In this paper, the researchers have investigated the effect of various crises on the development of the Business Continuity Management (BCM) process in Jordanian hospitals. They used the quantitative research design technique to fulfil all the study’s objectives. After that, they also tested whether their hypothesised model could be used for developing the BCM. After distributing questionnaires amongst the supervisors working in 7 private hospitals in Amman, Jordan, they collected all the data. Then, they carried analysed and sorted all the data using the SPSS software. The study results showed that the hospitals in Jordan were eager to maintain security and stability in the case of a crisis. Additional statistical tests presented evidence regarding the positive effect of different factors (such as external/ internal crises, natural disasters, operational and strategic risks, and the probability of recurrence of a crisis) on the BCM development in Jordanian hospitals. Here, the researchers have attempted to offer insights and knowledge to help practitioners, academicians and policymakers.
In this study, the researchers have attempted to determine the common Supply Chain Management (SCM) activities that were used as a mediator variable and influenced the effect of the product development stages on the implementation of operation management decisions in the companies belong to the Al-Manaseer Group in Jordan. For this purpose, they used a quantitative method, wherein they distributed questionnaires to the employees and management of the Al-Manaseer Company groups (such as the Director, Department Director, Head of the Section, Workers' Monitor). This helped them understand the relationship between the product development stage and the operational management decisions. They noted that the SCM activities were a significant variable that mediated the effect of the product development stage on the operational management decisions. Based on the findings of the study, the researchers recommended that The Group needs to show a higher interest in the site costs as the selection indicator and for determining the preliminary estimates while considering the information sharing.
Electronic marketing is a great revolution in the age of globalization. The use of technology like digital device for better marketing result is online shopping and marketing. A seller are developing strategies to satisfy online shopper’s demand. Various researching customer behavior in the scope of online shopping to see which element can influence them toward online shopping. This research to examine the satisfaction customer in online shopping trading and how it can encourage WOM strategy in marketing of the product and service. The respondent is among society with vary background due it can show the different opinion about the satisfy in online shopping. The data collection will based on questionnaire and measure by Likert scale data. Thus, the final result was analyzed using SmartPLS along the research. The result concluded that all the variable are significant toward customer satisfaction and it can allow WOM strategy as a tool to advertised the product and service.
Most of SMEs are is emerging and flourishing as the number of entrepreneurs who start an online business is continuously growing. Third-party e-commerce platforms (such as eBay and Taobao) offer small and medium-sized businesses (SMEs) fantastic chances to overcome technology barriers and access e-commerce markets. However other market entry impediments, such as resource limits and institutional challenges, still exist for SMEs. To shed light on how SMEs could possibly cope with these issues, the study apply entrepreneurial bricolage theory to the setting of online firms functioning on third-party e-commerce platforms. By using a novel approach for investigating the links between various types of entrepreneurial bricolage and the performance of online stores. Survey data from a sample of small online retailers on Alibaba's Taobao.com, China's largest third-party e-commerce platform, was used to test the research hypotheses (NYSE: BABA). The result shows that the Input bricolage has a favorable influence on efficiency, and market bricolage has a beneficial effect on sales.
