The purpose of this study is intended to reveal the contribution of the dynamic balance of the ability of dollyo kick chagi by using the correlation method and sampling was done by cluster sampling. This stage begins with the selection of clubs, coaches and athletes actively practice the last two years. Data gathered from the training process, and processed using a simple correlation/regression double and simple / double. The results show that there is a significant contribution to the ability of dynamic Balance dollyo kick chagi male athlete of Tae Kwon Do in BTTC Rokan Hulu.

This research aims to develop a valid, practical, and effective gymnastics learning medium to improve the ability to roll ahead to students on gymnastics learning. The development process of this model refers to the Plomp development model. The subject of the study is a student of the Department of Sports Education, Faculty of Sports Sciences. Data collection techniques use tests, interviews, questionnaires, and observations. The collected data is then analyzed quantitatively using the t-test. The results showed that the validity of android-based gymnastic learning media is actualized from the results of the validity of materials, media, language, and assessment instruments The ability to roll forward straddle is on very high validity criteria. The practicality of android-based gymnastics learning media is on very practical criteria. The effectiveness of android-based gymnastics learning media is on the criteria very effective. The average levels of Ability to roll forward straddle on all three sections are 83.65, 84.65, and 73.45, respectively. The average increase scores on each section were 0.61, 0.65, and 0.64.

Tujuan penelitian ini ditujukan untuk mengungkap kontribusi kelentukan, kecepatan dan koordinasi mata-kaki terhadap kelincahan dengan menggunakan metode korelasional dan pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan cara proporsional random sampling. Tahap ini diawali dengan pemilihan club dan atlet aktif latihan beberapa tahun terakhir. Data dihimpun dari tes yang dilakukan, serta diolah dengan menggunakan korelasi sederhana/ganda dan regresi sederhana/ganda. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan kelentukan, kecepatan dan koordinasi mata-kaki secara bersama-sama terhadap terhadap kelincahan atlet tenis junior Sumatera Barat.
