Napori da se identifikuju ĉinioci koji bi mogli da ukaţu na verovatnoću postizanja remisije, odnosno pojave recidiva po prekidu medikamentne tirosupresivne terapije neprekidno traju. Izveštaji o postignutoj dugotrajnoj remisiji kreću se od 14 do 80% leĉenih, a ukupna stopa recidiva po prekidu leĉenja je 30-50%. UtvrĊivanje ranih prognostiĉkih faktora za ishod medikamentne tirosupresivne terapije moglo bi da omogući razlikovanje pacijenata koji reaguju i koji ne reaguju na terapiju, i pravovremeni izbor ablativne terapije. Cilj istraţivanja je bio da se utvrdi uticaj veliĉine strume na predviĊanje nastanka remisije tokom medikamentne tirosupresivne terapije. Istraţivanje je sprovedeno u vidu prospektivne studije ukljuĉivši 106 uzastopnih pacijenata sa novootkrivenim autoimunim hipertireoidizmom, kojima je zapoĉeta medikamentna tirosupresivna terapija. Po postavljanju dijagnoze bolesti, nakon anamnestiĉke, kliniĉke i biohemijske obrade na poĉetku bolesti i 12 meseci po zapoĉinjanju medikamentne tirosupresivne terapije, praćeni su prisustvo i veliĉina strume, palpatorno i volumetrijski. Kod većine naših ispitanika (oko 90%), na poĉetku bolesti struma je mala ili odsutna (gradus 0A, 0B, 0-I). Tokom MTT struktura ispitanika prema prisustvu i veliĉini strume se bitno ne menja. Proseĉan volumen tireoidee na poĉetku bolesti, kod naših ispitanika je oko 21 ml. Tokom MTT i dvanaest meseci po zapoĉinjanju MTT, nije primećena bitna promena u veliĉini tireoidee. Nije primećeno da postoji znaĉajna razlika u prisustvu i veliĉini strume, bilo da je odreĊivana palpacijom, bilo da je merena ehosonografski, izmeĊu pacijenata u remisiji i onih koji nisu postigli remisiju. Rezultati ukazuju da prisustvo i veliĉina strume na poĉetku bolesti, nemaju znaĉaja za predviĊanje remisije kod pacijenata sa Grejvsovom bolešću leĉenih medikamentnom tirosupresivnom terapijom. The level of thyroid-stimulation hormone-receptor antibodies at the beginning of disease and 12 months after the introduction of therapy cannot predict the outcome of thyrosuppressive drug therapy.
The research was designed as a cross-sectional study in two time periods (2014 and 2019) on a selected sample in 12 cities of the Republic of Serbia. It aims to find out about the level of job satisfaction of employees in the municipal police (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 51/2009) - militia (Official Gazette of the RS, No. 49/2019). In order to obtain valid results from the respondents, the measurement of the degree of satisfaction was carried out by means of an anonymous standardized questionnaire for measuring job satisfaction - Job Satisfaction Survey (JSS). The collected data were processed by Descriptive statistical analysis (Macura, Kovacevic, 2018), determined is medium value, relationships and connections with categorical by division on the subscales and total scales For pleasure by work: dissatisfied, ambivalent and satisfied. T test of independent samples performed is a comparison of mean values on the job satisfaction scale and all its subscales. Standard multiple regression analysis of certain is mutual and influence and statistics the significance of the set variables on Employee Job Satisfaction. The results showed a statistically significant influence between the subscales on the job satisfaction scale, where the greatest influence on employee dissatisfaction in 2014 was the salary, promotion, benefits, rewards and the very nature of the job. The greatest influence on employee ambivalence was satisfaction with work procedures and satisfaction with communications in 2014, while in 2019 the greatest influence on employee ambivalence was satisfaction with co-workers, rewards, the very nature of work and communication.
Communal systems, as organizational units within local self-governments, are important factors in the organizational and executive structure of modern administration. Management has an important role with its supporting structures (finance and human resources) in every economy and business of the organization. Managing communal police is a difficult and demanding job, which requires a lot of knowledge, skills, understanding and experience in working with people. In practice as well as scientific research on work, it has been shown that joint work is always more efficient and effective than individual work. Numerous management theories have contributed, each in its own way, to improving the understanding of the factors that affect the efficiency of the organization as well as the motivation and satisfaction of employees on whom business efficiency directly depends. Since the work of communal police officers is work in pairs or in groups, the important role of the manager is to organize communal police officers and focus on solving the set tasks. As far as the authors know, there is no research regarding management process of the communal police in Serbia, therefore, the main goal of the paper is to present the management process of the communal police of the City of Zaječar.
