PT. Citra Nusra Persada (CNP) merupakan salah satu perusahaan penambangan batu andesit yang bergerak dalam bidang jasa kontruksi jalan dan jembatan. Kondisi geometri jalan angkut yang baik dapat menunjang kelancaran operasi penambangan terutama dalam kegiatan pengangkutan. Medan berat yang mungkin terdapat di sepanjang rute jalan tambang harus diatasi dengan mengubah rancangan jalan untuk meningkatkan aspek manfaat dan keselamatan kerja. Metode yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kuantitatif, metode field research yaitu mengumpulkan data dengan mengidentifikasi parameter saat penelitian dilapangan dan perusahaan, menjadikan parameter sebagai panduan untuk mengumpulkan data sekunder yang bersumber dari perusahaan. Geometri jalan angkut pada perusahaan ini cukup baik dengan lebar jalan angkut ideal sebesar 7 m dan lebar jalan angkut pada tikungan adalah sebesar 14 m.
Bottom sediments have an essential role, among others, as a habitat for living things, determining waves, turbidity of the waters, and as information on marine development. Determination of the type of bottom waters can be done using the acoustic method. The use of sound waves in the acoustic method can detect objects in the water column using an echosounder instrument. This research aims to analyze the value of acoustic backscatter in finding the type of sediment at the bottom of the water. This research was carried out in October 2018 - January 2019 in the waters of the Banyuasin River Estuary. The results showed that the sediment base corresponds to the acoustic backscatter value, namely clayey sand with an SS value of -16.23 dB. Clay with SS values ranging from -24.09 dB to -21.29 dB. Muddy clay with SS values ranging from -17.88 dB to -15.54 dB, and sandy clay with an SS value of -16.89 dB. Based on multiple linear regression analysis, the three types of sediment fractions strongly influence the formation of acoustic backscatter by 65.3% or 0.81.
This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of applying blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The research method in this research is quantitative method, and the data collection method in this study is through observation, documentation and questionnaires or questionnaires. The number of samples in this study were 95 from 129 students majoring in Social Sciences with grade X and grade IX at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep and then analyzed using simple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of the study, it shows that there is a significant influence in the application of the blended learning on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep. The simple linear regression equation shows the effect of the application of the blended learning learning method on students' learning motivation in economic subjects at SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep has a positive influence, and the magnitude of the influence of the application blended learning on students' learning motivation in economics subjects in SMA Negeri 20 Pangkep, amounted to 41.1% while 58.4% was influenced by other factors.
