The aim of community service is to assist in the formation of the PKBM (Community Learning Center) in the Mandi Angin Village, Rawas Ilir, Musi Rawas Utara. The method used is the method of socialization, training and practice. This PKBM is a mentoring activity that drects to the formation of the PKBM structure (The center of community learning activities). This is the concern of the PKBM team because in the Mandi Angin village has not yet formed a learning center for the community. PKBM assistance activities (the center of community learning activities) will increase SDM leading to SDM productivity in Mandi Angin village. The results of the PKBM (community learning activity center) activities in the Mandi Angin village of Rawas Ilir sub-district, kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, including: 1) The implementation of STKIP-PGRI Lubuklinggau team with the village government, so that the activities took place safely and smoothly, 2) The implementation of the socialization of the PKBM structure (community learning activity center) and responded wel by the community, 3) the device and the community who were enthusiastic in bathing to support the formation of PKBM in the village, 4) The constrains faced were related to the difficulty in getting high competent communities, as part of the PKBM structure, and 5) The village government and the community demanded that the PKBM activities be carried out well, not just in the form of structuring their activities. In general the results of this PKBM are the formation of the PKBM structure which will be continued at the level of PKBM implementation.

Tujuan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah pendampingan pembentukan PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) di desa Mandi Angin Kec. Rawas Ilir Kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara. Metode yang digunakan adalah metode sosialisasi, pelatihan dan praktik. PKM ini adalah kegiatan pendampingan yang mengarahkan pada pembentukan struktur PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat). Hal ini menjadi perhatian tim PKBM karena di desa Mandi Angin belum terbentuk pusat belajar untuk masyarakat. Kegiatan pendampingan PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) akan meningkatkan SDM yang mengarah pada produktifitas SDM di desa Mandi Angin. Hasil dari kegiatan PKBM (Pengabdian pada Masyarakat) di desa Mandi Angin Kecamatan Rawas Ilir kabupaten Musi Rawas Utara, diantaranya: 1) Terlaksananya koordinasi tim PKBM STKIP PGRI Lubuklinggau dengan pemerintah desa, sehingga kegiatan berlangsung aman dan lancar, 2) Terlaksananya sosialisasi pembentukan struktur PKBM (Pusat Kegiatan Belajar Masyarakat) dan direspon dengan baik oleh masyarakat, 3) Perangkat dan masyarakat desa Mandi Angin antusias mendukung pembentukan PKBM di desa, 4) Kendala yang dihadapi berkaitan dengan sulitnya mendapat masyarakat yang memiliki kompetensi yang tinggi, sebagai bagian dari struktur PKBM, dan 5) Pemerintah desa dan Masyarakat meminta kegiatan PKBM terlaksana dengan baik, tidak hanya sebatas pembentukan struktur kegiatanya saja. Secara umum hasil PKBM ini adalah terbentuknya struktur PKBM yang akan dilanjutkan pada tingkatan pelaksanaan PKBM-nya.<div> </div>

The purpose of this research is to describe the comparison of the inner elements of the poetry collection Luka Kata by Candra Malik and the collection of the poetry Diving by Agung Setiawan.S. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method with a literature approach. Comparing Candra Malik's Luka Kata poetry collection and Agung Setiawan S. It can be compared that in the study of these two collections of poetry that the theme of poetry leads to the world of love and all its consequences. In terms of taste, these two collections of poetry also express feelings of longing and disappointment that are implied and expressed through their lines. In terms of tone and atmosphere, these two collections of poetry are so different. In the collection of poetry Luka Kata by Candra Malik, the tone and atmosphere that are depicted is more of an advising tone with a touching atmosphere. Whereas in the collection of the poetry Diving by Agung Setiawan S, the tone depicted is more of a mocking tone with a sad atmosphere. However, in terms of the mandate, these two collections of poetry have something in common again and again. The mandate in this collection of poems provides advice on the world of romance (romance) and all things related to joy and sorrow for those who enter that world. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the collection of poetry Luka Kata by Candra Malik and the collection of the poetry Diving by Agung Setiawan has many differences in terms of the language of conveying the inner elements.
