ABSTRAK Indonesia teridentifikasi COVID-19 pertama dilaporkan di pada tanggal 2 maret 2020. Data terbaru pada tanggal 23 April 2020 kasus terkonfirmasi positif sebanyak 7.775. Kasus COVID-19 di RT 007 Kelurahan Segalamider sudah mulai mengalami peningkatan kasus pada satu minggu terakhir. Hingga tanggal 20 Agustus terdapat empat kasus positif COVID-19 dan satu orang meninggal. RT007 di Kelurahan Segalamider merupakan salah satu wilayah yang terdapat di wilayah Kota Bandar Lampung. Masyarakat banyak belum mengetahui tentang isolasi mandiri. Hal ini tentu akan menimbulkan perluasan penularan kasus di rumah tangga. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat bermitra dengan Wali RT007 di Kelurahan Segalamider. Solusi permasalahan sekaligus bentuk kegiatan berupa edukasi kepada masyarakat mengenai isolasi mandiri bagi orang dalam pemantauan (ODP) dalam upaya penanganan COVID-19. Edukasi diberikan melalui media leaflet serta pemberian donasi masker kepada masyarakat yang terkena dampak COVID-19. Tujuan kegiatan ini adalah untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat mengenai upaya isolasi mandiri jika mengalami gejala mirip COVID-19 atau berkontak dengan penderita COVID-19. Hasil pengabdian kepada masyarakat peserta tentang isolasi mandiri dan mampu mengenali tanda - tanda COVID-19, sehingga penyebaran COVID-19 dapat dicegah, peserta paham tentang perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada masyarakat sebagai upaya untuk mencegah penularan COVID-19. Kesimpulan dari penyuluhan ini peserta dapat mengetahui serta mengerti mengenai isolasi mandiri sangat penting bagi orang dalam pengawasan. Education is provided through leaflets as well as donations of masks to people affected by COVID-19. The purpose of this activity is to increase public knowledge about self-isolation efforts if they experience symptoms similar to COVID-19 or come into contact with COVID-19 sufferers. The results of community service participants regarding self-isolation and being able to recognize signs of COVID-19, so that the spread of COVID-19 can be prevented, participants understand about clean and healthy living behavior in the community as an effort to prevent transmission of COVID-19. Based on the results of the pre-survey at RSUD Dr. H. Abdul Moeloek by conducting free interviews with 20 nurses who were divided into 10 emergency room nurses and 10 inpatient room nurses. It was found that nurses said that when patients came to the Hospital (IGD), they felt very anxious, afraid, stressed, panicked, confused, worried, sad, and emotional when receiving patients suspected of having COVID, supported by the stigma of the Indonesian people who felt unsupportive, thus making psychologically disturbed nurses. News of the death of a doctor and nurse colleague also caused its own tension. Anxiety increases with inadequate PPE and has an impact on the transmission of medical personnel. The results of bivariate data analysis using an independent t-test obtained a p-value of 0.000 <0.05, so it can be concluded it can be concluded that there is a difference in work stress between emergency room nurses and inpatient rooms in hospitals. Jenis penelitian menggunakan kuantitatif, rancangan penelitian menggunakan survey analitik, dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Populasi dan sampel adalah perawat di RSUD Dr. H. Aabdul Moeloek. Teknik sampling menggunakan purposive sampling. Analisa data univariat dan bivariat menggunakan Uji Mann- Whitney U Test. Rata-rata stress perawat UGD di RSUD. DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Tahun 2022, dengan mean 62,92 nilai minimal skor 47 dan maksimal skor 78. Rata-rata stress perawat ruang rawat inap di RSUD. DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Pada Masa Pandemi Covid 19 Tahun 2022, dengan mean 37,86 nilai minimal skor 14 dan maksimal skor 64. Hasil analisa data bivariat menggunakan uji t- tes independen didapat nilai p-value 0,000 < 0,05 maka dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa terdapat perbedaan stress kerja antara perawat UGD Dan Ruang Rawat Inap di RSUD. DR. H. Abdul Moeloek Provinsi Lampung Pada Masa Pandemi Covid19 Tahun 2022. Diharapkan kepada seluruh perawat khsusnya di ruang unit gaeat darurat agar selalu patuh terhadap protokol Kesehatan dalam pencegahan penularan Covid-19 yaitu dengan mengkonsumsi vitamin dan suplemen kesehatan.
