalam perjalanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan rute tercepat dari Madiun (node A) ke Telaga Sarangan (node J) dengan mempertimbangkan jarak dan waktu menggunakan algoritma greedy. Dalam hal ini terdapat tiga pilihan rute perjalanan dari node A menuju node J.  Pilihan rute pertama yaitu dari node A→B→C→F→I→J, kemudian rute kedua yaitu dari node A→B→C→G→I→J, dan rute yang ketiga yaitu A→D→E→H→I→J. Untuk menentukan rute perjalanan dengan jarak terpendek dan waktu yang cepat dapat dilakukan dengan menggunakan solusi pendekatan algoritma Greedy. Algoritma Greedy membentuk solusi langkah per langkah dan terdapat beberapa pilihan yang memberikan hasil terbaik dengan membuat pilihan optimum lokal pada setiap langkah sehingga diperoleh solusi optimum global. Metode pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik studi literatur, observasi dan wawancara dalam memahami permasalahan objek penelitian selanjunya dilakukan alur penelitian untuk memudahkan dalam implementasi analisa pemilihan rute. Berdasarkan hasil dan pembahasan pada objek penelitian diperoleh hasil penelitianpencarian rute terpendek dari node A menuju node J yaitu rute dari Alun-Alun Madiun → Maospati → SPBU Sukomoro → Pasar Baru Magetan → Pasar Sayur Plaosan → Telaga Sarangan dan dinyatakan dengan node rute A→D→E→H→I→J dengan jarak 34.86 Kilometer.

This study aims to determine the perception of X APH students at SMK N 1 PGRI Mejobo Kudus on the use of social media in learning English. In this study, researchers used descriptive qualitative research with questionnaires and interviews. The participants in this study were 18 students of class X APH SMK N 1 PGRI Mejobo Kudus. The results show that WhatsApp, YouTube, Instagram, and TikTok are applications that are widely used by students when learning English. The results also show that social media has a positive perception for students. This is because social media applications help them improve their English language skills, so students think that social media applications are important and useful in learning English.

The population using the internet is currently dominated by teenagers to children with in fact its use as online games and access to social media both as a means of communication and as a means of finding information. Internet penetration in people's lives has a positive impact, including using the internet as a social media-based communication facility, accessing public services, being used as a means of marketing MSME products and banking transactions. In addition to the many positive things that can be felt, there are also many crimes that arise from internet use for internet users. Internet access for users often ignores access restrictions or has not been wise in its use, such as people uploading personal things (KTP) as posts, unconsciously using the phrase SARA in communicating to accessing pornographic sites so that the author sees a problem with the object of research, namely the Pepe hamlet community. Pajajaran Village, Madiun Regency, to provide healthy internet education assistance to recognize Hoax news as a discussion study of this problem using a risk management approach with a SWOT analysis that is more directed to the use of technology.
