The way people obtain information, learn, and connect with others across the world has changed dramatically as a result of technological advancements. Technology has eliminated distance constraints, allowing higher education to efficiently teach anybody. In order to improve teaching and learning, technology integration is becoming more common in classrooms. A better pattern for recognizing new teaching models has evolved as a result of the fast expansion of technology integration. As a result, it is critical in both learning and teaching language skills. There are numerous advantages to using technology to offer an environment for teaching and learning English skills. The objectives of the current review article were to discover answers to the issues of how technology integration promotes language learning and what the most current developments in language learning are. According to research, introducing technology into classrooms substantially improved teaching and learning English language skills.
Child abuse effects academically and mentally both, It increased fear, guilt and self-blame. The research design of this study based on descriptive and phenomenological approach to investigate the performance of abused child at school. Qualitative method is used to take in depth knowledge. Purposive sampling and semi structured interview was used to collect data. The study concluded that there was a considerable influence of child abuse on student's academic performance. Although the students suffered from various types of child abuse (Physical abuse, Sexual abuse, Emotional abuse and Neglect) many were unaware that they were being abused by anyone due to unawareness. Child abuse was found to significantly influence on personal development because it increased stress among the abused learner. Child abuse affects pupils' behavior negatively as abused students behaved differently and negatively from the non-abused ones. Child abuse affects learning disorders negatively with abused children having learning disorders and performing worse than the non-abused ones. Maximum those child become victim of abuse who are neglect by family or parents
The teaching occupation and the essential tasks and duties of teachers are necessary for developing every nation's human resources. The teachers are the pillar of our country, and without them, the standard of our education will suffer since teachers are the nearest to the human mind and are prime drivers of economic development. Therefore, educational administration and organizational factors play a pivotal role in making teachers motivated and satisfied to sustain their academic institutions' jobs and should focus on switching jobs frequently. This study examined the association between organizational and teacher retention in eight private secondary schools in Lyari town Karachi, Sindh Pakistan. The study formulated three objectives and hypotheses. The research design was a correlation—the population of the study comprised of teachers from schools. A random sampling technique was used, and a questionnaire was distributed among 200 teachers to collect data. Data were gathered using an instrument that was self-made with the help of literature reviewed and experts' suggestions. The questionnaire was validated and piloted. The Cronbach Alpha coefficient was determined. Ensure the reliability at 0.85, respectively. The Pearson correlation statistic was used to test the hypotheses. The findings reveal significant relationships between teachers' salary packages, teachers' workload, professional development opportunities, and teachers' retention in schools. Further, the study's findings reveal that educational administration and management align with government compensation policies regarding teachers' salaries and promotions and focus on their teaching workload and other fringe benefits.
Every nation has social aims which are belongs to their ideology. Education is one of the powerful source by which the real concept of ideology can be determined. This paper discusses the importance and need of the implementation and awareness of higher education in northern areas of Pakistan in order to bring attention from government sector to raise the budget and take economic measures to build educational institutions at graduate and post graduate level in order to globalize with the communities. The overall strategy of this study is quantitative and survey based. A total of 250 teachers were selected from 10 educational institutions of northern areas out of whole by random sampling. For data collection, a structured questionnaire based on “Likert Scale” containing 20 items served as the instrument of the study. Five hypotheses were made to evaluate results. The collected data were analyzed quantitatively using Correlation, Regression and Anova to explore the nonexistence economic condition of northern educational system. Results and findings suggested that the educational system of northern areas strongly need the surety of developed universities, sound economic opportunities and awareness regarding gender discrimination, skilled and trained instructors and administration, technological advancement to promote higher education system in northern areas of Pakistan.
