This study investigated the effects of using a digital diary to facilitate the calculation of administrative statistics of teachers and classrooms caregivers. The purpose of this study was to explore the use of an electronic diary (e-diary) in supporting teachers and classrooms caregivers to successfully complete administrative work related to completing the school diary. A quantitative design was used to obtain data from teachers and classrooms caregivers through questionnaires. The sample will include 12 elementary school teachers 0-5 and 8 lower secondary teachers 6-9. A closed-ended questionnaire according to the Likert scale was used for data collection. Overall, the study showed many potential advantages in using a digital diary at school to facilitate administrative tasks. Also, the results of the study are showing that the teacher and classrooms caregivers were very satisfied with the integration of the e-diary to successfully complete the statistical tasks calculated automatically from the electronic diary.
Kosovo as a small country but with bright education integrates the newest European curricula, especially in the curricular field Life and work in the subject of technology with ICT. In this scientific paper, we will discuss the need to integrate programming in the curriculum of the subject of Technology with ICT in the lower secondary schools of Kosovo. Programming is a rapidly growing field and is increasingly used in the modern world of technology. If our students will have good knowledge of programming, they will have a great advantage in their future careers. We can conclude that a long-term and clear strategy should be developed for the integration of programming in the curriculum of the subject of Technology with ICT in the lower secondary schools of Kosovo, which will help prepare students for the labor market in the field of technology and programming. Our recommendations, we suggest improving the curriculum of the ICT subject, including a project-oriented approach to help students develop practical skills in the field of programming. We also suggest more complex training for teachers to ensure they have the skills and knowledge to teach this subject in a way that is appropriate for students.
In this research, based on the theoretical framework and previous studies, we have identified the features and characteristics of best practices, investigating the impact of digital games on learning fractional concepts and students' motivation for the subject of mathematics. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to present the influence and importance of digital games, but at the same time show that these games develop their skills and abilities for mathematical concepts, respectively for fractions. The methodology used for this study is a case study. However, as a research strategy for this study, mixed research, that is, quantitative and qualitative, has been chosen. The sample of the study is the student with the nickname "Lina" from the ninth grade of the primary and lower secondary school "Heronjtë e Lumës" from the village of Shkozë, municipality of Prizren. For the collection of quantitative data, a pre-and post-test was used, while for the collection of qualitative data, an observation log and a semi-structured interview were used. The results of this study showed that the use of digital games in understanding fractional concepts has been a great help to the student
Important distributions used to model and analyse data in various real-life sciences such as natural sciences, engineering, and medicine are the Weibull distribution, the Weibull exponential distribution, and the Weibull Rayleigh distribution. The main objective of this paper is to determine the best evaluators and compare them for the distribution with three-parameters of Weibull, Weibull Rayleigh and Exponential Weibull. The methods under consideration for comparing the parameter estimators for these distributions is that of maximum likelihood using the statistical program R for the application of real data. Based on the results obtained from this study, the maximum likelihood approach used in estimating the parameters is the comparison between these distributions. Comparisons are made to determine the performance of these distributions.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
