Today, during combat missions, a serviceman spends a lot of time in military equipment. The extra workload requires the development of functional status, physical development, general and applied physical qualities for long-term and effective performance of duties. The content of physical training needs to take into account modern requirements of professional activity and improvement taking into account innovative trends. The purpose of the work is to determine the effectiveness of conducting physical training classes in personal protective equipment in the field. To achieve this goal we used a set of scientific research methods, namely: analysis of scientific and methodological literature, testing, pedagogical experiment, methods of mathematical statistics. The study involved 124 servicemen, evenly divided into control and experimental groups. In total, more than 45 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 23 sources of literature, including 5 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods. Results. A comparative analysis of the results of EG and KG servicemen after the experiment proved the positive impact of the author’s content of classes on indicators of physical development, functional condition and physical fitness. If at the beginning of the experiment the results of CG servicemen were not significantly better than those of EG servicemen, then at the end - all indicators that assess functional status (2.6–4.4 %) and physical fitness (1.3-–7.6 %) is not significantly better in EG servicemen (p> 0.05). Conclusions. The author’s content of physical training classes significantly contributed to the improvement of results in the performance of exercises that characterize aerobic exercise during performance (p <0.05–0.01), improvement of physical development indicators (17.1 %; p <0.01) and functional state (6.3 %; p <0.05).
Introduction: Providing troops with modern military equipment, technical means of transportation has greatly facilitated the implementation of many elements of military activities by servicemen, but at the same time contributed to some negative impact on their body and psyche, increased the need for general and special physical training [2, 3]. The need for integrated use of physical education and sports is well known and scientifically sound. The system of physical training of troops as a component of professional activity ensures the functioning of personnel in accordance with the requirements of physical fitness. Thus, the topical issue is to improve the content of physical training of cadets of military colleges of sergeants, taking into account the categories of servicemen.Purpose: Determining and improving the dynamics of general and special physical fitness of cadets, taking into account the categories of servicemen. Results: A study of the level of physical fitness of cadets of the military college of sergeants showed that during the training of cadets in the first year indicators of general and special physical fitness have positive changes, but no significant difference was found (p > 0.05).
The purpose of the work was to study the structure and content of tests of physical training of the armed forces of foreign countries and further development of the test of physical fitness of servicemen, testing its effectiveness in the system of military-professional activities. To solve the goal, the following tasks were formed: to analyze the main components of the guiding documents on the organization and verification of physical fitness of servicemen, their tasks and areas of implementation; to determine the basic principles of the organization of testing and assessment of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Armed Forces of foreign countries. Materials and methods. The main material was scientific articles, archival data, guiding documents on the organization, structure and content of the test of physical fitness of servicemen in the armed forces of leading NATO countries. Achieving the goal was ensured by using a set of adequate general scientific research methods. In particular, the story was chosen because it allows a more diverse description of a relatively wide range of issues. However, various sources of information were used to minimize subjective views and judgments, but primarily literary and documentary. At the same time, we used a critical approach to the choice of available sources of information. The formation of a circle of literature sources was carried out after their search in the database Scopus, SPORT Discus, Web of Science. They also took into account the temporal aspect of the appearance of information on certain topics, especially foreign leading scholars. Similarly, there was a direct study of printed literature sources, including information from journal articles on lists of used literature. In total, more than 50 sources of information were analyzed, followed by a final review and 22 sources of literature, including 7 foreign authors, the material of which was processed using general scientific methods, including analysis and synthesis, systematization, generalization. Results and discussion. It is determined that the reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine in the absence of sufficient funding, clear guidelines and objectives, structure and functions negatively affects the state of military-professional activities of all types and kinds of troops, including the state of physical training. We have singled out the principles according to which the content of testing and assessing the physical fitness of servicemen at different stages of military service and its different conditions is formed. The main direction of all principles is the interdependence of physical fitness of servicemen and the effectiveness of combat training tasks. Based on the results of our literature analysis of the system of testing and assessment of physical training of the armed forces of leading countries, we concluded that in the system of testing physical fitness a certain gradation was carried out by type of armed forces and military specialties. Conclusion. It is proved that the opinion of the majority of domestic and foreign experts on the formation of tests of physical fitness in the Armed Forces of Ukraine does not differ significantly from some provisions of the guidance documents on physical training and testing complexes of foreign armed forces
At the stage of development and reform of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, physical training is an important and integral part of military training and education of personnel. It is aimed at ensuring the physical readiness of military personnel for military activities and is designed to contribute to solving other tasks of training and education. The current state and conduct of hostilities in the state requires professionally trained specialists in the Armed Forces, capable of productively solving tasks in various issues. The solution of these tasks involves the inclusion in various forms of physical training of special complexes invested in increasing the functional capacity of cadets. The purpose of the work is to practically justify the effectiveness of the application of complex military-applied tasks at the professional-applied stage of the development of the physical qualities of cadets on the example of training of military specialists at the Military Academy. Research material and methods. To achieve this goal, a complex of scientific research methods was applied, namely: general scientific (analysis of scientific and methodical literature), pedagogical (testing, experiment), sociological (written survey using a questionnaire), mathematical statistics methods. 32 cadets of the National Academy of Land Forces named after Hetman Pyotr Sahaidachny, ages 19-20, took part in the study. The results. The conducted studies objectively show that classes held twice a week for 90 minutes with the use in the educational and training process of developed blocks of complex military-applied tasks on various topics of physical training, aimed at the manifestation of general and special endurance and special qualities, have a positive effect on the physical. Conclusions. It was established that the complex tasks of the military-applied direction are the starting element of the microstructure of the educational session. It can be argued that the quality and effectiveness of the educational and training process largely depend on the selection and construction of the most optimal blocks of complex tasks, appropriate workloads, task performance modes, a promising model of professional activity that takes into account other training factors. The identification of the main influential components of complex tasks leads to the implementation of purposeful and effective management of the current state of cadets, and in the complex both physical and professional-applied preparedness
