Tourism is one of the most complex activities of today's modern society. In developed countries and in some other countries in transition, it presents a significant product of export and employment generator. The increase of the quality of service and application of the quality management system in tourism industry is undoubtedly a challenge that we are all interested to deal with. Quality Management of Services is directly connected with training and qualification of human resources involved in this sector. Tourism sector in recent years, although, it was a priority for each government, we can freely say, it has increased in spontaneous way. More tourists don't mean more progress in development, or generating of incomes for Kosovars. The type of tourism that one country is commited to develop is mainly determined from the contribution for enriching of its inhabitants. Emphasizing of natural and cultural tourism in Kosovo is mainly focused on benefiting from local communities, which, unfortunately, are currently facing the limited economic situation. Positive benefiting from a successful tourism sector strategy directly contributes to increase of employment, additional benefitting for economy, improved infrastructure and increase of tax revenue which directly has an impact in improvement toward health care, education, and other social development.
Continuous improvement of quality in health system is a challenge for many countries, particularly for those which are undergoing difficult period of transition from the system where the quality was not even known, measured or hasn’t consequently been improved in a system where the health service offers are different. In its route toward the European integration in the recent years Kosovo has set up the basis in terms of quality of infrastructure. Even though compared to its neighbors it is still staying behind in terms of quality of legal infrastructure by creating a quality system according to the requirements of EN ISO 9001 standards, while making easier instalment and constant monitoring of the healthcare standards by setting the guidelines for best application practices, particularly in well-known international fields Health sector in Kosovo is one of the most important sectors and has been continually stated as a priority for development of the country, therefore, creating of conditions for a continuous quality improvement, safety of health services and evaluation of such services is a major challenge associated with a patient and citizens to offer more and higher qualitative health services.
This research is realized in city of Peja, a city in the western part of Republic of Kosovo. In this research are included 40 small enterprises (27 in the center of the city and 13 in the periphery). From them 37 enterprises were established from familiar-individual capital, whereas only three enterprises were corporations. This research is led from two correlation hypotheses .The first hypothesis of this research is:"Strategic management has a positive relation with the empowering of the short-term and long-term objectives of the small enterprises", is made correlative analysis and we have the statistical production [r= .502**, p< .001], which supports the first hypothesis. Thus a genuine strategic management affects in the empowering and the reflection of the shortterm and long-term objectives of small enterprises. The second hypothesis of this research was;"Business strategy affects in the rise of financial indicators", is made the correlative analysis and we have this statistical production [r= -.220, p< .172, a result that is not significant and it does not support the second hypothesis of this research.Keywords: Strategic, Management, Small, Enterprises, Commune, Peja IntroductionThe idea and the concept of this research was to see if there is a positive relation of strategic management with short-term and long-term objectives of the small enterprises and to see if the business strategy affects the raise of financial indicators. In the analyzed part of literature is cited for the management and especially for the strategic management. After raising of hypothesis and realization of the research methodology is concluded that strategic management is interrelated with the empowering of short-term and long-term objectives in the enterprise whereas the results of this research it did not result that business strategy affects in the raising of the financial indicators.
