У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз сутності психологічної складової особистості спортсменів під час занять волейболом, що дозволило виокремити найбільш вагомі психологічні особливості особистості спортсмена, це темперамент, характер, здібності, рухливість нервової системи, мотиви і потреби. Певними проявами психологічних якостей у юного волейболіста, його психологічного стану є самопочуття, активність, настрій. Встановлено, що спортивні змагання є дієвим засобом психічного розвитку спортсмена, що включає вольовий та емоційний фактори психології суперництва; виокремлено передзмагальні та післязмагальні психічні стани спортсмена, це стартова лихоманка, стартова апатія, бойова готовність; з’ясовано негативні прояви психічного стану гравця у разі поразки на змаганнях: депресія, невпевненість у своїх силах, розчарування, заздрість, небажання тренуватися, відмова від занять спортом тощо. Встановлено, що одна з головних задач розвитку особистості спортсмена, що вирішуються у змагальній діяльності – формування адекватної реакції на успіхи і невдачі.З’ясовано особливості прояву емоційно-вольових якостей юних волейболістів, перш за все самостійності й ініціативності, рішучості та сміливості, витримки і самовладання, цілеспрямованості, наполегливості, саме ці якості є запорукою високої результативності спортивної діяльності волейболіста. Якісно організовані навчально-тренувальні заняття сприяють не лише розвитку фізичних якостей у юних волейболістів, але й формують почуття колективізму, дисциплінованість, волю, моральну стійкість, здатність долати труднощі, уміння управляти своїми емоціями. У результаті подолання труднощів і перешкод, властивих грі у волейбол відбувається формування зазначених вольових проявів у юних волейболістів.
The purpose of the article is to substantiate the process of educating the health culture of a future teacher. Methodology. Among the theoretical research methods, the main ones were: conceptual and comparative analysis (study of pedagogical, philosophical and psychological literature, textbooks on the research topic); structural-system analysis (theoretical analysis of problems, modeling of the studied systems, comparative, comparative and retrospective analyzes, diagnostics and forecasting of initial approaches and research consequences). Results. The research model helps to improve the process of educating a future teacher's personality in terms of creating a health-preserving environment of higher education, is able apply to creatively acquired health-preserving knowledge, skills and abilities in practice as well as to find, process, analyze, use information independently, think nonlinearly, use modern content in future teacher's activities, methods of education, technologies, pedagogical techniques, acquire the necessary personal qualities, self-change and strive for continuous self-improvement. Conclusions. The education of a health culture for a future teacher’s personality is a purposeful, structures and managed system of ideas and principles, indicators, levels, criteria, guidelines and recommendations, as well as certain organizational and pedagogical conditions and tools, united by a single concept; it is aimed at individual creative development of a future specialist's personality in the structure of multilevel pedagogical education.
The article reveals the content and structure of the program of the educational discipline «Pedagogy of physical culture and sports activities», in accordance with the educational and professional training program for applicants of the second (master's) level of higher education in the specialty 014 Secondary education (Physical culture), which was introduced into the educational process of the Faculty of Physical Education of the Poltava Korolenko V.G. National Pedagogical University, the purpose of which is to form in students a system of knowledge and professional and pedagogical skills necessary for organizational, methodical and educational work on issues of physical and sports education.The expected results of training in the discipline are: to name the theoretical foundations of the process of physical and sports education of children of different ages and sexes; theoretical and methodological foundations of physical education in educational institutions of various types; patterns of physical development of children of different ages and sexes; creatively apply the acquired knowledge from the theory of physical and sports education when solving pedagogical, educational, scientific and methodological tasks, taking into account the age and individual differences of children; evaluate and analyze the level of physical development and physical readiness of children of different ages for a certain type of sport; to plan, organize and carry out work on physical and sports education of children of different ages and genders; to form in children a system of knowledge, skills and a conscious need for systematic physical education and sports and a healthy way of life.Scientific studies devoted to the problem of professional and pedagogical training of a physical education teacher have been analyzed.
Introduction: In this article the authors O.V. Petryshyn, E.Ya. Shapoval and S.M.Novik claim that nowadays the scientists do not pay enough attention to the development of the essential professional psychophysical qualities of a healthcare professional and do not ascertain the influence of Physical Education on personality features. That is why the study of the problem which provides the adequate level of adaptation, health strengthening and the development of professional psychophysical competence is relevant. Practical research value lies in the development of the program by the authors of the article (which is based on the authentic ideas, henceforth we further will call it as Program) and methodological support material for Physical Education course in order to have an efficient impact on systematic development of students’ psychophysical qualities while using experimental diagnostic methods of estimation of perspective specialists’ technical and tactical background and physical one respectively. We are speaking about the professional physical trainings for students who pursue their degree while studying at the following faculties as Medical Faculty, Pediatrician and Stomatological Faculties where sports playing technics are implemented. The aim - is to define an effectiveness of methodology for diagnostic and estimation of perspective specialists’ physical qualification. Materials and methods: 180 students of UMSA took part in the experiment. They were divided into two groups: the experimental group (EG – 91 students) and the control group (CG – 89 students). To define the level of students’ (EG) readiness index the range of the effective certificated medical biological methods were used. Results and conclusions: The influence on general physical state index was studied during the implementation of the Program PPPT which stands for Practical Professional Physical Training. This index shows the functional state and psychophysical abilities that is important for professional activity of medical workers. The tests gave us an opportunity to diagnose individual level of physical abilities and control the effectiveness of physical education during PPPT. It is proved that Program implementation propels an improvement of each component of students’ (EG) practical professional physical abilities and functional preparation as well. The effectiveness of given PPPT model was confirmed with the help of statistic changes of general functional preparation. Average index increase is by 25% in students from EG and only by 7,5% in those from CG.
The content and forms of educational process of the physical education faculties students were analyzed in this article to organize physical culture and sports work. Pedagogical condition of formation of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work at comprehensive schools by future teachers of Physical Education was justified on the basis of isolated problems. This is directing of the combined efforts of Lecturers of professional disciplines and physical education teachers to support the professional development of future physical education teachers. The pedagogical condition is based on the three-personal interaction within the framework of equal relations in the system «teacher — student — teacher of physical culture», which is directional on the formation of readiness to organize physical culture and sports work by future teachers of Physical Education and provides for the linking of the faculties of physical education with comprehensive schools and another physical culture and sports institutions, where the students join the organization and holding different forms of the physical culture and sports work. Specialists in the field of physical culture and sports role in gaining professional experience by future teachers of Physical Education was found out. Lecturer, this is a person, who has a leading place in the three-personal interaction, who controls this process and directs it. The student is an active participant in the educational process, who has opportunity to form his own professional readiness and gains experience in organization of physical culture and sports work. Physical education teacher and other specialists in this field help to students to see and understand the essence of professional activity «from inside». They coordinate student activities in the organization of various forms of physical culture and sports work in the conditions of comprehensive schools and another physical culture and sports institutions.
