Poly-cystic ovarian syndrome (PCOS) is described as an endocrine disorderliness emerging from hormonal inequality and low form of inflammation. PCOS is a metabolic syndrome which includes complex medical treatments which are expensive and has many side effects. The purpose of review is to extract a literature that proves that diet has significant role in treatment of PCOS. After going through the published literature and initially 150 articles were included, which were after reducing 98 the duplicates, 22 irrelevant diseases were excluded. However, title and abstract 30-full text articles were eligiblewere relevant to topic role of seeds cycling containing omega 3 fatty acids on Pcos.Different review papers which contained data the role of different seeds i.e. flax seeds,sesame seeds,pumpkin seeds,sunflower seeds seperately then we came to conclusion that n-3 fatty acids were the main component among these seeds from plant sources which improves hormonal disturbances and insulin resistance in PCOS patients. This review literature is assessed from the precious data from Medline/PubMed, google scholar until November 2020. The present review is aimed to investigate the influence of n-3 fatty acid in balancing hormones, testosterone, luteinizing hormone (LH) and insulin levels.
Mineral deficiencies have caused severe health consequences in developing countries. Among many other minerals, selenium is also an essential nutritional trace mineral element that is critical to the normal physiology of humans. In 1817, Swedish chemist and physician Jons Jacob Berzelius discovered this element. The US Department of Agriculture has an RDA of 55 μg/day for adults. Regional dietary deficiency of selenium caused Keshan and Kashin-Beck diseases. Keshan disease is endemic congestive cardiomyopathy, characterized by cardiac insufficiency, heart enlargement, arrhythmia, and electrocardiographic modifications. First identified in 1935 in Keshan County, Heilongjiang Province, northeast China. This disease is clinically divided into four categories: acute, subacute, chronic, and latent. However, selenium supplementations to the residents of Keshan disease endemic areas significantly reduced the incidence of KD. Thus, the government decided to apply sodium selenite to growing crops, and the incidence of the disease decreased dramatically.
Human brain consists of millions of cells to control the overall structure of the human body. When these cells start behaving abnormally, then brain tumors occurred. Precise and initial stage brain tumor detection has always been an issue in the field of medicines for medical experts. To handle this issue, various deep learning techniques for brain tumor detection and segmentation techniques have been developed, which worked on different datasets to obtain fruitful results, but the problem still exists for the initial stage of detection of brain tumors to save human lives. For this purpose, we proposed a novel U-Net-based Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) technique to detect and segmentizes the brain tumor for Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI). Moreover, a 2-dimensional publicly available Multimodal Brain Tumor Image Segmentation (BRATS2020) dataset with 1840 MRI images of brain tumors has been used having an image size of 240 × 240 pixels. After initial dataset preprocessing the proposed model is trained by dividing the dataset into three parts i.e., testing, training, and validation process. Our model attained an accuracy value of 0.98 % on the BRATS2020 dataset, which is the highest one as compared to the already existing techniques.
