Rubber products have durable, lightweight, and shockproof properties, which allow them to be used in various industries. As demand on products with elaborate shape and parts and minimized occurrence of burrs has increased in high-precision industries, particularly in IT, BT, and NT, moulding technology becomes an essential technology to develop core objects composing frames for assembly and elementary parts that produce ultra small machines and basic components of MEMS and NEMS. Despite the technological demand, rubber-related moulding technology has not been standardized, and its total process – shaping, design, production, and test – has not been systemized, which results in low productivity in rubber products. This study is to standardize and systematize the rubber product production process by evaluating the cost estimation of moulding production process and to improve occurring problems during the process. The subject of the study was burrless rubber product moulding process.
eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (XACML) standardised by OCG was widely used in the area of information security. And recently geospatial XACML was standardised. But now, types of information are diversified. Especially, importance of information about time and space is continually increased. We use information to know where or when we do something. For instance, we usually check time or find the way with it. Therefore, Spatio-temporal XACML: the expansion of XACML for access control 57 Geospatial eXtensible Access Control Markup Language (GeoXACML) is not enough to cover it. In this paper, we propose that spatio-temporal XACML which can accept not only geospatial information but also temporal information. Spatio-temporal XACML is based on and expands standardised GeoXACML in OCG. Its scenario consists of access control between positions of polices.
This study has presented a proper model of expert system for the very thin sheet metal press die design. Using the suggested model, an expert system of the very thin sheet metal press process has been developed. The system developed for three kinds of specimens are applicable to the practical field and its applicability has been discussed. The system is based on the knowledge expert's empirical technologies in the practical field. Using C-language in lhe tiP-UNIX ,,;ystem, CIS customer language of the EXCESS CAD/CAM is used as the overall CAD environment. The results obtained from this system will provide effective guidelines to the designer in this field.
